目的:从方法学角度为复杂抽样数据事后分层权重的估计提供方案。方法:以2010年全国普查人口为标准人口,按照年龄(56层)、性别(2层)、城乡(2层)三个辅助变量共计224层的分组,使用Stata13.1软件对2011年CHARLS基线调查样本的事后分层权重... 目的:从方法学角度为复杂抽样数据事后分层权重的估计提供方案。方法:以2010年全国普查人口为标准人口,按照年龄(56层)、性别(2层)、城乡(2层)三个辅助变量共计224层的分组,使用Stata13.1软件对2011年CHARLS基线调查样本的事后分层权重进行估计。结果:撰写完成事后分层权重估计的Stata程序脚本,并以此获得CHARLS基线样本的事后分层权重及最终权重。应用事后分层权重调整后的样本人口学构成与标准人口构成一致。结论:事后分层调整与标准化方法相比,优势是不仅可以获得参数的合计估计值,而且可获得依据辅助变量分层后各层的参数估计值。 展开更多

民航通信系统属于复杂网络通信系统,系统的通信节点数目庞大,传统的复杂网络鲁棒性分析算法性测试结果存在失真。为此提出一种分层权重划分理论的鲁棒性分析模型,并应用到航空通信系统的鲁棒性检测中,塑造BP神经网络大型民航通信系统鲁... 民航通信系统属于复杂网络通信系统,系统的通信节点数目庞大,传统的复杂网络鲁棒性分析算法性测试结果存在失真。为此提出一种分层权重划分理论的鲁棒性分析模型,并应用到航空通信系统的鲁棒性检测中,塑造BP神经网络大型民航通信系统鲁棒性评价模型,对影响大型民航通信系统鲁棒性的各项指标进行打分,依据综合得分进行不同的加权,获取大型民航通信系统鲁棒性评价指标的分层权重样本测试数据,按照获取的大型民航通信系统信息以及信息的改变量,对自适应加权BP神经网络权向量进行修正,建立大型民航通信系统中不同节点间的关联约束关系,将某种约束条件引入传统的关联规则中,提高大型民航通信系统鲁棒性测试的效率,获取准确的测试结果。实验结果表明,采用所提模型能更精确的分析出航空通信设备的鲁棒性。 展开更多

A multi-level evaluation model for the superstructure of a damaged prestressed concrete girder or beam bridge is established, and the evaluation indices of the model as well as the rating standards are defined. A normal relative function about the evaluation indices of each element is developed to calculate the relative degree, and for each element there are no sub-level elements. When evaluating the elements in the sub-item level or the index level of the model, the weights of elements pertain to one adopted element, taking into account their degrees of deterioration. Since the relative degrees and structure evaluation scales on the damage conditions are applied to characterize the superstructure of damaged prestressed concrete girder bridges, this method can evaluate the prestressed structure in detail, and the evaluation results agree with the Code for Maintenance of Highway Bridges and Culvers (JTG Hll--2004 ). Finally, a bridge in Jilin province is taken as an example, using the method developed to evaluate its damage conditions, which gives an effective way for bridge engineering. 展开更多

A min-max optimization method is proposed as a new approach to deal with the weight determination problem in the context of the analytic hierarchy process. The priority is obtained through minimizing the maximal absolute difference between the weight vector obtained from each column and the ideal weight vector. By transformation, the. constrained min- max optimization problem is converted to a linear programming problem, which can be solved using either the simplex method or the interior method. The Karush-Kuhn- Tucker condition is also analytically provided. These control thresholds provide a straightforward indication of inconsistency of the pairwise comparison matrix. Numerical computations for several case studies are conducted to compare the performance of the proposed method with three existing methods. This observation illustrates that the min-max method controls maximum deviation and gives more weight to non- dominate factors. 展开更多

This study used remote sensing and GIS to analyze the landscape pattern changes in the Yancheng Nature Reserve from 1983 to 2018,established an evaluation index system based on the regional natural-socio-economic complex ecosystem security pattern,and then analyzed the spatial characteristics of ecological security changes and discusses reasons for these changes.The results show that the landscape pattern changed dramatically from natural landscape to a mixture of natural landscape and artificial landscape from 1983 to 2018 due to the intensification of human activities.At present,the ecological security status of the protected areas is not optimistic.From the perspective of the survival status of red-crowned cranes,the protected areas are suitable.However,due to the increase of human activities and policy adjustments,the habitat of red-crowned cranes is fragmented.The red-crowned crane currently gathers in localized areas such as the core area and the buffer zone.We should pay more attention to management,policy development and the environmental awareness of local residents.At the same time,it is necessary to reduce the intensity of human activities within the reserve. 展开更多
