The effects of Na2 Cr O4 on the neutralizatio...In order to clean production of chromium compounds, it is a critical process to remove aluminates and utilize aluminum compounds from artificial chromate alkali solutions. The effects of Na2 Cr O4 on the neutralization curve, Al(OH)3 precipitation efficiency and induction period of bayerite were investigated. The results indicate that the neutralization curve of the artificial chromate alkali solutions shows three distinct regions and its induction period is longer than that of pure sodium aluminate solutions at the same aluminum concentration. And the decreased temperature and volume fraction of CO2 enhance the particle size of bayerite β-Al(OH)3. Bayerite composed of agglomerates of rods and cone frustums was obtained from alkali metal chromate solutions with 28.5% CO2(volume fraction) at temperatures ranging from 50 °C to 70 °C. Coarse bayerite with particle size(d50) from 24.2 μm to 29.3 μm extremely has few impurities, which is suitable for comprehensive utilization.展开更多

By solving the convection-diffusion equation(Fokker-Planck equation), the influence of Brownian diffusivity offine particles on concentration distribution and adhesion efficiencyis demonstrated with the hydrodynamic force and van der Waalsattractive potential between particles and bubble considered. It isfound that two kinds of mechanism dominate the adhesion process ofparticles on bubble according to different Peclet number or size ofparticles and bubble, as well as other properties of the slurrysystems. In addition, the viscosity ratio of bubble to the suspendingfluid was found to have obvious influence on particle adhesion.展开更多

In this paper, the effect of ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic intensity and pH value on 3-chlorophenol...Ultrasound assisted electrocatalytic process was used for enhancing decomposition efficiency of organic compounds. In this paper, the effect of ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic intensity and pH value on 3-chlorophenol decomposition were studied. It was found that 3-chlorophenol in aqueous solution can be markedly decomposed by ultrasound assisted electrocatalytic process. The rate of decomposition increased with the increase of frequency, and low frequency is proper in the ultrasound assisted electrocatalytic system. The removal of 3-chlorophenol increased visibly with the increase of ultrasonic intensity until the intensity of 1.56 W/cm2. Alkaline condition is beneficial to 3-chlorophenol decomposition, the rate at pH 9.08 was higher than pH 2.48 and 6.85. The major intermediate formed during 3-chlorophenol decomposition was 2-chloro-pbenzoquinone, which was readily decomposed by ultrasound assisted electrocatalytic process.展开更多

Ternary OSC as an efficient way to improve the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of OSCs has inspired great interest from researchers to investigate ternary OSCs and result in many efficient de- vices. Ternary OSCs allow collecting high- and low-energy photons by separated semiconductors in a single active layer to minimize the thermalization loss and broaden absorption range to improve the performance of OSCs. However, most reported ternary OSCs only have active layer of about 100 nm in thickness.展开更多
