目的探讨分值量化分级管理用于社会药房监管的效果。方法采用随机系数法,于2022年1月至6月在荆门市掇刀区城区2个行政街道各选取社会药房20家,设为观察组和对照组,分别予分值量化分级管理和常规监管,比较监管效果。结果与对照组比较,观... 目的探讨分值量化分级管理用于社会药房监管的效果。方法采用随机系数法,于2022年1月至6月在荆门市掇刀区城区2个行政街道各选取社会药房20家,设为观察组和对照组,分别予分值量化分级管理和常规监管,比较监管效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组检查出动总人次减少19.67%,下达工作通知回复率、专项行动自查报告上报率和案件线索上报数量分别增长78.85%,69.64%,400.00%,因落实疫情防控不严被通报数减少50.00%。结论对社会药房实施分值量化分级管理,能为下一步的风险分类监管精准化提供数据支撑,有助于增强社会药房主动履职的积极性,提升监管效能,从而更好地保障大众用药安全。 展开更多

护士长夜查房制历来是护理质量管理中的一项重要措施,是使护理指挥系统发挥连续性管理的一项重要内容。护士长夜查房在我院已开展多年,但由于护士长夜查房内容无统一规定和标准、护士长们在查房中尺度和形式不一、对护士长查房的质量... 护士长夜查房制历来是护理质量管理中的一项重要措施,是使护理指挥系统发挥连续性管理的一项重要内容。护士长夜查房在我院已开展多年,但由于护士长夜查房内容无统一规定和标准、护士长们在查房中尺度和形式不一、对护士长查房的质量无监督机制等因素导致查房质量不高,对护理质量的改进上意义不大。对此,2006年1月我院对护士长夜查房的形式、内容和管理监督上进行了大胆的改革和创新,实行了分值量化制夜查房制度,该制度对查房的形式进行规范,对查房内容实行分值量化,弥补了全院护理质量检查的时间跨度大、不连续性、病房护士临时应付检查等不足.经过半年的实践运用,受到了良好的效果。 展开更多

This study aimed to investigate the combined effects of nitrogen level (high and ordinary) and high temperature stress (37 ℃, 4 d) at the late panicle ini- tiation stage on yield, SPAD value and soluble sugar content of Ganxin 203, an early rice cultivar. The results showed that under both high and ordinary nitrogen levels, high temperature stress reduced the seed-setting rate, yield per stem, SPAD value and soluble sugar content of Ganxin 203; under both high and ordinary tem- peratures, high nitrogen level increased the seed-setting rate, yield per stem and soluble sugar content of Ganxin 203; the seed-setting rate, yield per stem and yield per plant of Ganxin 203 under high temperature and high nitrogen level were higher than those under high temperature and ordinary nitrogen level. It suggests that ap- propriate high nitrogen level contributes to weakening the negative effects of high temperature stress on rice yield. 展开更多

In this paper, the solution of Chebyshev equation with its argument being greater than 1 is obtained. The initial value of the derivative of the solution is the expression of magnetization, which is valid for any spin quantum number S. The Chebyshev equation is transformed from an ordinary differential equation obtained when we dealt with Heisenberg model, in order to calculate all three components of magnetization, by many-body Green's function under random phase approximation. The Chebyshev functions with argument being greater than 1 are discussed. This paper shows that the Chebyshev polynomials with their argument being greater than 1 have their physical application. 展开更多

Abstract: Change detection is a standard tool to extract and analyze the earth's surface features from remotely sensed data. Among the different change detection techniques, change vector analysis (CVA) have an exceptional advantage of discriminating change in terms of change magnitude and vector direction from multispectral bands. The estimation of precise threshold is one of the most crucial task in CVA to separate the change pixels from unchanged pixels because overall assessment of change detection method is highly dependent on selected threshold value. In recent years, integration of fuzzy clustering and remotely sensed data have become appropriate and realistic choice for change detection applications. The novelty of the proposed model lies within use of fuzzy maximum likelihood classification (FMLC) as fuzzy clustering in CVA. The FMLC based CVA is implemented using diverse threshold determination algorithms such as double-window flexible pace search (DFPS), interactive trial and error (T&E), and 3x3-pixel kernel window (PKW). Unlike existing CVA techniques, addition of fuzzy clustering in CVA permits each pixel to have multiple class categories and offers ease in threshold determination process. In present work, the comparative analysis has highlighted the performance of FMLC based CVA overimproved SCVA both in terms of accuracy assessment and operational complexity. Among all the examined threshold searching algorithms, FMLC based CVA using DFPS algorithm is found to be the most efficient method. 展开更多

