为了研究钢骨-钢管高强混凝土的抗弯性能,采用截面分层组合法汇编非线性分析程序,分析不同钢管强度、钢骨强度、钢管厚度、钢骨截面惯性矩和混凝土强度等级对组合构件的抗弯力学性能的影响,并对计算结果回归分析,得出实用的抗弯承载力... 为了研究钢骨-钢管高强混凝土的抗弯性能,采用截面分层组合法汇编非线性分析程序,分析不同钢管强度、钢骨强度、钢管厚度、钢骨截面惯性矩和混凝土强度等级对组合构件的抗弯力学性能的影响,并对计算结果回归分析,得出实用的抗弯承载力计算公式。研究结果表明:以上因素对其抗弯力学性能有不同程度的影响,但是钢管壁厚的变化对组合构件的抗弯力学性能影响幅度最大;抗弯承载力计算公式与试验结果整体吻合良好。研究结论对合理利用材料来提高组合构件的抗弯承载力,以及对组合构件的抗弯承载力计算是有实际工程意义的。 展开更多

机械化上向分层充填与分段充填组合法应用研究 被引量:2

哈图金矿开采6 m以上厚矿体时,存在井下采矿安全事故“零容忍”、需要进行短掘短支、采场支护成本高,效率低等现实问题。为此,设计了机械化上向分层充填与分段充填组合法方案。并针对两个矿区矿岩稳固性情况模拟计算得到采一矿区最大开... 哈图金矿开采6 m以上厚矿体时,存在井下采矿安全事故“零容忍”、需要进行短掘短支、采场支护成本高,效率低等现实问题。为此,设计了机械化上向分层充填与分段充填组合法方案。并针对两个矿区矿岩稳固性情况模拟计算得到采一矿区最大开采高度为30 m,千米井矿区最大开采高度20 m。分别在两个矿区进行现场工业试验,提高了生产作业机械化程度和生产能力,节约成本442.4万元,实现了安全高效开采、降本增效。 展开更多

First,the analytical hierarchy process(AHP),which stands for the subjective weighting method,and the entropy method,which stands for the objective weighting method,are chosen to calculate the index weights of the contract risks of third party logistics(TPL),respectively.Then,they can determine the combination weights using the combination weighting method.Second,using the combination weights,the contract risks of TPL are evaluated through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the combination weights,the most important risk factor of the contract risks of TPL is choosing sub-contractors.The results are basically consistent with the facts and show that the weights determined by the combination weighting method can avoid the man-made deviations of the subjective weighting method on the one hand,and prevent results opposite to the reality brought about by the objective weighting method on the other hand.Meanwhile,the results of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are that the contract risks of TPL are at a high risk level.Roughly this matches real situations,and it indicates that the combination weighting method can generate the comprehensive assessment more scientifically and more reasonably as well. 展开更多

Fault reconfiguration of shipboard power system is viewed as a typical nonlinear and multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem. A comprehensive reconfiguration model is presented in this paper, in which the restored loads, switch frequency and generator efficiency are taken into account. In this model, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is proposed to determine the coefficients of these objective functions. Meanwhile, a quantum differential evolution algorithm with triple quantum bit code is proposed. This algorithm aiming at the characteristics of shipboard power system is different from the normal quantum bit representation. The individual polymorphic expression is realized, and the convergence performance can be further enhanced in combination with the global parallel search capacity of differential evolution algorithm and the superposition properties of quantum theory. The local optimum can be avoided by dynamic rotation gate. The validity of algorithm and model is verified by the simulation examples. 展开更多
