小型高压引射天然气液化装置在实际运行过程中,存在着明显的液化效率低、能耗大等问题。为了进一步提高系统性能,采用HYSYS软件对5×10^4 m^3/d处理量的高压引射液化工艺进行模拟与分析,探究主要工艺参数对系统性能的影响。研究结... 小型高压引射天然气液化装置在实际运行过程中,存在着明显的液化效率低、能耗大等问题。为了进一步提高系统性能,采用HYSYS软件对5×10^4 m^3/d处理量的高压引射液化工艺进行模拟与分析,探究主要工艺参数对系统性能的影响。研究结果表明:①引射器高压入口压力(引射压力)、出口压力以及净化气中不凝气体组分含量对系统功耗、出液率会产生显著的影响;②引射压力增高,预冷系统功耗、冷箱出液率将逐渐增大,系统总功耗呈现先增大后减小趋势,存在着最佳引射压力,在出口压力介于0.5~1.8MPa的范围内,所模拟引射压力系列中20MPa时系统总功耗最小;③引射器出口压力增高,循环气压缩机、系统总功耗呈现非线性降低趋势,降低速率逐渐减小,而预冷系统功耗、冷箱出液率将逐渐增大;④净化气中不凝气组分含量增加,系统出液产量、冷箱出液率将显著下降,单位产量能耗逐渐增大,因而该工艺并不适宜处理高含不凝气体组分的净化气。结论认为,该研究成果可以为小型高压引射天然气液化装置工艺设计与优化提供参考。 展开更多

AIM:To compare the recurrent bleeding after endoscopic injection of different epinephrine volumes with hemoclips in patients with bleeding peptic ulcer.METHODS:Between January 2005 and December 2009,150 patients with gastric or duodenal bleeding ulcer with major stigmata of hemorrhage and nonbleeding visible vessel in an ulcer bed(Forrest Ⅱa) were included in the study.Patients were randomized to receive a small-volume epinephrine group(15 to 25 mL injection group;Group 1,n = 50),a large-volume epinephrine group(30 to 40 mL injection group;Group 2,n = 50) and a hemoclip group(Group 3,n = 50).The rate of recurrent bleeding,as the primary outcome,was compared between the groups of patients included in the study.Secondary outcomes compared between the groups were primary hemostasis rate,permanent hemostasis,need for emergency surgery,30 d mortality,bleeding-related deaths,length of hospital stay and transfusion requirements.RESULTS:Initial hemostasis was obtained in all patients.The rate of early recurrent bleeding was 30%(15/50) in the small-volume epinephrine group(Group 1) and 16%(8/50) in the large-volume epinephrine group(Group 2)(P = 0.09).The rate of recurrent bleeding was 4%(2/50) in the hemoclip group(Group 3);the difference was statistically significant with regard to patients treated with either small-volume or large-volume epinephrine solution(P = 0.0005 and P = 0.045,respectively).Duration of hospital stay was significantly shorter among patients treated with hemoclips than among patients treated with epinephrine whereas there were no differences in transfusion requirement or even 30 d mortality between the groups.CONCLUSION:Endoclip is superior to both small and large volume injection of epinephrine in the prevention of recurrent bleeding in patients with peptic ulcer. 展开更多

The leaching results of bismuth sulfide concentrate containing molybdenum and tungsten in air-H2O2-NaOH system, pressure-O2-Na2CO3 system and pressure-O2-NaOH system were investigated. The results show that the extraction of molybdenum, tungsten and sulfur goes up with the increase of NaOH concentration, oxygen partial pressure and reaction time. The extraction of molybdenum and tungsten also rises up with temperature, but the leaching ratio of sulfur increases initially to a peak of 98% at 150℃ and then decreases with the increase of temperature. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction of molybdenum, tungsten and sulfur is more than 95.6%, 93.8% and 96.0%, respectively, and the main phases of residue are Bi2O3 and Fe2O3. Therefore, the method of pressure leaching in alkaline solution is provided as an effective separation of molybdenum, tungsten and sulfur from bismuth and a beneficial pretreatment for consequent process. 展开更多

尿路感染诊断中应用尿常规检验的临床作用研究

讨论选用尿常规检查方式进行尿路感染诊断的实效性。方法:选择2021年1月1日—2022年1月31日接诊的60例尿路感染病人开展实验研究为实验组;同期选择60名健康体检人员开展诊断研究为对照组;2组研究对象在临床上均选用尿常规检查的方法进... 讨论选用尿常规检查方式进行尿路感染诊断的实效性。方法:选择2021年1月1日—2022年1月31日接诊的60例尿路感染病人开展实验研究为实验组;同期选择60名健康体检人员开展诊断研究为对照组;2组研究对象在临床上均选用尿常规检查的方法进行尿路感染诊断操作;对比尿液中细菌检出率、亚硝酸盐阳性率及白细胞。结果:实验组60例尿路感染病人进行尿常规检验后,共48例病人尿液细菌检查得到呈阳性,达到80.00%检出率;对照组60名健康体检人员进行尿常规检查,0例病人尿液细菌检查呈阳性,检出率0%;实验组尿液细菌检出率(80.00%)高过对照组(0%)(P<0.05);47例病人硝酸盐最后得到阳性结果,做到78.33%检出率;对照组60名健康体检工作人员进行尿常规检验后,0例病人硝酸盐得到呈阳性结果,检出率0%;实验组亚硝酸盐阳性率(78.33%)高过对照组(0%)(P<0.05);实验组白细胞(5.99±1.33)个/HP超过对照组白细胞(0.45±0.13)个/HP(P<0.05)。结论:尿常规检查工作的高效进行,可使病人尿路感染诊断实际效果显着提高,对尿液细菌检出率、亚硝酸盐阳性率可以明显提升,合理判断白细胞,充分说明尿路感染诊断应用于尿常规检测中的医学价值。 展开更多

Neutral Zn-air batteries(ZABs) have attracted much attention due to the enhanced lifespan and stability.However, their development is suppressed by the poor catalytic properties of the air-electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction(OER). Hence,the exploration of highly efficient electrocatalysts for neutral ZABs is critical. Herein, we designed an economical heterostructure of Pt nanoparticle-modified Zn nanoplates(Pt/Zn NPs). Compared with commercial Pt/C electrocatalyst, our Pt/Zn heterostructure exhibits comparable catalytic properties and ultrahigh stability in neutral media. The heterostructure can reduce the dosage of Pt and offer sufficient active sites,resulting in enhanced catalytic properties for ORR/OER in neutral media. When applied to neutral ZABs as air cathode,our heterostructure exhibits a high power density of 45 mW cm^(-2) and excellent stability of more than 850 cycles with negligible decay, making it the most efficient and robust one in neutral electrolyte. This approach opens a new avenue to strategically design catalysts with high activity for neutral ZABs, rendering them potential in portable and wearable electronic devices. 展开更多

In order to promote the light output powers of GaN-based light emitting diodes (LEDs), two kinds of novel corrosive liquidshave been developed in this paper to roughen the surface of the indium tin oxide (ITO) current spreading layer of LEDs. As aresult, the textured transparent ITO layer greatly enhanced the external quantum efficiency of the LEDs. Provided that a wafersample was dipped in a kind of corrosive liquid developed by us for only about 60 s, the light output powers of the LEDs canbe promoted by 24.7%, compared with conventional GaN-based LEDs.
