The vibration pretreatment-microwave curing process is an efficient,low energy consumption,and high-quality out-of-autoclave curing process for carbon fiber resin matrix composites.This study aims to investigate the impact of vibration pretreatment temperature on the fiber weight content,microscopic morphology and mechanical properties of the composite laminates by using optical digital microscopy,universal tensile testing machine and thermo-gravimetric analyzer.Additionally,the combined mode of Bragg fiber grating sensor and temperature measurement fiber was employed to explore the effect of vibration pretreatment on the strain process during microwave curing.The study results revealed that the change in vibration pretreatment temperature had a slight impact on the fiber weight content when the vibration acceleration remained constant.The metallographic and interlaminar strength of the specimen formed at a vibration pretreatment temperature of 80℃ demonstrated a porosity of 0.414% and a 10.69% decrease in interlaminar shear strength compared to autoclave curing.Moreover,the introduction of the vibration energy field during the microwave curing process led to a significant reduction in residual strain in both the 0°and 90°fiber directions,when the laminate was cooled to 60℃. 展开更多

通过已有文献和植物标本查阅分析,结合野外调查,建立甘肃省野生维管植物数据库。在ArcGIS Desktop 9.3地理信息平台上,以县域名称为主键,将甘肃省各县域矢量图与汇总好的植物种数据联合,进行甘肃省野生维管植物丰富度、种域数、分化强... 通过已有文献和植物标本查阅分析,结合野外调查,建立甘肃省野生维管植物数据库。在ArcGIS Desktop 9.3地理信息平台上,以县域名称为主键,将甘肃省各县域矢量图与汇总好的植物种数据联合,进行甘肃省野生维管植物丰富度、种域数、分化强度和县域间物种相似度数据的空间显示。结果表明,甘肃共有野生维管植物5207种,1216属,219科;不同县域间物种丰富度分布差距大,依次为,陇南、天水和甘南>河西>陇东地区>中部地区;文县和武都为甘肃维管植物分布中心。属和科的分化强度均与物种密度呈正相关(R=0.702和0.781,P<0.01),种域数与物种丰富度分布格局相反。依据县域间物种相似度,将甘肃省野生维管植物种分布划分为陇东黄土高原区、陇中黄土高原区、甘南高原区、甘南高原与陇南山地过渡区、陇南山地区、天水秦岭区、秦岭北麓区、河西地区和白银荒漠9区。甘肃中部北纬35°,自东向西有条明显U型断裂带,是甘肃省野生维管植物种分布的分界线,该线以南各区域共有植物4488种,占全省维管植物的86%;甘肃省野生维管植物地理分布格局的"突变"出现在崆峒区和榆中县。 展开更多

Environments with reciprocal patchiness of resources, in which the availability of two resources such as light and soil nutrients are patchily distributed in horizontal space and negatively correlated in each patch, are common in many ecosystems. The strategies by which clonal plants adapt to this type of heterogeneous environment were examined in three stoloniferous herbs,Potentilla reptans L. var. sericophylla Franch., P. anserina L. and Halerpestes ruthenica (Jacq.) Qvcz., commonly inhabiting forest understories, grasslands and low saline meadows, respectively. As pairs of connected ramets were subjected to reciprocal patchiness of light and nutrients, stolon connection between the two ramets significantly enhanced biomass of both ramet growing in low light intensity but high soil nutrient condition (LH ramet) and ramet growing in high light intensity but low soil nutrient condition (HL ramet) as well as whole ramet pairs (consisting of LH ramets and HL ramets). Additionally, stolon connection greatly increased root/shoot ratio of LH ramet while significantly decreased that of HL ramet. The results indicate that a reciprocal transportation of resources between interconnected ramets and a functional specialization of ramets in uptake of abundant resources occurred. By resource sharing and functional specialization, clonal plants can efficiently acquire locally abundant resources and buffer the stress caused by reciprocal patchiness of resources. 展开更多

As China's energy intensity fluctuated in recent years, it is necessary to examine whether this fluctuation happened at a regional level. This paper establishes a decomposition model by using the structural decomposition analysis (SDA) method at a regional level. Then this model is employed to empirically analyze the changes of Beijing's energy intensity. The conclusions are as follows: during 2002-2010, except petroleum, the energy intensity decreased and the changes were mostly attributed to the technology changes, while the final use variation actually increased the energy intensity; comparing different periods of 2002-2010, the decline rates of energy intensity for coal and hydropower were decreasing, resulting from the production technology being more energy-intensive than before; the energy intensity changes of petroleum firstly increased substantially and then decreased moderately. 展开更多

