Based on the analysis of characteristic equation of the closed loop control system, it is shown that such an active control may increase damping properties of the system, meanwhile it may result in instability of the system. It is stable when the feedback only occurs between the collocated sensors and actuators, but it may be unstable when there exists the feedback between sensors and actuators, which mainly depends on the property of the gain matrix of feedback. If the gain matrix is symmetric and definitely positive, the system is stable.展开更多

Methods To use the linearized analysis methods and a special model in which the effect of ligamentous and passive resitance by discs and fibers is included. Results The model is capable of predicting the muscle forces,and joint reaction forces at the L5/Sl which are the biomechani- cal factors used to asses the risk of the discs and annulus fibers. For this reason, interval DEA is proposed. To make the efficiency scores more discriminative, this paper builds an Interval Modified DEA (IMDEA) model based on MDEA. Furthermore, models of obtaining upper and lower bounds of the efficiency scores for each DMU are set up. Based on this, the DMUs are classified into three types. Next, a new order relation between intervals which can express the DM’s preference to the three types is proposed. As a result, a full and more convictive ranking is made on all the DMUs. The deadbands were respectively set up at the sensor to the contro...The stability analysis and stabilization problems of the wireless networked control systems(WNCSs) with signal transmission deadbands were considered. The deadbands were respectively set up at the sensor to the controller and the controller to the actor sides in the WNCS, which were used to reduce data transmission, furthermore, to decrease the network collision and node energy consumption. Under the consideration of time-varying delays and signal transmission deadbands, the model for the WNCS was presented. A novel Lyapunov functional which took full advantages of the network factors was exploited. Meanwhile, new stability analysis and stabilization conditions for the WNCS were proposed, which described the relationship of the delay bounds, the transmission deadband bounds and the system stability. Two examples were used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods. The results show that the proposed approach can guarantee asymptotical stability of the system and reduce the data transmission effectively.展开更多

Methods: An in vitro invasion assay was performed to validate the invasive ca...Objective: To identify differentially expressed long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) involved in the metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: An in vitro invasion assay was performed to validate the invasive capability of SKOV3 and SKOV3.ip1 cell lines. Total R.NA was then extracted, and microarray analysis was performed. Moreover, nine lncRNAs were selected for validation using RT-qPCR. Results: Compared with the SKOV3 cells, the SKOV3.ip1 cells significantly improved in the in vitro invasive activity. Of the 4,956 lncRNAs detected in the microarra~ 583 and 578 lncRNAs were upregulated and downregulated, respectivel~ in SKOV3.ip1 cells, compared with the parental SKOV3 cells. Seven of the analyzed lncRNAs (MALAT1, H19, UCA1, CCAT1, LOC645249, LOC100128881, and LOC100292680) confirmed the deregulation found by microarray analysis. Conclusion: LncRNAs clusters were differentially expressed in ovarian cancer cells with varying metastatic potentials. This result indicates that some lncRNAs might exert a partial or key role in epithelial ovarian cancer metastasis. Further studies should be conducted to determine the roles of these lncRNAs in ovarian cancer metastasis.展开更多

Extended to the prediction field, it can solve the prediction problem with multiple inputs and outputs which can not be solved easily by the regression analysis method.But the traditional DEA models can not solve the problem with undesirable outputs,so in this paper the inherent relationship between goal programming and the DEA method based on the relationship between multiple goal programming and goal programming is explored,and a mixed DEA model which can make all factors of inputs and undesirable outputs decrease in different proportions is built.And at the same time,all the factors of desirable outputs increase in different proportions.展开更多
