Phylogenetic relationships among the superfamilies within this infraorder have been uncertain, especially for the Eutrichophora. The previous studies were based on morphological characters, or just mitochondrial or nuclear genes, or only partial 18 S rDNA and COI. In this study, we used maximum likelihood(ML) and Bayesian inference(BI) based on massive molecular datasets(18S rDNA, 28 S rDNA, Hox and mitochondrial genes totaling 21 loci and 12,538 characters) to infer a robust phylogeny for this terrestrial group. Results strongly support the monophyly of all superfamilies; the superfamily status of Aradoidea and the following relationships:(Aradoidea +(Pentatomoidea +(Coreoidea +(Lygaeoidea + Pyrrhocoroidea)))) in Pentatomomorpha, and(Coreoidea +(Lygaeoidea + Pyrrhocoroidea)) in Eutrichophora. Our results suggest that sampling greater numbers of genes is an effective tool for resolving phylogenetic problems.展开更多
[Objective] The aim was to separate chromium-resistant microorganism from soil contaminated by chromium.[Method] Separation and purification technique was used as follows:different concentrations of Cr^6+ were added...[Objective] The aim was to separate chromium-resistant microorganism from soil contaminated by chromium.[Method] Separation and purification technique was used as follows:different concentrations of Cr^6+ were added into medium,and chromium-resistant fungi were screened after separations and domestications.The selected fungi were under preliminary identification according to its morphological and colony characteristics.Then,related biological characteristics were studied,including measurement of growth curve,growing effects by temperature,pH value and osmotic pressure.[Result] The Cr(VI) with concentration of 1 000 mg/L was separated and selected from soils in ten different places contaminated seriously by heavy metal in adjacent region of Yulin City.Considering its morphological and colony characteristics,it was preliminarily identified as saccharomycetes,which can well grow within 15-37 ℃,and whose most suitable temperature was 28℃.Bacterial strain can grow well with pH of 4-10,and the optimum pH was 7.2;besides,it can grow well with NaCl concentration of 0.5%-5.0%.Through the experiment,the bacteria was found with resistance not only to chromium,but also to heavy metals such as Pb+Cu,Cu+Fe,Pb+Fe,and Pb+Cu+Fe.[Conclusion] The fungi selected from the experiment were of good adaptability to natural environment,and it also had resistance to other heavy metals.展开更多

All the samples were analyzed by GD-MS. Theory calculation determines that phosphorus evaporates from molten silicon as gas species P and P2 at a finite reduced pressure. The experimental results show that phosphorus mass fraction can be decreased from 0.046% (460ppmw) to around 0.001% (10ppmw) under the condition of temperature 1 873 K, chamber pressure 0.6-0.8 Pa, holding time 1 h. Both experimental data and calculation results agree that at high phosphorus concentration, phosphorus removal is quite dependent on high chamber pressure while it becomes independent on low chamber pressure. The reason is that phosphorus evaporates from molten silicon as gas species P2 at a relatively high phosphorus concentration, while gas species P will be dominated in its vapour at low phosphorus content.展开更多

Accordingl y, it is validated that change of values of the circuit parameters may lead DC DC converter to chaotic motion. Performances of the output ripples fro m steady state to chaotic are analyzed in time and frequency domains respective ly. This algorithm adopts the...A new three dimensional simulation method is introduced to study the workspace of a 6 PSS (P denotes a prismatic kinematic pair, S denotes a spherical kinematic pair) parallel machine tool. This algorithm adopts the method of numerical analysis to investigate the boundary points in a series of sections which form the surface of the workspace. That is, to study such points that have the largest polar radius on a certain section in a system of polar coordinates according to conditions of constraint. The constraint conditions considered in the article include the maximum and minimum displacements of each dieblock, the maximum and minimum angles of oscillation in each hinge. By converting the constraint inequalities into constraint equations, the largest polar radius corresponding to every constraint condition can be evaluated and the minimum one is used to decide the boundary point. This algorithm greatly simplifies the computational process and can be used to analyze any section of the workspace. It provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of such a machine tool.展开更多

The RTSS simulation software consists of three separated parts: the simulation kernel, the model building program and the result post processing program. The RTSS may run in the client/server mode. The main features of the RTSS software are more modular, more flexible and easier to upgrade. RTSS is built on object oriented technology, so it has more flexibility. The RTSS model of a system is an open queueing network. For modeling various data acquisition systems, communication networks and flexible manufacturing systems at different abstraction levels, RTSS has proven to be an extremely useful tool for performance analysis.展开更多

Two architectures are provided and verified: one is based on pure TCP/IP protocol and C/S model, and implemented with Winsock, the other is based on CORBA (common object request broker architecture). The performance of data fusion simulation system, i.e. reliability, flexibility and scalability, is improved and enhanced by two models. Then, liquid culture was...[Objective] The aim was to separate and purify antioxidant endophytic fun- gi from Stevia leaves. [Method] Stevia leaves were used as materials for endophytic fungi screening and purification. Then, liquid culture was conducted to test fermented supernatant abilities of antioxidant, DPPH free radical clearing and chemilumines- cence inhibition. [Result] Forty two endophytic fungi were separated from F01 to F42. F41 was proved to be the strongest in antioxidant aspect; F37 was the strongest in DPPH clearing; F02, F07, F20, F25, F37, and F416 stood out in a comprehensive comparison of the above aspects. Flow injection chemiluminescenct method was used to test the above six fermentation liquors, and the results showed that antioxidant abilities of the six were quite strong for all of chemiluminescence rates were over 70%. Through preliminary morphological identification, bacterial colony was found white or yellowy and only F02 was of dissepiment. [Conclusion] Fungi with high-antioxidation activities were separated, which paved the way for future research.展开更多

Each module unit of the robot has 12 freedoms and is composed of six rotary jo...Based on the character of the modular self-reconfigurable (MSR) robot, a novel homogeneous and lattice MSR robot, M-Cubes, was designed. Each module unit of the robot has 12 freedoms and is composed of six rotary joints and one cubic link. An attached/detached mechanism was designed on the rotary joints. A novel space transmitting system was placed on the inner portion of the cubic link. A motor separately transmitted torque to the six joints which were distributed equally on six surfaces of the cubic link. The example of a basic motion for the module was demonstrated. The result shows that the robot is concise and compact in structure, highly efficient in transmission, credible in connecting, and simple in controlling. At the same time, a simulator is developed to graphically design the system configuration, the reconfiguration process and the motion of cluster modules. The character of local action for the cellular automata (CA) is utilized. Each module is simplified as a cell. The transition rules of the CA are developed to combine with the genetic algorithm (GA) and applied to each module to accomplish distributed control. Simulation proves that the method is effective and feasible.展开更多