The existing oil import dependence index cannot exactly measure the economic cost or scales, and it is difficult to describe the economical aspect of oil security. To measure the foreign dependence of one country's economy and reflect its oil economic security, this paper defines the net oil import intensity as the ratio of net oil import cost to GDP. By using Divisia Index Decomposition, the change of net oil import intensity in five industrialized countries and five newly industrialized countries during 1971—2010 is decomposed into five factors: oil price, oil intensity, oil self-sufficiency, domestic price level and exchange rate. The result shows that the dominating factors are oil price and oil intensity; moreover, the newly industrialized countries have higher net oil import intensity than industrialized countries. 展开更多

To make the ferroelectric BaTiO3 possess ferromagnetism simultaneously,magnetic Fe was doped into BaTiO3 ceramics at doping levels up to 10%(molar fraction).Both tetragonal and hexagonal phases coexisted in the Fe-doped BaTiO3 ceramics except at 1% doping level.X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that higher doping level of Fe,higher sintering temperature and longer sintering time promoted the formation of hexagonal phases in Fe-doped BaTiO3 ceramics.Ferroelectricity was observed in all samples at room temperature,but it was greatly depressed by Fe doping.Except at doping level of 1%,room-temperature ferromagnetism was observed in the BaTiO3 ceramics.The dependence of the saturation magnetization and coercivities of the Fe-doped BaTiO3 ceramics on doping level was systematically studied.Both the saturation magnetization and magnetic coercivities were found to be dependent on the doping level as well as the fraction of the hexagonal phase in the ceramics. 展开更多

We had investigated the dependence of the magnetization on temperature, magnetic field strength and confining frequency. The singlet-triplet transitions in the ground state of the quantum dot spectra and the corresponding jumps in the magnetization curves had been shown. In the view of the problems existing in horizontal well,such as sand depositing and cleaning difficulty of borehole,a technology with rotating jet suitable to resolution of the problems was presented.Based on liquid solid two-phase flow theory,the analyses on the sand movement law and the swirling field influential factors were conducted.Results show that:1) With the increasing of displacement in horizontal section annulus,swirling field strength increases,and when the displacement is constant,the closer from the nozzle,the stronger the swirling field strength is;2) Head rotating speed and liquid viscosity have little influence on the swirling field strength,but the sand-carrying rate of fluid can increase by increasing liquid viscosity in a certain range;3) Rotating the string and reducing its eccentricity in annulus are conducive for sand migration in the annulus;4) The sand can be suspended and accelerated again and the swirling field strength is enhanced by the helix agitator.Hence,the research results provide the theoretical basis for the design and application of rotating jet tool. 展开更多

This paper aims to explore urban geography with a new perspective. Endowed with the urban geography connotations, an improved data field model is employed to integrate temporal dimension into spatial process of cities in a typical region in this article. Taking the Beijing-Shanghai Corridor including 18 cities as an example, the authors chose the city centricity index (CCI) and the spatial data field model to analyze the evolution process and features of sub-region and urban spatial interaction in this corridor based on the data of 1991, 1996 and 2002. Through the analy- sis, we found that: 1) with the improvement of the urbanization level and the development of urban economy, the cit- ies’ CCI grew, the urban spatial radiative potential enhanced and the radiative range expanded gradually, which reflects the urban spatial interaction’s intensity has been increasing greatly; 2) although the spatial interaction intensity among the cities and sub-regions in the Beijing-Shanghai Corridor was growing constantly, the gap of the spatial interaction strength among different cities and sub-regions was widening, and the spatial division between the developed areas and the less developed areas was obvious; and 3) the intensity of the spatial interaction of Beijing, Shanghai and their urban agglomerations was far greater than that in small cities of other parts of the corridor, and it may have a strong drive force on the choice of spatial location of the economic activities. 展开更多

Abstract: An alloy steel/alumina composite was successfully fabricated by pressureless infiltration of X10CrNil8-8 steel melt on 30% (mass fraction) Ni-containing alumina based composite ceramic (Ni/Al2O3) at 1 600 ℃. The infiltration quality and interfacial bonding behavior were investigated by SEM, EDS, XRD and tensile tests. The results show that there is an obvious interfacial reaction layer between the alloying steel and the Ni/Al2O3 composite ceramic. The interfacial reactive products are (FexAly)3O4 intermetallic phase and (AlxCry)2O3 solid solution. The interracial bonding strength is as high as about 67.5 MPa. The bonding mechanism of X10CrNi 18-8 steel with the composite ceramic is that Ni inside the ceramic bodies dissolves into the alloy melt and transforms into liquid channels, consequently inducing the steel melt infiltrating and filling in the pores and the liquid channels. Moreover, the metallurgical bonding and interfacial reactive bonding also play a key role on the stability of the bonding interface. 展开更多

