目的:探讨适应行为商数(ADQ)指导下的分层健康行为管理在癫痫患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月1日~2023年3月31日收治的90例癫痫患儿为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组采取常规管理,观察组在此基础上实... 目的:探讨适应行为商数(ADQ)指导下的分层健康行为管理在癫痫患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月1日~2023年3月31日收治的90例癫痫患儿为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组采取常规管理,观察组在此基础上实施ADQ指导下的分层健康行为管理;比较两组干预前后适应行为[采用儿童适应行为量表(SAB)]、健康行为领域问题发生情况、出院后3个月内的再次入院率、出院时及出院后3个月脑电图正常率。结果:干预后,观察组SAB中独立功能因子、认知功能因子、社会/自制因子评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,观察组健康行为领域问题中营养、睡眠、用药方案发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院后3个月内的再次入院率低于对照组(P<0.05),出院后3个月脑电图正常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ADQ指导下的分层健康行为管理在癫痫患儿中的应用能够提高其适应行为及健康行为,降低随访后的疾病再入院率,帮助改善其脑电图表现,预后综合表现更好。 展开更多

目的评价基于跨理论模型的膝骨关节炎患者行为分层管理的临床效果。方法采用便利抽样法纳入142例膝骨关节炎患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组,各71例。对照组实施常规护理干预,干预组实施基于跨理论模型的膝骨关节炎患者行为分... 目的评价基于跨理论模型的膝骨关节炎患者行为分层管理的临床效果。方法采用便利抽样法纳入142例膝骨关节炎患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组,各71例。对照组实施常规护理干预,干预组实施基于跨理论模型的膝骨关节炎患者行为分层管理。干预前及干预4周、12周、24周评价两组行为变化阶段、关节炎自我效能感和骨关节炎指数。结果干预组66例、对照组63例完成研究。干预12周后,两组行为变化阶段的分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预4周后,两组关节炎自我效能感和骨关节炎指数得分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且时间效应、组间效应和交互效应显著(均P<0.05)。结论基于跨理论模型的行为分层管理能促进膝骨关节炎患者行为阶段的改变,提升自我效能感,改善关节功能。 展开更多

目的构建基于跨理论模型的膝骨关节炎患者行为分层管理系统,为实现膝骨关节炎患者正向且可持续的行为管理提供适用性方案。方法采用文献研究、德尔菲专家咨询法构建基于跨理论模型的膝骨关节炎患者行为分层管理系统。结果2轮专家函询问... 目的构建基于跨理论模型的膝骨关节炎患者行为分层管理系统,为实现膝骨关节炎患者正向且可持续的行为管理提供适用性方案。方法采用文献研究、德尔菲专家咨询法构建基于跨理论模型的膝骨关节炎患者行为分层管理系统。结果2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%;专家权威系数分别为0.87和0.90;第2轮指标重要性赋值均数为4.21-5.00,变异系数为0.00-0.20,协调系数为0.17-0.23(均P<0.05);指标可行性赋值均数为4.04-5.00,变异系数为0.00-0.21,协调系数为0.16-0.23(均P<0.05)。最终形成由前意向阶段、意向阶段、准备阶段、行动阶段和维持阶段5项一级指标、10项二级指标、34项三级指标构成的膝骨关节炎患者行为分层管理系统。结论膝骨关节炎患者行为分层管理系统构建过程严谨,且有较好的可靠性,经临床验证后可用于膝骨关节炎患者的行为管理。 展开更多

The behavior of the active layer of material bed within rotary kilns plays a key role in industrial applications.To obtain its influences on industrial process,different regimes of particle motion have been simulated by discrete element method(DEM) in three dimensions under variant rotation speeds,filling degree,based on the background of induration process of iron ore pellets.The influences of the mentioned factors on the maximum thickness of the active layer and the average velocity of particles have been investigated.The average velocity of particles increases with Froude number following the power function over a wide range,and the maximum thickness rises with increasing rotation speed in a way of logarithm.The influence of the filling degree f on the maximum thickness exhibits a good linearity under two classic regimes,but the increasing of the average velocity of the active layer is limited at f=0.4.This basic research highlights the impact of the active layer within rotary kilns,and lays a good foundation for the further investigation in mixing and heat transfer within the particle bed inside rotary kilns. 展开更多

