The mutant had sparse branches and decreased number of florets from the base to the peak. Frequently, the florets at the top of the panicle did not develop completely. The underdeveloped florets often showed slender and white in their life cycle. Genetic analysis indicated that the mutant traits were controlled by a single recessive gene (temporarily designated as ah). ah gene controlled the development of inflorescence meristem and the flower organ. The florets of mutant showed degenerated lemma and palea. Stamens and lodicules were homeoticly transformed into pistils and palea/lemma-like structures, respectively. It seemed that ah mutant phenotypes of the homeotic conversions in lodicules and stamens were very similar to that of the B loss-of-function spwl gene reported previously in rice.展开更多
Intensive soil tillage is a significant factor in soil organic matter decline in cultivated soils. Both cultivation abandonment and foregoing tillage have been encouraged in the past 30 years to reduce greenhouse gas ...Intensive soil tillage is a significant factor in soil organic matter decline in cultivated soils. Both cultivation abandonment and foregoing tillage have been encouraged in the past 30 years to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and soil erosion. However, the dynamic processes of soil organic carbon (SOC) in areas of either continuous cultivation or abandonment remain unclear and inconsistent.Our aims were to assess and model the dynamic processes of SOC under continuous tillage and after cultivation abandonment in the black soil of Northeast China. Soil profiles were collected of cultivated or abandoned land with cultivation history of 0–100 years. An isotope mass balance equation was used to calculate the proportion of SOC derived from corn debris (C_4) and from natural vegetation (C_3) to deduce the dynamic process. Approximately 40% of SOC in the natural surface soil (0–10 cm) was eroded in the first 5 years of cultivation, increasing to about 75% within 40 years, before a slow recovery. C_4 above 30 cm soil depth increased by 4.5%–5% or 0.11–0.12 g·kg^(-1) on average per year under continuous cultivation, while it decreased by approximately 0.34% annually in the surface soil after cultivation abandonment.The increase in the percentage of C_4 was fitted to a linear equation with given intercepts in the upper 30 cm of soil in cultivated land. A significant relationship between the change of C_4 and time was found only in the surface soil after abandonment of cultivation. These results demonstrate the loss and accumulation of corn-derived SOC in surface black soil of Northeast China under continuous tillage or cultivation abandonment.展开更多

HCl. In order to create a heterogeneous catalyst system, the polyoxomolybdate was pillared with MgAI-LDH-NO3 by direct ion exchange. These novel materials were carefully analyzed by various chemico-physical methods, The catalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB) and rhodamine B (RB) as common dyes in the presence of MgAl-LDH-1 nanoparticles with aqueous hydrogen peroxide, H2O2, as an oxidizing agent was studied in aqueous solution at room temperature. More importantly, the catalyst can be recovered and reused efficiently up to five consecutive cycles with negligible loss of catalytic activity.展开更多

目的探讨经会阴盆底超声定量评估女性后盆腔脱垂的可行性。方法纳入2017年1月至2019年1月在研究分中心单位就诊的485例女性患者,对其进行问诊、行盆腔器官脱垂量化(pelvic organ prolapse quantification,POP-Q)分期及盆底超声检查,采...目的探讨经会阴盆底超声定量评估女性后盆腔脱垂的可行性。方法纳入2017年1月至2019年1月在研究分中心单位就诊的485例女性患者,对其进行问诊、行盆腔器官脱垂量化(pelvic organ prolapse quantification,POP-Q)分期及盆底超声检查,采集静息状态及最大Valsalva状态的盆底超声容积数据。结果患者后盆腔脱垂POP-Q分期越高,最大Valsalva状态直肠壶腹部位置越低(POP-Q分期=0对POP-Q分期=1,P<0.001;POP-Q分期=1对POP-Q分期≥2,P<0.001),直肠壶腹部移动度越大(POP-Q分期=0对POP-Q分期=1,P<0.001;POP-Q分期=1对POP-Q分期≥2,P=0.007)。静息状态及最大Valsalva状态下直肠壶腹部位置和直肠膨出高度与脱垂症状存在相关性(r=-0.200,P<0.001;r=-0.252,P<0.001;r=0.086,P=0.045)。最大Valsalva状态下直肠壶腹部位置诊断后盆腔脱垂(POP-Q分期≥1)和中重度后盆腔脱垂(POP-Q分期≥2)的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.75和0.85,相应的最佳截断值分别为线下7.32 mm和线下12 mm。结论经会阴盆底超声检查测量指标与后盆腔脱垂POP-Q分期具有较好的相关性,能够定量评估女性后盆腔脱垂的严重程度。展开更多
Objective: To investigate the classification and incidence of acid base disturbance (ABD) in the patients with post traumatic multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Methods: A total of 119 patients with MODS were...Objective: To investigate the classification and incidence of acid base disturbance (ABD) in the patients with post traumatic multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Methods: A total of 119 patients with MODS were examined with arterial blood gas analysis and serum electrolytes detection for 675 times in this study. Results: Different types of ABD existed in 647 times out of 675 times ( 95.9 %) of blood gas analyses. There were 270 times ( 41.7 %) of simple ABD, 271 times ( 41.9 %) of double ABD and 106 times ( 16.4 %) of triple ABD. Among which, 404 times ( 62.4 %) were in respiratory alkalosis (RAL), 332 times ( 51.3 %) in metabolic acidosis (MA), 227 times ( 35.1 %) in metabolic alkalosis (MAL) and 167 times ( 25.8 %) in respiratory acidosis (RA). In this study, 79 cases ( 66.4 %) out of 119 cases with MODS died from these kinds of ABD. Conclusions: It suggests that in the early stage of MODS, RAL with or without hypoxemia may exist, and later on, MA or even triple ABD may occur. In order to detect and correct the primary disorders as early as possible, it is important to keep the balance of hydrolyte. The treatment of primary diseases is also important. Disorders of acid base balance were corrected according to pH standard values, anion gap (AG) and the potential [HCO 3 -] were also calculated simultaneously. When pH was more than 7.50 or lower than 7.20 , it is necessary to give drugs of acidity or alkalinity to the patients with ABD to maintain pH value within a normal range.展开更多