To meet China's CO2 intensity target of 40%-45% reduction by 2020 based on the 2005 level, a regional allocation method based on cluster analysis is developed. Thirty Chinese provinces are classified into six groups based on economy, emissions, and reduction potential indicators. Under the equity principle, the two most developed groups axe assigned the highest reduction targets (55% and 65%, respectively). However, their reduction potent!al is limited. Under the efficiency principle, the two groups with the highest reduction potential take the highest targets (48% and 61%, respectively), but their economy is relatively backward. When equity and efficiency are equally weighted, the 5th group with a prominent reduction potential takes the highest target (54%), and the 2nd and the 3rd groups with large industry scales take the second highest target (49%). However, under all the three allocation schemes, the targets are not greater than 40% for the 4th and the 6th groups, which have a relatively low economic ability, emissions, and reduction potential. Due to inconsistency between economic and reduction potential, corresponding market mechanisms and policy instruments should be established to ensure equity and efficiency of regional target allocation. 展开更多

Numerical simulations of the deep roadway were carried out through application of the strain-softening constitutive model. Differences between the deep and shallow roadway of the rock bearing structure were analyzed. Influences of the supporting resistance on the rock bearing structure at the deep roadway were discussed. The results show that there is alternation of strong and weak strength-softening region in the surrounding rock of deep roadway. However, the increase in the supporting resistance cuts down the size of strength-softening region of surrounding rock, decreases its strength-softening degree, and im- proves the stress distribution condition of the surrounding rock mass. It is concluded that the supporting resistance can raise the self-supporting ability of surrounding rock through controlling its strength-softening so as to make the rock bearing structure of deep roadway stable. 展开更多

The reaction of triplet fusion,also named triplet-triplet annihilation,has attracted a lot of research interests because of its wide applications in photocatalytic,solar cells,and bioimaging.As for the singlet oxygen photosensitization,the reactive singlet oxygen species are generated through the energy transfers from photosensitizer(PS)to ground triplet oxygen molecule.In this work,we computed the electronic coupling for singlet oxygen photosensitization using the nonadiabatic coupling from the quantum chemical calculation.Then we utilized the molecular orbital(MO)overlaps to approximate it,where the MOs were computed from isolated single molecules.As demonstrated with quantitative results,this approach well describes the distribution of the coupling strength as the function of the intermolecular distance between the sensitizer and O_(2),providing us a simple but effective way to predict the coupling of triplet fusion reactions. 展开更多

During the Asian summer monsoon(ASM)season,the process of stratosphere-troposphere exchange significantly affects the concentration and spatial distribution of chemical constituents in the upper troposphere and lower stratosphere(UTLS).However,the effect of the intensity of the Asian summer monsoon anticyclone(ASMA)on the horizontal distribution of chemical species within and around the ASMA,especially on the daily time scale,remains unclear.Here,the authors use the MERRA-2 reanalysis dataset and Aura Microwave Limb Sounder observations to study the impact of ASMA intensity on chemical distributions at 100 hPa during the ASM season.The intraseasonal variation of ASMA is classified into a strong period(SP)and weak period(WP),which refer to the periods when the intensity of ASMA remains strong and weak,respectively.The relatively low ozone(O_(3))region is found to be larger at 100 hPa during SPs,while its mixing ratio is lower than during WPs in summer.In June,analysis shows that the O_(3) horizontal distribution is mainly related to the intensity of AMSA,especially during SPs in June,while deep convections also impact the O_(3) horizontal distribution in July and August.These results indicate that the intraseasonal variation of the ASMA intensity coupled to deep convection can significantly affect the chemical distribution in the UTLS region during the ASM season. 展开更多

Most of traditional linear poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)resins of relatively low molecular mass and narrow molecular mass distribution have low melt strength at foaming temperatures,which are not enough to support and keep cells.An in-situ polymerization-modification process with esterification and polycondensation stages was performed in a 2 L batch stirred reactor using pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA)or pentaerythritol(PENTA)as modifying monomers to obtain PETs with high melt strength.The influence of amounts of modifying monomers on the properties of modified PET was investigated.It was found that the selected modifying monomers could effectively introduce branched structures into the modified PETs and improve their melt strength.With increasing the amount of the modifying monomer,the melt strength of the modified PET increased.But when the amount of PENTA reached 0.35%or PMDA reached 0.9%,crosslinking phenomenon was observed in the modified PET.Supercritical carbon dioxide(ScCO2)was employed as physical foaming agent to evaluate the foaming ability of modified PETs.The modified PETs had good foaming properties at 14 MPa of CO2pressure with foaming temperature ranging from 265°C to 280°C.SEM micrographs demonstrated that both modified PET foams had homogeneous cellular structures,with cell diameter ranging from 35μm to 49μm for PENTA modified PETs and38μm to 57μm for PMDA modified ones.Correspondingly,the cell density had a range of 3.5×107cells·cm 3to 7×106cells·cm 3for the former and 2.8×107cells·cm 3to 5.8×106cells·cm 3for the latter. 展开更多

