针对传统区域分离-合并算法中过分割的问题,提出一种基于边缘提取和区域分离-合并相结合的分割算法。即利用Canny算子对图像进行边缘提取,得到边缘像素集。然后将像素集作为边缘线,采用区域分离-合并算法进行图像分割。由于Canny算子所... 针对传统区域分离-合并算法中过分割的问题,提出一种基于边缘提取和区域分离-合并相结合的分割算法。即利用Canny算子对图像进行边缘提取,得到边缘像素集。然后将像素集作为边缘线,采用区域分离-合并算法进行图像分割。由于Canny算子所提取的像素集是不完整的,所以需要用Hough变换对其进一步完善,得到连续的边缘线。该算法能够提高区域分离-合并算法的精确度,较好地解决其过分割的问题。实验结果表明,该算法有效。 展开更多

The loading capacity of... In our work, a new extraction tip with gold-modified polymer is developed. The simple, self-made and extremely economical tips were successfully applied to capture cysteine-containing peptides. The loading capacity of a tip (column bed: 0.3 mm di- ameter, 5 mm length) is 2-4 lag peptides. We can make one tip in 30 s and each costs less than 0.1 cent. The use of these tips can achieve a stable analysis with less background interference, even for 10 ng target peptides. Compared with other separation techniques, our method can save much time and energy while providing a means to selectively capture cysteine-containing peptides from complex analyte due to the strong interaction. All results showed that our new extraction tips have minimal cost and perfect selectivity; thus they have great potential in sample pretreatment systems for proteomics. 展开更多

This paper studies the stabilization problem for the bilateral self-amalgamation, and proves that if the distance of bilateral selfamalgamation of a Heegaard splitting is at least 9, then it is unstabilized, weakly reducible and irreducible. 展开更多

A coupled discrete-continuum simulation incorporating a 3D aspect and non-circular particles was performed to analyze soil-pile interactions during pile penetration in sand.A self-developed non-circular particle numerical simulation program was used which considered sand near the pile as interacted particles using a discrete element method;the sand away from the pile was simulated as a continuous medium exhibiting linear elastic behaviors.The domain analyzed was divided into two zones.Contact forces at the interface between the two zones were obtained from a discrete zone and applied to the continuum boundaries as nodal forces,while the interface velocities were obtained from the continuum zone and applied to the discrete boundaries.We show that the coupled discrete-continuum simulation can give a microscopic description of the pile penetration process without losing the discrete nature of the zone concerned,and may significantly improve computational efficiency. 展开更多
