The reaction mechanisms were investigated based on the analysis of zeta (ξ) potential and calculations of solution chemistry and DLVO theory. The results show that the valence of cations, instead of the cation type, plays an important role in the dispersibility of diaspore The impact of multivalent metallic cations is greater than that of monovalent cations. In the presence of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+, the dispersion of diaspore doesn't change in the range of pH value below 10. However, Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ may induce strong coagulation of particles when pH value is higher than 10. The adsorption of species of calcium and magnesium ions on diaspore can cause the compression of electric double layer, the decrease of the absolute value of zeta potential and the repulsion force between diaspore particles. The new IEP (isoelectric point) appeared at pH value of 11 may attribute to the adsorption of Mg(OH)2(s).展开更多

The ionization potential of alkanes and mono-substituted alkanes, the chemical shift of 1H NMR, and the gas phase proton affinity of aliphatic amines, alcohols, and ethers were estimated. All the expressions have good correlations. Moreover, the Sanderson method and Bratsch method were modified on the basis of the valence electrons equilibration theory. The modified Sanderson method and modified Bratsch method are more effective than their original methods to estimate these properties.展开更多

Based on the location of bromine substituents and conjugation matrix, a new substituent po- sition index ~X not only was defined, but also molecular shape indexes Km and electronega- tivity distance vectors Mm of diph...Based on the location of bromine substituents and conjugation matrix, a new substituent po- sition index ~X not only was defined, but also molecular shape indexes Km and electronega- tivity distance vectors Mm of diphenylamine and 209 kinds of polybrominated diphenylamine (PBDPA) molecules were calculated. Then the quantitative structure-property relationships (QSPR) among the thermodynamic properties of 210 organic pollutants and 0X, K3, M29, M36 were founded by Leaps-and-Bounds regression. Using the four structural parameters as input neurons of the artificial neural network, three satisfactory QSPR models with network structures of 4:21:1, 4:24:1, and 4:24:1 respectively, were achieved by the back-propagation algorithm. The total correlation coefficients R were 0.9999, 0.9997, and 0.9995 respectively and the standard errors S were 1.036, 1.469, and 1.510 respectively. The relative mean deviation between the predicted value and the experimental value of Sθ, AfHe and △fGθ- were 0.11%, 0.34% and 0.24% respectively, which indicated that the QSPR models had good stability and superior predictive ability. The results showed that there were good nonlinear correlations between the thermodynamic properties of PBDPAs and the four structural pa- rameters. Thus, it was concluded that the ANN models established by the new substituent position index were fully applicable to predict properties of PBDPAs.展开更多
In order to obtain the Al wires with good mechanical properties and high electrical conductivities, conductive wires of Al-0.16 Zr, Al-0.16 Sc, Al-0.12Sc-0.04Zr(mass fraction, %) and pure Al(99.996%) were produced...In order to obtain the Al wires with good mechanical properties and high electrical conductivities, conductive wires of Al-0.16 Zr, Al-0.16 Sc, Al-0.12Sc-0.04Zr(mass fraction, %) and pure Al(99.996%) were produced with the diameter of 9.5 mm by continuous rheo-extrusion technology, and the extruded materials were heat treated and analyzed. The results show that the separate additions of 0.16% Sc and 0.16% Zr to pure Al improve the ultimate tensile strength but reduce the electrical conductivity, and the similar trend is found in the Al-0.12Sc-0.04 Zr alloy. After the subsequent heat treatment, the wire with the optimum comprehensive properties is Al-0.12Sc-0.04 Zr alloy, of which the ultimate tensile strength and electrical conductivity reach 160 MPa and 64.03%(IACS), respectively.展开更多

