共有物分割诉讼诉的类型,受案件具体诉讼请求与分割权性质学说的双重影响。共有物分割可以分为结束共有关系、确定分割方式和履行分割方案三个阶段,各个阶段当事人的行为差异将导致具体诉讼请求不同。共有物分割权的各种性质学说都有其... 共有物分割诉讼诉的类型,受案件具体诉讼请求与分割权性质学说的双重影响。共有物分割可以分为结束共有关系、确定分割方式和履行分割方案三个阶段,各个阶段当事人的行为差异将导致具体诉讼请求不同。共有物分割权的各种性质学说都有其适宜的比较法背景,请求权说可以在德国体系中得到恰当解释,但需要配合排除适用诉讼时效的特殊规则,我国统一设置按份共有与共同共有分割权的规范更适应形成诉权说。法院应根据原告实际请求,结合权利定性,确定分割诉讼的具体类型,适配相应程序。诉讼中,确定分割方式的阶段在程序上具有特殊性。确定分割方式的判决或调解书的执行力应区分类型判断,具体方式应该在判决中写明,不能留待执行阶段确定。共有物分割诉讼中确定分割方式的部分在不受处分原则限制、不适用败诉方承担诉讼费用原则等方面具有非讼性质,但其仍应为重视辩论原则的诉讼事件。虚拟财产在确定分割方式时需要区分不属于财产的内容,同时注意其在可分割性和可转让性上的特殊性质。 展开更多

降低高光谱(Hyperspectral,HS)图像中的噪声以提高图像质量一直是遥感图像处理领域的研究热点,而HS图像带有的混合光电噪声却难于准确估计,为此提出一种基于同性质区域(Homogeneous Region,HR)分割的HS图像混合噪声估计方法。首先结合H... 降低高光谱(Hyperspectral,HS)图像中的噪声以提高图像质量一直是遥感图像处理领域的研究热点,而HS图像带有的混合光电噪声却难于准确估计,为此提出一种基于同性质区域(Homogeneous Region,HR)分割的HS图像混合噪声估计方法。首先结合HS图像的空间和光谱特性进行HR分割,然后在HR内通过多元线性回归(Multiple Linear Regression,MLR)方法去除区域相关性从而得到混合噪声,最后引进比例因子对混合噪声的内部参数进行估计。通过在仿真HS数据和真实AVIRIS数据上进行实验表明,该方法能够有效地进行HR分割,且对混合噪声的估计结果要优于其它传统噪声估计方法。 展开更多

In this paper, a new flux limiter scheme with the splitting technique is successfully incorporated into a multiple-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann (LB) model for shacked compressible flows. The proposed flux limiter scheme is efficient in decreasing the artificial oscillations and numerical diffusion around the interface. Due to the kinetic nature, some interface problems being difficult to handle at the macroscopic level can be modeled more naturally through the LB method. Numerical simulations for the Richtmyer-Meshkov instability show that with the new model the computed interfaces are smoother and more consistent with physical analysis. The growth rates of bubble and spike present a satisfying agreement with the theoretical predictions and other numerical simulations. 展开更多

Focused on the seed region selection and homogeneity criterion in Seeded Region Growing (SRG), an unsupervised seed region selection and a polynomial fitting homogeneity criterion for SRG are proposed in this paper. First of all, making use of Peer Group Filtering (PGF) techniques, an unsupervised seed region selection algorithm is presented to construct a seed region. Then based on the constructed seed region a polynomial fitting homogeneity criterion is applied to solve the concrete problem of doorplate segmentation appearing in the robot navigation along a corridor. At last, experiments are performed and the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

The rotating packed bed (RPB) with split packing is a novel gas-liquid contactor, which intensifies the mass transfer processes controlled by gas-side resistance. To assess its efficacy, the mass transfer characteristics with adjacent rings in counter-rotation and co-rotation modes in a split packing RPB were studied experimentally. The physical absorption system NH3-H2O was used for characterizing the gas volumetric mass transfer coeffi- cient (kyae) and the effective inteffacial area (ae) was determined by chemical absorption in the CO2-NaOH sys- tem. The variation in kyae and ae with the operating conditions is also investigated. The experimental results indicated that kyae and ae for counter-rotation of the adjacent packing rings in the split packing RPB were higher than those for co-rotation, and both counter-rotation and co-rotation of the split packing RPB were superior over conventional RPBs under the similar ooerating conditions. 展开更多
