A new solution was suggested in this work. The strip-like plastic part was regarded as a little-curved beam macrnscopically, and was divided into a few one-dimensional elements. On the section of each elemental node location, two-dimensional thermal finite element analysis was made to obtain the non- uniform thermal stress caused by the time difference of the solidification of the plastic melt in the mold. The stress relaxation, or equivalently, strain creep was dealt with by using a special computing model. On the bases of in-mold elastic stress, the final bending moment to the beam was obtained and the warpage was predict- ed in good a^reement with practical cases.展开更多

From angles of folk embroidery patterns modelli...In this paper, we conduct research on the fusion of the Guangxi MiaoJin and modem arts and crafts design from the perspectives of aesthetic and the cultural inheritance. From angles of folk embroidery patterns modelling characteristics are analyzed: include strong decorative and practical; the integrity of the vivid and concise; symbolic connotation deeply; simple random nature; handed down from generation to generation program. Discusses the forming characteristic of folk embroidery modelling is not an accidental phenomenon of art, but has a profound folk custom, economy, religion, and history of aesthetics, with typical regional culture characteristics. The research of folk embroidery in the status of folk art is of great significance. In the future, we will combine more literature review to optimize our current research and broaden the research boundary.展开更多
目的探究B族链球菌感染胎膜早破孕妇分型特点及胎膜组织中核因子相关因子2(Nrf2)和核因子-kB(NF-κB)表达改变研究。方法选择四川省交通运输厅公路局医院妇产科2017年5月-2019年5月收治的胎膜早破(Premature rupture of membranes,PROM...目的探究B族链球菌感染胎膜早破孕妇分型特点及胎膜组织中核因子相关因子2(Nrf2)和核因子-kB(NF-κB)表达改变研究。方法选择四川省交通运输厅公路局医院妇产科2017年5月-2019年5月收治的胎膜早破(Premature rupture of membranes,PROM)合并B族链球菌(Group B Streptococcus,GBS)感染孕妇50例作为研究组,选择同期于医院进行就诊的PROM无GBS感染孕妇60例作为对照组。对研究组孕妇GBS分型特点进行调查;分别采用免疫组化法及反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法检测孕妇胎膜组织中的Nrf2及NF-κB表达;对两组产妇丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、白介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平进行比较。结果 PROM合并GBS感染以Ib型、Ⅲ型检出率较高,分别占30.00%、38.00%;研究组Nrf2阳性率低于对照组,NF-κB阳性率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组胎膜组织中Nrf2在mRNA上的相对表达水平低于对照组,NF-κB相对表达水平高于对照组,研究组胎膜组织中MDA、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均高于对照组,SOD水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PROM合并GBS感染以Ib型、Ⅲ型检出率较高,妊娠晚期应增加对GBS的筛查,Nrf2及NF-κB通路参与了GBS感染孕妇发生PROM的进程,其机制有待进一步研究。展开更多
