背景:过去的研究结果显示,需要为有特殊教育需要的学生发展一些具实用性的学与教套件,包括相关的评估、课程与教学策略,藉此促进全纳教育的发展。为响应此号召,香港9所特殊学校的教师团队为智障生研发了一套以连接特殊学校与主流学校的... 背景:过去的研究结果显示,需要为有特殊教育需要的学生发展一些具实用性的学与教套件,包括相关的评估、课程与教学策略,藉此促进全纳教育的发展。为响应此号召,香港9所特殊学校的教师团队为智障生研发了一套以连接特殊学校与主流学校的课程的评估工具,称为“融通学习成效量表(SCALE)”。目的:本研究目标,在于以等级量尺模式检视融通量表的信效度,验证近期研发的融通量表在评估具特殊教育需要的学生于香港主流课程中的四个主要学习领域的学习能力表现水平时是否达到其研发目的。方法:本研究采用了等级量尺模式来检视融通量表的信效度。依据受试者个人能力差异的逻辑函数判断答案正误的机率,检测使用融通量表之观察数据与等级量尺模式的预期数据匹配的适合程度、点数测量相关系数、个人/题项信度及主成因素构念向度分析。结果:从统计数据显示出融通量表拥有极高信效度,能将学生分为13个不同的学习能力水平级别,且题项难度范围足够将学生能力分为8~11个学习能力表现水平级别。所有的题项分数都与预期总分具非常高的相关性,证明融通量表具单一构念向度,也就是说,融通量表仅仅测量了学生的学习能力表现水平,而不是测量他们学习的其他方面。结论:从评估学习的角度,本文进一步讨论课程评估测量法的使用如何在绩效责任上产生作用;以及对于协助教师指导学习能力水平各有差异的学生的影响. 展开更多

正确的植入位点对于种植修复的长期稳定有效十分重要,为提高植入的精准度,临床上越来越多地使用外科导板、手术导航等来控制位点,引导种植体的植入。但是一方面由于这类数字化手段存在过程繁琐、费用较高等问题,大量的病例仍然是由自由... 正确的植入位点对于种植修复的长期稳定有效十分重要,为提高植入的精准度,临床上越来越多地使用外科导板、手术导航等来控制位点,引导种植体的植入。但是一方面由于这类数字化手段存在过程繁琐、费用较高等问题,大量的病例仍然是由自由手植入的;另一方面,在术前、术中、术后缺乏快速实用的实测位点的方法,不少病例只有术后锥形束CT检查时才发现位点不良,改正位点的代价不小。本文介绍一种适用于各类种植系统的全程植入位点的实测方法及其引导的精准植入技术。本技术由实测尺子引导,包括测量尺和术中定位尺两部分。术前使用测量尺测量术区三维空间,根据实测数据结合锥形束CT数据进行种植方案和数量引导设计,术中用实测尺子引导全程种植,兼顾实测核查。这种方法实现了植入手术从术前空间分析、术中精准植入引导及术后位点实测评价的全程可量化,可全程及时调整位点,提高了植入精度,是一项适宜推广的牙种植实用技术。 展开更多

To investigate influence of welding parameters on weld bead geometry in underwater wet flux cored arc welding (FCAW), orthogonal experiments of underwater wet FCAW were conducted in the hyperbaric chamber at water depth from 0.2 m to 60 m and mathematical models were developed by multiple curvilinear regression method from the experimental data. Sensitivity analysis was then performed to predict the bead geometry and evaluate the influence of welding parameters. The results reveal that water depth has a greater influence on bead geometry than other welding parameters when welding at a water depth less than 10 m. At a water depth deeper than 10 m, a change in travel speed affects the bead geometry more strongly than other welding parameters. 展开更多

By the use of a large-scale ground differential settlement simulator, a full-size model test is performed to study the strain response and the deformation behavior of both the wearing course of asphalt cement and the base course of cement-stabilized gravel. Moreover, with the differential settlement at the bottom of the pavement structure as the constraint condition, a plane finite element model is established, which is used to study the stress variation of different pavement layers in response to the differential settlement of varying magnitudes. It shows that, under the effects of the ground differential settlement, the wearing course is subjected to the tensile stress while the base course to the compressive stress and the maximum additional tensile stress and compressive stress occur in the area of 1 m from the splicing joint between the new and the old subgrade. Plastic deformation develops in both layers when the ground differential settlement reaches 14 cm. When the differential settlement at the bottom of the pavement goes up to 1 cm, the maximum additional stress in the surface of the base course will reach 0. 28 MPa, which surpasses 0.276 MPa that is specified in the current specifications as the maximum splitting tensile strength for cement-stabilized base material. 展开更多