The vertically linearly graded concentration drift can be achieved by impurity implanting followed by thermal diffusion. In this way,the vertical breakdown voltage of SOI LDMOS with 2μm thickness SOI layer can be improved by 43%. The numerical results show that the difference of geometric symmetries of the oligothiophene molecules leads to the difference of the contact configurations between the molecule and the electrodes, which results in the difference of the coupling parameters between the molecules and electrodes as well as the delocalization properties of the molecular orbitals. These Cr-phosphides and Cr-sulphides were predicted to be half-metallic ferromagnets whose spin-polarization at the Fermi level is absolutely 100%. The molecular magnetic moments of Cr-phosphides and Cr-sulphides are 3.00 and 4.00 μB, which arise mainly from Cr-ions, respectively. There is ferromagnetic coupling in both Cr- phosphides and Cr-sulphides. The Curie temperatures of Cr-sulphides and Cr-phosphides are high. The electronic structures of Cr-ions are a1g^2↑↓t1u^4↑↓t1u^1↑↓eg^2↑↓in Cr-phosphides and a1g^2↑↓t1u^4↑↓t1u^1↑t2g^3↑in Cr-sulphides, respectively.展开更多

Using this equivalent circuit model,it is easy to simulate and analyze the behavior of an FLC layer in three different typical parameters,including temperature, input light wavelength, and the frequency of driving voltage. We conclude that the response velocity drops as the wavelength increases in the range of visible light, and for the parameter of temperature, the velocity reaches its lowest value when the temperature reaches a certain degree,meanwhile,the frequency of driving voltage exerts important effects on the response velocity only when the frequency is beyond a critical value. It is stable when the feedback only occurs between the collocated sensors and actuators, but it may be unstable when there exists the feedback between sensors and actuators, which mainly depends on the property of the gain matrix of feedback. With in vitro spin labeling electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy, we have studied the effects of Bu Yang Huan Wu (BYHW) decoction and its effective constituents such as astragaloside IV ferulic acid, chua...With in vitro spin labeling electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy, we have studied the effects of Bu Yang Huan Wu (BYHW) decoction and its effective constituents such as astragaloside IV ferulic acid, chuanxiongzine, rutin, chlorogenic acid, 9,10 dimethoxy pterocarpane 7 O β D glucoside, calycosin, formononetin, calycosin 7 O glucoside, paeoniflorin, paeonal and quercein on the cell membrane fluidity of a rat brain which was modeled after the dual cervical arteries were intercepted and released for realizing an ischemia reperfusion injury which was selected as a brain stroke model. Our results indicated that the cell membrane fluidity in the model group decreased approximately 8% compared with the control group, and after brain cells were incubatied with species, the membrane fluidity could be recovered closely to the control level depending on the BYHW decoction and its different constituents. As the membrane fluidity is a very sensitive biological index which reflectsd the cell status, our method will be useful to study the molecular mechanism of tradition Chinese medicine (TCM) and its combination recipe.展开更多

The surface exchange rate of BSCF severely decreases after in situ exposure to CO2, which is ascribed to carbonate formation on the material surface. The detrimental effect of CO2 starts at a low temperature of 375 ℃ and concentration as low as 1%, and becomes more pro- nounced at higher temperatures. Degradation of the surface exchange kinetics is associated with a rapid loss of oxygen permeation performance of BSCF in CO2.展开更多

Geometrical nonlinearity effect is considered. Detailed formulations and procedures are given for the first time. Several examples are analyzed and accurate results are obtained by the DQEM. Based on the results in this paper, one may conclude that the DQEM is a useful tool for obtaining solutions of structural elements. It can be seen that the shell shape may be theore tically controlled and snap through may occur when the applied voltage reaches a critical value even without mechanical load for certain geometric configurations.展开更多

Using a signal path, a received signal strength indicator (RSSI), based on the piecewise-linear approximation, is realized with a ± 2dB logarithmic accuracy in a 60dB indicating range. The architecture of the LA and RSSI employed is determined by the optimal sensitivity and RSSI accuracy for a specified speed, gain, and power consumption. It consumes 60mW from a single 5V supply. The active area is 1.05mm^2 using standard 5V 0.6μm CMOS technology.展开更多