Effect of Controlled Atmosphere Storage(CAS)Technology of Flue-cured Tobacco Laminas on the Alcoholization Quality of Tobacco

To achieve the continuous maintainence of optimum quality state of flue- cured tobacco laminas and the effective regulation and control on alcoholization time for controlled atmosphere storage (CAS) method in the process of storage, the lam- ina samples of natural alcoholization for 1 year were selected. Comparable analysis on the appearance quality, chemical components and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco laminas in the process of alcoholization was carried out by using the meth- ods of CAS and natural alcoholization. The results showed that appearance and color through the treatment of natural alcoholization were deep, browning and ac- companied by the phenomenon of oil, while color scale of flue-cured tobacco lami- nas through the treatment of CAS was uniform, fullness was better, and these two methods were close or identical after opening for 3 months. The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar during the process of alcoholization were also gradually decreased, but the ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar of laminas via CAS was higher than that of the natural alcoholization treatment. Compared with the natural alcoholization,the descending trends of total nitrogen and nicotine contents during CAS were gentler, the ratio via CAS was closer to 1, and the coordination of chemical components was more superior. During the period of alcoholization for 6 to 12 months, sensory quality of laminas via the natural alcoholization treatment was more superior than that of CAS treatment. However, after 18 months of alcoholiza- tion, sensory quality of laminas via the CAS treatment was more superior than that of the natural alcoholization treatment, and the CAS treatment could improve opti- mum sensory quality by 0.5 to 1.5 scores. Additionally, the CAS treatment could prolong the time of optimum alcoholization quality for 6 months, compared with the treatment of natural alcoholization. The CAS method could influence the alcohoJiza- tion quality of flue-cured tobacco laminas and prolong the retention period of opti- mum quality status for flue-cured tobacco laminas by regulating the environmental aas composition, thereby realizin.q quality control of flue-cured tobacco laminas. 展开更多

First,based on routine meteorological data,the synoptic characteristics of a heavy warm-sector rainfall that occurred on June 13,2008 in the Pearl River Delta were analyzed.Second,a mesoscale numerical model,Weather Research and Forecasting(WRFV2.2),was used to simulate the heavy rainfall. Diagnostic analyses were done of moist potential vorticity(MPV)for its horizontal components(MPV2) and vertical components(MPV1)based on the simulation results of WRFV2.2 to identify the mechanism of the rainfall development.The results showed that the heavy rainfall occurred when there were high MPV1 in the upper levels and low MPV1 and high MPV2 in the lower levels.Disturbances of high MPV1 in the upper levels came from the southwest or northwest,those of low MPV1 in the lower levels came from the southwest,and those of high MPV2 came from the south.Disturbances of low MPV1 at low levels were the direct cause of convective instability.Enhanced vertical shear of meridional wind led to increased MPV2 at lower levels,strengthened baroclinicity,and active warm and wet flows.These distributions of MPV helped to trigger the release of unstable energy and produce warm-sector heavy rainfall.As it integrates the evolution of dynamic and thermal fields,MPV is able to reveal the development of this heavy rainfall effectively. 展开更多

Using World Values Survey's data, this study revealed that separatism would cause people to less likely agree on ethnic diversity benefit. Hydro-catalytic pyrolysis on Yunnan lignite were studied in a fixed bed to determine their effects on high-value raw materials, such as BTX, PCX and lower naphthalene, in liquid products. Ni and Mo were chosen as active pyrolysis centers through thermogravimetry, after which their catalytic effects were analyzed in a fixed bed. The results showed that different concentrations of impregnated Ni and Mo solution can significantly increase the yield of high-value products and enable catalyst separating and recycling with this method of online catalytic pyrolysis. 展开更多

The complete band representations(BRs)have been constructed in the work of topological quantum chemistry.Each BR is expressed by either a localized orbital at a Wyckoff site in real space,or by a set of irreducible representations in momentum space.In this work,we define unconventional materials with a common feature of the mismatch between average electronic centers and atomic positions.They can be effectively diagnosed as whose occupied bands can be expressed as a sum of elementary BRs(eBRs),but not a sum of atomic-orbital-induced BRs(aBRs).The existence of an essential BR at an empty site is described by nonzero real-space invariants(RSIs).The"valence"states can be derived by the aBR decomposition,and unconventional materials are supposed to have an uncompensated total"valence"state.The high-throughput screening for unconventional materials has been performed through the first-principles calculations.We have discovered 423 unconventional compounds,including thermoelectronic materials,higher-order topological insulators,electrides,hydrogen storage materials,hydrogen evolution reaction electrocatalysts,electrodes,and superconductors.The diversity of these interesting properties and applications would be widely studied in the future. 展开更多
