Using a new portable molecular detection and identification system for pine wood nematodes to test sawdust samples and pine wood nematode samples is done in this research. Compared with conventional detection methods, this system has high sensitivity, simple operation, and is suitable for rapid detection of pine wood nematodes on the first line of ports.展开更多
