多孔硝酸铵储存及运输过程中很容易发生结块,为减少多孔硝酸铵的结块,很多生产企业生产过程中会加入一定量的包裹剂,如今多孔硝酸铵中包裹剂含量已成为许多客户关注的主要质量指标之一。目前测定多孔硝酸铵中包裹剂含量的分析方法主要... 多孔硝酸铵储存及运输过程中很容易发生结块,为减少多孔硝酸铵的结块,很多生产企业生产过程中会加入一定量的包裹剂,如今多孔硝酸铵中包裹剂含量已成为许多客户关注的主要质量指标之一。目前测定多孔硝酸铵中包裹剂含量的分析方法主要有索氏抽提法、分液后重量法和分光光度法,为探寻更适合生产企业不同场合的分析方法,选取不同包裹剂含量的多孔硝酸铵样本,通过试验从精密度、准确度、分析耗时等方面对比索氏抽提法、分液后重量法和分光光度法测定多孔硝酸铵中包裹剂含量的差异。试验结果表明:三种分析方法的准确度及精密度均可满足分析要求,测定结果一致性较好且无显著性差异;据三种分析方法的特点,产品出厂检验时可优先考虑采用分液后重量法和索氏抽提法,分光光度法可作为中间过程控制的首选分析方法。 展开更多

To study the effects of different storage methods and time on content of nutrients in biogas slurry of straw, two storage methods were carried out on biogas slurry between open storage and airtight storage conditions at normal atmospheric temperature. The contents of N, P, K, and organic matter in biogas slurry of straw were determined in different storage times. The results showed that: during the pro-cess of biogas slurry storage, little change occurred in the content of the organic matter while the total content of N, P, K significantly declined; up to 50 days, the total content of N, P, K reduced to nearly 80%-90%. Because the contents of N, P, K in biogas slurry reduced less in airtight storage conditions so that a better re-sult was found on airtight storage methods than open storage methods in fertilizer field of biogas slurry of straw. 展开更多

The composition of coal-derived light oil (IBP-220℃) was separated into 5 fractions by atmospheric distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spec- trometry (GC/MS).The light oil was made at 0.1 t/d coal direct liquefaction bench scale unit (BSU) at China Coal Research Institute (CCRI).Six groups of organics,including acyclic hydrocarbon,alicyclic hydrocarbon,aromatics,phenols,polynuclear aromatics and heterocyclics,were found and 80 compounds were tentatively identified in total.Alicyclic hydrocarbon is the main component of the light oil compared to other groups whether in relative mass percentage or the number of compounds in group.The predominant oxy- gen-contained compound is phenols,and the nitrogen-containing compound is pyridine. Nd-F species in NdF3-LiF melts were studied using cryoscopic method.Liquidus temperatures of melts of various compositions were determined by differential thermal analysis(DTA).Based on the different model calculations,NdF4- was identified as the most likely Nd-F entity in the melts in which the mole fraction of NdF3 was lower than 20%,considering only one single Nd species in the melt,and which was formed in accordance with Temkin model or Flood model.Then,activities of different components in the melts were researched.The results show that activity of LiF decreases,and that of NdF3 increases with increasing the mole fraction of NdF3.The value of activity coefficient of NdF3 is higher than 1,and that of LiF is lower than 1. 展开更多

The analogy between the wave equation of liquid and the Navier equations of structural elasticity is examined in detail. By introducing appropriate parameters, the structural counterpart of the liquid sloshing model can be easily built. Therefore, the dynamic analysis of liquid sloshing can be reduced to that of structural elasticity, and the existing FEM structural analysis computer programs can be applied to liquid sloshing analysis without any modification. The present method also reveals the internal relationship between liquid sloshing and structural vibration. The effectiveness and reliability of the method is illustrated by the numerical example. 展开更多

Teicoplanin is one of the macrocyclic glycopeptide antibiotics, which is active against Gram-positive bacteria, and has attracted a lot of attention in the field of chiral separation recently. In this work, the partition coefficients and extraction ratio of teicoplanin in three different solvent systems were studied: conventional extraction, reactive extraction and reverse micelle extraction. With conventional solvent extraction, n-butanol demonstrated high partition coefficient for teicoplanin, but low extraction ratio because of its high solubility in water. Reactive extraction of teicoplanin showed the highest partition coefficient with almost 100% recovery in organic phase when tri-n-octylmethyl ammonium chloride (TOMAC) was used as extractant and pH value was above 5.0. A reverse micelle system, consisted of isooctane +10mmol-L-1 TOMAC +1% n-octanol, also offered high separation factor for teicoplanin. The results are beneficial for the design of teicoplanin separation and purification process. 展开更多

