转移皮瓣分区观察法在链式穿支皮瓣修复皮损中的应用

[目的]分析小腿链式穿支皮瓣的血运特点,明确穿支体分区观察法的临床意义及应用方法。[方法]以小腿链式穿支皮瓣穿支体理论为基础,对51例实施小腿链式穿支皮瓣局部转移修复术病人进行术后护理干预。通过分析皮瓣穿支的位置及供血范围,将皮瓣由近到远划分为A、B、C 3个观察区,以皮瓣温度、颜色、毛细血管反应等血运基本观察指标结合经皮血氧饱和度监测,早期评价皮瓣各区有无血管危象和微循环障碍的存在。[结果]本组51例,经基本指标观察及经皮血氧饱和度监测量化评价,23例出现微循环障碍表现,其中C区13例、B区与C区10例、A区0例,经积极保守治疗或外科处理,除1例皮瓣C区坏死外,其余皮瓣均成活良好。[结论]小腿链式穿支皮瓣的穿支体观察法,科学地将局部转移皮瓣分区观察,并以皮瓣血运观察指标及经皮血氧饱和度监测数据为标准,早期发现皮瓣微循环障碍的存在,降低皮瓣坏死风险。

A Study on Hawking Language in Guangzhou Applying Sociolinguistics

From the perspective of sociolinguistics, this paper applies both observation method of covert investigation and oral inter-view to study the hawking language in Guangzhou, including its distribution area, code types, content and its relationships with districts and businesses.The survey results show that hawking language reflects the social language stratification condition in Guangzhou.
