中医分型治疗冠心病40例临床观察

目的:观察以血府逐瘀汤合丹参饮加减为主治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法:基本方药:以血府逐瘀汤合丹参饮化裁以活血化瘀,行气止痛,方药:丹参25 g、桃仁12 g、红花12 g、当归10 g、川芎10 g、赤芍10 g、三七10 g、桔梗6 g、檀香5 g1,剂/d,水煎,分两次服。结合病症随症加减。结果:本组症状显效14例,好转23例,无效3例,总有效率为92.5%,心电图显效5例,好转13例,无效22例,有效率为45%。结论:血府逐瘀汤合丹参饮加减结合中医辩证分型治疗冠心病疗效显著。
