为提高植物绝缘油变压器的低温运行可靠性,采用结晶分提和添加降凝剂相结合的方法对植物绝缘油低温性能进行改进研究。结果表明,结晶分提工艺可以有效改善植物绝缘油的低温特性,且不影响植物绝缘油的原有性能,低温养晶过程中搅拌速度为5... 为提高植物绝缘油变压器的低温运行可靠性,采用结晶分提和添加降凝剂相结合的方法对植物绝缘油低温性能进行改进研究。结果表明,结晶分提工艺可以有效改善植物绝缘油的低温特性,且不影响植物绝缘油的原有性能,低温养晶过程中搅拌速度为5 r/min时,植物绝缘油倾点可降至-19.5℃。丙烯酸酯高聚物不具有降凝效果,而且还会对植物绝缘油电气绝缘性能造成影响。聚甲基丙烯酸酯降凝效果优于聚α烯烃,添加比例为1%时可将结晶分提处理后的植物绝缘油倾点降至-26.3℃,且能保持良好的理化、电气性能,进一步拓宽了植物绝缘油变压器的应用条件和应用范围。 展开更多

[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide reference for the application of extracts from sweet potato leaves in anti-aging cosmetics. [ Method ] The extraction and storage conditions for free radicals scavenging substances from sweet potato leaves were optimized by orthogonal test and the bioactive components in extracts were investigated by correlation analysis. [ Result] Sweet potato leaves contain the bioactive substances scavenging DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical. Extracting solvent species is the most important factor that influencing extraction yield. The optimal extraction and storage conditions are as following: water as solvent, pH 8.0 of extracting liquid, storage at 25 ℃. There is a good positive linear relationship between the content of total phenols in sweet potato leaves and corresponding scavenging rates against both the DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical. For the content of total flavones in sweet potato leaves, just a correlation with scavenging rate against hydroxyl free radical shown in test. [ Conclusion] The phenols in ex- tracts could effectively scavenge both the DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical, whereas the flavones in extracts can only function on the hydroxyl free radical. 展开更多

Separation and purification of dodecanedioic acid (DDDA) from its homologous compounds were studied experimentally by falling film crystallization (FFC). The influences of various operation parameters, including crystallizing time, flow rate of melt and temperature of glycerine bath, on purity of DDDA and crystallizing rate were investigated. Over 99% (by mole) DDDA was obtained for a feed composition of 96% (by mole). The main factors affecting the separation efficiency are flow rate of melt and temperature of glycerine bath. The crystallizing layer of DDDA was further purified by sweating and blasting. A set of optimized operation data are provided for better understanding the mechanism of heat and mass transfer in FFC, and for further industrial application of DDDA purification process. 展开更多

Amplified fragment length polymorphisms (AFLP) technique was used to analyze the fingerprint- ing of four successive generations of Fenneropenaeus chinensis to reveal their disease-resistance traits. Some loci showed quite different genetic frequencies due to artificial selection, which implied that these fragments were putative markers related to the disease-resistance trait. We developed a simple and effective method to fur- ther characterize these AFLP fragments. Specific AFLP bands were cut directly from polyacrylamide gels, re-amplified, cloned and sequenced. Eight putative genetic markers were sequenced and their sizes ranged from 63 to 209 bp. The sequences were submitted to dbGSS (database of Genome Sequence Survey); and the BLAST analysis showed low similarity to the function genes, indicating these markers were tightly linked to a dis- ease-resistance trait but were not functional genes. 展开更多

A beta spectrometric method for the rapid determination of strontium-90 (90Sr) in water samples was developed and tested. 90Sr is extracted directly from the water samples by means of a scintillator cocktail, containing the crown ether dicyclohexano-18-crown-6 as an extracting agent (STRONEX). Minimal clean-up is necessary when other beta nuclides are present, such as barium-140. These nuclides are eliminated by a barium chromate scavenge, prior to the extraction step. The method presented here allows for the investigation of at least 12 water samples a day and is therefore a suitable tool for emergency analysis. 展开更多

Based on the interfacial ligand exchange model and the law of conservation of mass, the multi-stage enantioselective liquid-liquid extraction model has been established to analyze and discuss on multi-stage centrifugal fractional extraction process of4-nitrobenzene glycine (PGL) enantiomers. The influence of phase ratio, extractant concentra- tion, and PFff concentration on the concentrations of enantiomers in the extract and raffinate was investigated by experiment and simulation. A good agreement between model and experiment was obtained. On this basis, the influence of many parameters such as location of stage, concentration levels, extractant excess, and number of stages on the symmetric separation performance was simulated. The optimal location of feed stage is the middle of fractional extraction equipment. The feed flow must satisfy a restricted relationship on flow ratios and the liquid throughout of centrifugal device. For desired purity specification, the required flow ratios decrease with extractant concentration and increase with PFff concentration. When the number of stages is 18 stages at extractant excess of 1.0 or 14 stages at extractant excess of 2.0, the eeeo (equal enantiomeric excess) can reach to 99% 展开更多