A lightweight aggregate concrete-filled steel tube(LACFST) spatial truss beam was tested under bending load. The performance was studied by the analysis of the beam deflection and strains in its chords and webs. According to the test results, several assumptions were made to deduce the bearing capacity calculation method based on the force balance of the whole section. An optimal dimension relationship for the truss beam chords was proposed and verified by finite element analysis. Results show that the LACFST spatial truss beam failed after excessive deflection. The strain distribution agreed with Bernoulli-Euler theoretical prediction. The truss beam flexural bearing capacity calculation results matched test evidence with only a 3% difference between the two. Finite element analyses with different chord dimensions show that the ultimate bearing capacity increases as the chord dimensions increase when the chords have a diameter smaller than optimal one; otherwise, it remains almost unchanged as the chord dimensions increase. 展开更多

目的探讨三种简明手部骨龄分析法判断男童骨龄的相关性,明确其各亚分期的标准化骨龄。方法本研究为回顾性病例系列研究。收集2019年1月至2023年12月于首都医科大学附属北京积水潭医院小儿骨科和小儿内科门诊进行骨龄测评的152例男童的... 目的探讨三种简明手部骨龄分析法判断男童骨龄的相关性,明确其各亚分期的标准化骨龄。方法本研究为回顾性病例系列研究。收集2019年1月至2023年12月于首都医科大学附属北京积水潭医院小儿骨科和小儿内科门诊进行骨龄测评的152例男童的左手和左腕的X线片。共收集X线片169张,拍摄时年龄(13.7±2.0)岁(范围:9.1~17.9岁)。行骨龄测评原因包括评估特发性脊柱侧凸进展36例,预测双下肢长度差异28例,预测健康青少年的身高88例。先采用中国人手腕骨发育标准法对X线片提示的骨龄进行标准化判断,再分别采用三种简明手部骨龄分析法,指骨骨骺分级系统(Sanders分级)、尺桡骨远端骨龄分级(DRU)桡骨分级、拇指骨骺分级(TOCI),对X线片提示的骨龄进行分级。采用Somers′delta相关性检验分析三种简明手部骨龄分析法得到结果的相关性;计算三种分析法各亚分期的平均骨龄及标准差,并结合既往文献结果对比同一亚分期中男童与女童的骨龄差距。结果Sanders分级、DRU桡骨分级和TOCI对男童的骨龄判断结果有良好的相关性,Somers′delta相关系数为0.881~0.876(P值均<0.01);三种分级中对应骨龄标准差最小的亚分期,可用作判断骨龄具体数值的快速方法,包括:拇指近端骨骺覆盖(12.0岁),拇指籽骨刚出现或桡骨远端覆盖(13.0岁),拇指近端骨骺初成帽状或桡骨桡侧呈帽状(13.5岁),全部指骨骨骺呈帽状(14.0岁),远端指骨开始融合(14.5岁),远端指骨完全融合(15.0岁),近中指骨开始融合(15.5岁),近中指骨完全融合(16.5岁),桡骨远端几乎融合(17.5岁),同一亚分期下男童和女童的骨龄平均相差2岁。结论Sanders分级、DRU-桡骨分级、TOCI均可应用于判断男童的骨龄,并具有良好的相关性,其中特征性亚分期可作为骨龄的简易判断方法。 展开更多

Removal of the length ef fect in otolith shape analysis for stock identification using length scaling is an important issue; however, few studies have attempted to investigate the ef fectiveness or weakness of this methodology in application. The aim of this study was to evaluate whether commonly used size scaling methods and normalized elliptic Fourier descriptors(NEFDs) could ef fectively remove the size ef fect of fish in stock discrimination. To achieve this goal, length groups from two known geographical stocks of yellow croaker, L arimichthys polyactis, along the Chinese coast(five groups from the Changjiang River estuary of the East China Sea and three groups from the Bohai Sea) were subjected to otolith shape analysis. The results indicated that the variation of otolith shape caused by intra-stock fish length might exceed that due to inter-stock geographical separation, even when otolith shape variables are standardized with length scaling methods. This variation could easily result in misleading stock discrimination through otolith shape analysis. Therefore, conclusions about fish stock structure should be carefully drawn from otolith shape analysis because the observed discrimination may primarily be due to length ef fects, rather than dif ferences among stocks. The application of multiple methods, such as otoliths shape analysis combined with elemental fingering, tagging or genetic analysis, is recommended for sock identification. 展开更多