A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC) method wasdeveloped and validated for the simultaneous deteimination of ceftazidime and tazobactam ininject-able powder. Methods Chromatography was carried out on Zorbax 300SB-C_(18) column using amixture of methanol and aqueous solution of phosphate buffer (pH = 5.6) as mobile phase. The UVdetection wavelength was 220 run. Results The linear ranges of ceftazidime and tazobactam were 0.62- 631.8 μg·mL^(-1) and 0.66 - 677.50 μg·mL^(-1), respectively. The average recoveries were 98.8%- 101.4% for ceftazidime, and 99,1% - 100.2% for tazobactam. The RSD values of inter-day andintra-day assays were lower than 1.5% for ceftazidime and 2.6% for tazobactam. Conclusion Thismethod is reproducible, simple, precise, and rapid for the quality control of ceftazidime andtazobactam in injectable powder. 展开更多

Aggressive angiomyxoma (AAM) is a rare tumour that often occurs in soft tissues of the female genital tract. Eight cases of AAM are reported in this article, and the clinical features and ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) results of the eight cases are reviewed and summarized. The main complaints of all the patients were palpable and painless masses in the vulva or scrotum. The lesions were mainly located in the vulva, pelvis, and perineal region, with a large scope of involvement. The sonographic features of AAM were characteristic. On sonography, all of the masses were of irregular shape and showed hypoechogenicity, with a heterogeneous inner echotexture. Intratumoural and peritumoural blood fows were detected by colour Doppler imaging. On real-time ultrasonic imaging, prominent deformation of the lesions was observed bycompressing the masses with the probe. Some special imaging features were also revealed, including a la-minated or swirled appearance of inner echogenicity, and a fnger-like or tongue-like growth pattern. On MRI imaging, the lesions showed intermediate-intensity signals and intermediate to high-intensity signals on TI-weighted and T2-weighted sequences. A rapid and uneven enhancement pattern was demonstrated. After the comparison of sonographic features with MRIand pathological findings, we found the relevance of the ultrasonographic characteristics with MRI and his-tological features of AAM. Ultrasound can be a valuable imaging method for the preoperative diagnosis, eva-luation of scope, and follow-up of AAM. 展开更多

[ Method] GC-MS was used to an- alyze the composition of the garlic volatile oil in Guiyang, Guizhou Majiang, Shandong, Yunnan and Chongqing and the HPLC method was used to assay the content of gadicin. [ Result]Gadicin in different essential oil had the highest content but varied a lot. The sampling amount of garlicin be- tween 0.562 and 2.810 μg was in a good linear relation (R =0.999 2, n = 5 ) with peak area, the average recovery rate was 99.39, RSD = 1.76%. [ Conclusion] GC-MS can be used to analysis the composition of essential oil quickly and effectively. The liquid chromatographic analysis of garlicin was simple, reliable and reproducible. The study provided the theoretical basis for selecting garlic in gadic flavor oil production and improving quality of gadicin oil. 展开更多

A RP-HPLC method for determination of paclitaxel in its solid dispersion

Aim To develop and validate a RP-HPLC method for the analysis of paclitaxel in a solid dispersion. Methods Paclitaxel and the internal standard norethisterone were separated using a Phenomenex ODS 3 column and monitored at a wavelength at 227 nm. The isocratic mobile phase consisting of methanol-acetonitrile-water (40:30:30, V/V) was pumped at a flow-rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The dissolution studies were performed according to published studies. Results Under these chromatographic conditions, the calibration curve was linear in the range of 4-40 μg·mL ^-1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The mean recovery was 98.42 % (RSD = 1.19 %). At the 60 min time point, the dissolution of paclitaxel from the solid dispersion was nearly 100 %, however, the original form of paclitaxel was about 30 %. Conclusion The method was proven to be specific, accurate and precise for determining the dissolution of paclitaxel from solid dispersion. 展开更多