The mineral electrical index and test method are introduced. The electric difference of different mineral composition of fly ash is discussed by analysis of chemical and mineral composition of fly ash in Xinwen power plant. The dielectric constant and charge-mass ratio of carbon and ash of fly ash are tested. Combined with the experimental study on rotary triboelectrostatic separation, the charged characteristic of fly ash particles with different size is gained. The results show that the dielectric constant of fly ash with different grain size decreased with the decrease of particle size, which lead to the poor electrical conductivity, Thus it can be seen that par- ticle size plays a leading role in conductivity, The charge of carbon and ash with each size increased with the decreased of particle size; and the charge-mass ratio between carbon and ash with the same size lar- ger with the decrease of size, which indicated that the finer particle size, the more favorable for triboelec- trification separation. In the same conditions, the best decarburization effect is realized when the particle size ranges from 0.038 to 0.074 ram, whose decarbonization rate and efficiency index reached 38.93% and 120.83% respectively.展开更多

文摘The poisoning effect of CO2 on the oxygen surface exchange kinetics of BSCF (Ba0.5 Sr0.5 Co0.8 Feo.2O3_δ) is investigated with a novel pulse isotopic exchange technique. The surface exchange rate of BSCF severely decreases after in situ exposure to CO2, which is ascribed to carbonate formation on the material surface. The detrimental effect of CO2 starts at a low temperature of 375 ℃ and concentration as low as 1%, and becomes more pro- nounced at higher temperatures. Degradation of the surface exchange kinetics is associated with a rapid loss of oxygen permeation performance of BSCF in CO2.
文摘The static behavior of piezoelectric circular spherical shallow shells under both electrical and mechanical loads is studied by using the differential quadrature element method (DQEM). Geometrical nonlinearity effect is considered. Detailed formulations and procedures are given for the first time. Several examples are analyzed and accurate results are obtained by the DQEM. Based on the results in this paper, one may conclude that the DQEM is a useful tool for obtaining solutions of structural elements. It can be seen that the shell shape may be theore tically controlled and snap through may occur when the applied voltage reaches a critical value even without mechanical load for certain geometric configurations.
文摘A 0. 5mV high sensitivity,200Mbps CMOS limiting amplifier (LA) with 72dB ultra wide dynamic range is described. A novel active DC offset cancellation loop is elaborately analyzed and designed to achieve this performance. Using a signal path, a received signal strength indicator (RSSI), based on the piecewise-linear approximation, is realized with a ± 2dB logarithmic accuracy in a 60dB indicating range. The architecture of the LA and RSSI employed is determined by the optimal sensitivity and RSSI accuracy for a specified speed, gain, and power consumption. It consumes 60mW from a single 5V supply. The active area is 1.05mm^2 using standard 5V 0.6μm CMOS technology.

文摘The basic principle of fly ash triboelectrification is analysed. The mineral electrical index and test method are introduced. The electric difference of different mineral composition of fly ash is discussed by analysis of chemical and mineral composition of fly ash in Xinwen power plant. The dielectric constant and charge-mass ratio of carbon and ash of fly ash are tested. Combined with the experimental study on rotary triboelectrostatic separation, the charged characteristic of fly ash particles with different size is gained. The results show that the dielectric constant of fly ash with different grain size decreased with the decrease of particle size, which lead to the poor electrical conductivity, Thus it can be seen that par- ticle size plays a leading role in conductivity, The charge of carbon and ash with each size increased with the decreased of particle size; and the charge-mass ratio between carbon and ash with the same size lar- ger with the decrease of size, which indicated that the finer particle size, the more favorable for triboelec- trification separation. In the same conditions, the best decarburization effect is realized when the particle size ranges from 0.038 to 0.074 ram, whose decarbonization rate and efficiency index reached 38.93% and 120.83% respectively.