This study proposes a novel approach to study stress field distribution and overlying ground pressure behavior in shallow seam mining in gully terrain.This approach combines numerical simulations and field tests based on the conditions of gully terrain in the Chuancao Gedan Mine.The effects of gully terrain on the in situ stress field of coal beds can be identified by the ratio of self-weight stress to vertical stress(η) at the location corresponding to the maximum vertical stress.Based on the function η =j(h),the effect of gully terrain on the stress field of overlying strata of the entire field can be characterized as a significantly affected area,moderately affected area,or non-affected area.Working face 6106 in the Chuancao Gedan Mine had a coal bed Jepth <80 m and was located in what was identified as a significantly affected area.Hence,mining may cause sliding of the gully slope and increased loading(including significant dynamic loading) on the roof strata.Field tests suggest that significant dynamic pressures were observed at the body and foot of the gully slope,and that dynamic loadings were observed upslope of the working face expansion,provided that the expanding direction of the working face is parallel to the gully. 展开更多

Mineral phase characterization and thorough understanding of its transformation behavior during combustion are imperative to know the potential utilization of coal in the thermal industries. The primary objective of this work is to analyze the quality of Indian Coals and obtain their mineral species-specific information at different depths. The samples were obtained from Talcher Coalfield, Odisha, India. Coal from four seam sections in the Talcher coalfield, India are mainly high ash coal (〉50 %) and volatile matter deceases along with the seam depth. XRD results show that the major mineral phases present in the coal are quartz and kaolinite. Siderite, illite, and anatase were found in minor quantities. It has been observed that the clay minerals (kaolinite, silimanite, illite) decompose at higher temperature and traces of dolomite, mullite, hematite etc. are formed during the process of combustion. Among the four seams (M2, M12, M24 and M43) studied, ash of M43 has high A1203%, TIO2% and K20% content and low SIO2%, CaO% and MgO% content. High acid- to-base ratios contributed to high ash fusion temperatures (IDT 〉 1500 ℃) and low slagging potential of the coals studied. Relatively low fouling index (〈0.3) was estimated for all the coal seams studied. Furthermore, thermodynamic modeling software, FactSage, have been used to envision the mineral phase transformations that take place between 800 and 1500℃ during coal combustion. 展开更多

This work presents a multi-criteria analysis of the MAC (media access control) layer misbehavior of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) 802.11 standard, whose principle is to cheat at the protocol to increase the transmission rate by greedy nodes at the expense of the other honest nodes. In fact, IEEE 802.11 forces nodes for access to the channel to wait for a back off interval, randomly selected from a specified range, before initiating a transmission. Greedy nodes may wait for smaller back-off intervals than honest nodes, and then obtaining an unfair assignment. In the first of our works a state of art on the research on IEEE 802.11 MAC layer misbehavior are presented. Then the impact of this misbehavior at the reception is given, and we will generalize this impact on a large scale. An analysis of the correlation between the throughput and the inter-packets time is given. Afterwards, we will define a new metric for measuring the performance and capability of the network. 展开更多

The charging kinetics of electric double layers (EDLs) is closely related to the performance of a wide variety of nanostructured devices including supercapacitors, electro-actuators, and electrolyte-gated transistors. While room temperature ionic liquids (RTIL) are often used as the charge carrier in these new applications, the theoretical analyses are mostly based on conventional electrokinetic theories suitable for macroscopic electrochemical phenomena in aqueous solutions. In this work, we study the charging behavior of RTIL-EDLs using a coarse-grained molecular model and constant-potential molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. In stark contrast to the predictions of conventional theories, the MD results show oscillatory variations of ionic distributions and electrochemical properties in response to the separation between electrodes. The rate of EDL charging exhibits non-monotonic behavior revealing strong electrostatic correlations in RTIL under confinement. 展开更多