The landslide disaster caused by the argillaceous interlayer not only destroys buildings,cultivated land,and roads but also seriously endangers human life and safety.This study concerns the mineral composition of selected argillaceous interlayer and their strength characteristics.To study the mineral composition of argillaceous interlayers,8 kinds of samples in the southern Jiangsu region of China were analyzed utilizing X-ray diffraction(XRD).The repeated direct shear strength tests(RDST)were carried out on the undisturbed specimens of the argillaceous interlayer.The results show that the argillaceous interlayer with high content of kaolinite shows ductile failure mode,which means that there is no obvious residual strength in the shear process.The arrangement of mineral particles on the shear surface of the specimens after different shear displacements was observed under the scanning electron microscope(SEM).It was observed that mineral particles on the shear surface showed a more directional arrangement with the increase of shear displacement.Furthermore,the influence of shear direction on the argillaceous interlayer with completely oriented mineral particles was studied through numerical experiments with four shear strength mechanisms proposition proposed.The influence of the mineral arrangement on the action occasion and magnitude of dilatancy component of shear strength is clarified in the shear mechanism. 展开更多

The chemical industry is nowadays predominantly using fossil raw materials,but the alternative use of bio-based resources is investigated to account for the foreseeable scarcity of fossil feedstocks.A main challenge of using biobased feedstocks is the complexity of the impurity profile.For an economic production of bio-based chemicals,the use of intensified processes is inevitable and approaches are needed for the various process intensification techniques to identify their applicability to be used for the production of bio-based components.In the presented study,an approach is shown for the reactive distillation(RD) technology to identify the most critical bio-based impurities and their impact on the reactive distillation process.The investigated case-study is the production of n-butyl acrylate from acrylic acid and n-butanol.Among all initially identified impurities,the key impurities,having the biggest impact on the product purity in the reactive distillation process,are found.These impurities are then studied in more detail and an operating window depending on the impurity concentration is identified for the reactive distillation column.Furthermore,an integrated design of upstream and downstream processes is facilitated,as the presented results can be used in the development of the fermentation processes for the production of the bio-based reactants by decreasing the concentration of the critical impurities. 展开更多

There has been considerable debate about the major factors responsible for the dramatic decline of China's energy intensity in the 1980s and 1990s. However, few detailed analysis has been done to explain the fluctuation in energy intensity during 2002-005. In this paper, we use the structural decomposition analysis (SDA) to decompose energy intensity into five determining factors: Energy input coefficient, technology coefficient (Leontief inverse coefficient), final demands structure by product, final demands by category and final energy consumption coefficient. We then further decompose two coefficients, energy input coefficient and technology coefficient, into structure and real coefficient. Empirical study is carried out based on the energy-input-output tables from 1987 to 2005 in 2000 constant price. The results show that between 1987 and 2002, energy input structure accounts for most of the decline in energy intensity. However, the input structure and final demands structure by product explain the increase of the energy intensity between 2002 and 2005. 展开更多

For surface hardening of metal,a quasi-Dammann grating (QDG) is proposed and fabricated to generate array spots with proportional-intensity distribution.To get uniformly hardened band distribution and improve the wear resistance of the sample surface,a three-order QDG is designed to produce array spots with enhanced intensity in the edge.The design and fabrication of the QDG are described in detail.The surface profile of the fabricated grating was measured,which shows that the fabrication error is less than 2%.The laser beam intensity distribution shaped by the QDG was tested by a laser beam analyzer to verify the validity of the QDG.The application of the QDG in the laser surface hardening of metal was experimentally investigated,and the results show that the hardness distribution of the modified layer and the wear resistance of the sample surface are improved significantly by using the QDG. 展开更多

The hoist bracket links the rescue hoist with the helicopter cabin, and its structure design greatly affects the operation convenience and safety of the hoistman and lifeguard in the rescue process with a helicopter.This paper firstly builds the force model of the hoist and bracket, and gives five kinds of typical working conditions as the design ones of the bracket. Then this paper puts forward a design process of the hoist bracket based on the topology optimization and strength analysis with the 3D modeling and finite element analysis. This design process can make the bracket's structure lightweight by achieving the optimal material layout under the conditions of maximizing the static stiffness or minimizing the compliance of the bracket. And this improves the dynamic performance of the helicopter, and reduces the fuel consumption and cost under the strength constraints. Finally,taking the design of the hoist bracket used in a rescue helicopter as an example, this paper illustrates the proposed model and method. The analysis results show that the mass of the hoist bracket decreases by 12.5% while the static stiffness of the hoist bracket is achieved. The optimization design results meet the strength requirements of the hoist. 展开更多