Prediction of melt index (MI), the most important parameter in determining the product's grade and quality control of polypropylene produced in practical industrial processes, is studied. A novel soft-sensor model with principal component analysis (PCA), radial basis function (RBF) networks, and multi-scale analysis (MSA) is proposed to infer the MI of manufactured products from real process variables, where PCA is carried out to select the most relevant process features and to eliminate the correlations of the input variables, MSA is introduced to a^quire much more information and to reduce the uncertainty of the system, and RBF networks are used to characterize the nonlinearity of the process. The research results show that the proposed method provides promising prediction reliability and accuracy, and supposed to have extensive application prospects in propylene polymerization processes. 展开更多

In this work, granulation between dodecyl-benzenesulfonic acid and sodium carbonate was investigated in a laboratory-scale high shear mixer. The effects offormulation parameters and process variables, including primary carbonate size, binder content, impeller speed, and operating temperature, were correlated to the properties ofthe product granules. Design ofexperiment and analysis ofvariance were combined to analyze the experimentaldata, and results showed that larger granule sizes with fewer fine particles can be obtained by employing higher binder contents and larger sodium carbonate sizes. The shear force ofthe impeller can extensively break oversized granules. The binder content exerted a contrasting effect on the flowability ofgranules formed with two kinds ofsodium carbonate, likely because ofdifferences in the liquid saturation ofthe solids. The dissolution rate determined by in-line size analysis showed that high binder contents were beneficialto dissolution performance, and the relationships between Hunter color and tested parameters were evaluated. The results ofthis work can be used as a reliable guidance for process controland optimization in powder detergent manufacturing. 展开更多

Based on monthly river runoff and meteorological data, a method of Morlet wavelet transform was used to analyze the multiple time scale characteristics of river runoff in the Dagujia River Basin, Yantai City, Shandong Province. The results showed that the total annual river runoffin the Dagujia River Basin decreased significantly from 1966 to 2004, and the rate of decrease was 48× 10^6ma/10yr, which was higher than the mean value of most rivers in China. Multiple time scale characteristics existed, which accounted for different aspects of the changes in annual river runoff, and the major periods of the runofftime series were identified as about 28 years, 14 years and 4 years with decreasing levels of fluctuation. The river runoff evolution process was controlled by changes in precipitation to a certain extent, but it was also greatly influenced by human activities. Also, for different time periods and scales, the impacts of climate changes and human activities on annual river runoff evolution occurred at the same time. Changes in the annual river runoffwere mainly associated with climate change before the 1980s and with human activities after 1981. 展开更多

Runoff series of the Yangtze River presents an intricate variation tendency under the reinforced influence of human activities.The Morlet Wavelet Transform method has been applied to analyze the annual runoff data from 1950 to 2011 at the Yangtze River Estuary.It can clearly reveal the multi-time scales structure,break point,change and distribution of periodic variation in the different time scales of the runoff series.The main conclusions are that:1) Repeated periodic oscillations accompanied by an extremely large fluctuation are presented in the runoff series with an obvious difference between wet and dry years,and the major periods of the time series are about 3,8,16 and 23 years respectively.Among them,the presented maximum periodic oscillation is 23 years scale.2) In the 23-year time scale,the wet periods are 1950-1958,1969-1980 and 1992-2003,and the dry periods are 1959-1968,1981-1991 and 2004-2011.3) It can be predicted from the view of long time scales that the low annual runoff will likely occur in the near future. 展开更多

Objective To validate the predictive power of the 5th and 6th editions of TNM staging system(TNM-5,TNM-6) in a Chinese patient cohort with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) sized > or = 5 cm after radical hepatectomy.Methods Consecutive 121 patients with HCC sized > or = 5 cm undergoing radical hepatectomy between January 1995 and December 2002 were included.The impact of clinicopathological variables on prognosis was determined by univariate and multivariate analyses,after excluding 2 perioperative deaths.Results In univariate analysis,TNM-5 stage did not show prognostic significance for overall or disease-free survival,as opposed to TNM-6 stage,Edmondson-Steiner grade,portal vein tumor thrombosis(PVTT),vascular invasion,satellite nodule,Child-Pugh grade,and hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) positivity.When these significant variables were entered in multivariate analysis,Edmondson-Steiner grade was the sole independent prognosticator for both overall and disease-free survival,whereas Child-Pugh grade independently influenced disease-free survival.However,TNM-6 stage lost its predictive potential in multivariate analysis.Conclusions Neither TNM-5 nor TNM-6 staging system is revealed to be independently prognostic in patients with HCC sized > or = 5 cm after radical hepatectomy.Therefore,TNM-6 calls for more support in many subsets of HCC patients. 展开更多
