对传统的消除偏差法进行改进,形成分等级消除偏差法,并使用混合训练期和60d滑动训练期方案分别对2012年6—8月ECMWF(European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasting)模式夏季1~5d的降水预报进行订正试验。为了尽可能符合...对传统的消除偏差法进行改进,形成分等级消除偏差法,并使用混合训练期和60d滑动训练期方案分别对2012年6—8月ECMWF(European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasting)模式夏季1~5d的降水预报进行订正试验。为了尽可能符合中国东部夏季降水具有移动性及多种时间尺度变化的特点,混合训练期以预报期前30d与预报期前一年同日的前后各15d组成。结果表明:在使用分等级消除偏差法的基础上,相比ECMWF模式降水预报,两种训练期方案的订正结果几乎对各个阈值的ETS评分均有一定提高,特别是对25mm以上降水预报评分的提高幅度,混合训练期方案的订正结果明显高于60d滑动训练期方案;在区域性强降水预报的订正中,混合训练期方案优势更为明显。另外,通过分析两种训练期方案的预报偏差发现,分等级订正是此次消除偏差订正试验中提高强降水预报评分的关键,选择合适的训练期可以增加评分提高的幅度。由于上述试验使用的ECMWF模式预报和站点实况均是业务上常用数据,因此,该方法具有一定的业务应用价值。展开更多

Aim To investigate the synergistic effect of the combination of pinellia total alkaloid (PTA) and uncaria total alkaloid (UTA), and explore the mechanism of anticonvulsant action. Methods Anticonvulsant and toxic ...Aim To investigate the synergistic effect of the combination of pinellia total alkaloid (PTA) and uncaria total alkaloid (UTA), and explore the mechanism of anticonvulsant action. Methods Anticonvulsant and toxic effect profiles of combinations of PTA with UTA, alone and at three fixed ratios of 1:4, 1 :1, 4:1, were evaluated in maximal electroshock (MES)-induced seizures and acute toxicity test in mice. Respective ED50 and LD50 were calculated with Bliss's method. Their synergistic effect were evaluated by isobolographic analysis and allowed the determination of benefit indices (BI) for respective combinations. The model of convulsive rats kindled by penicillin topically injected into cortex was used to investigated the content of Glu, Asp, Gly and GABA in hippocampus using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results Combinations of PTA and UTA at the ratio of 4:1 were synergistic in MES test and antagonistic in acute toxicity test, showing the best profile for combinations of PTA with UTA. In contrast, the ratios of 1 :4 and 1 : 1, despite synergistic in MES test, were additive in acute toxicity test. The 4:1 combination and two drugs alone significantly decreased Glu level and increased GABA level in the hippocampus, but the GABA level in the 4:1 combination group was higher than that in the two drugs alone groups. They did not have significant influence on the levels of ASp and Gly. Conclusion Combinations of PTA and UTA at 4:1 ratio demonstrated synergistic effect in anticonvulsant action and antagonistic effect in toxicity. The anticonvulsant mechanism might be related to decreasing the excitability of Glutamatergic neurons and increasing the inhibition of GABAergic neurons.展开更多

This paper proposes two kinds of approximate proximal point algorithms (APPA) for monotone variational inequalities, both of which can be viewed as two extended versions of Solodov and Svaiter's APPA in the paper ...This paper proposes two kinds of approximate proximal point algorithms (APPA) for monotone variational inequalities, both of which can be viewed as two extended versions of Solodov and Svaiter's APPA in the paper "Error bounds for proximal point subproblems and associated inexact proximal point algorithms" published in 2000. They are both prediction- correction methods which use the same inexactness restriction; the only difference is that they use different search directions in the correction steps. This paper also chooses an optimal step size in the two versions of the APPA to improve the profit at each iteration. Analysis also shows that the two APPAs are globally convergent under appropriate assumptions, and we can expect algorithm 2 to get more progress in every iteration than algorithm 1. Numerical experiments indicate that algorithm 2 is more efficient than algorithm 1 with the same correction step size,展开更多
The existing network security management systems are unable either to provide users with useful security situation and risk assessment, or to aid administrators to make right and timely decisions based on the current ...The existing network security management systems are unable either to provide users with useful security situation and risk assessment, or to aid administrators to make right and timely decisions based on the current state of network. These disadvantages always put the whole network security management at high risk. This paper establishes a simulation environment, captures the alerts as the experimental data and adopts statistical analysis to seek the vulnerabilities of the services provided by the hosts in the network. According to the factors of the network, the paper introduces the two concepts: Situational Meta and Situational Weight to depict the total security situation. A novel hierarchical algorithm based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed to analyze the hierarchy of network and confirm the weighting coefficients. The algorithm can be utilized for modeling security situation, and determining its mathematical expression. Coupled with the statistical results, this paper simulates the security situational trends. Finally, the analysis of the simulation results proves the algorithm efficient and applicable, and provides us with an academic foundation for the implementation in the security situation展开更多

Major water resources and chemical industries have been encountering difficulties in re- movin...Natural adsorbents such as banana pseudostem can play a vital role in the removal of heavy metal elements from wastewater. Major water resources and chemical industries have been encountering difficulties in re- moving heavy metal elements using available conventional methods. This work demonstrates the potential to treat various effluents utilizing natural materials. A characterization of banana pseudostem powder was performed using environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) and Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy before and after the adsorption of lead(Ⅱ). Experiments were carried out using a batch process for the removal of lead(Ⅱ) from an aqueous solution. The effects of the adsorption kinetics were studied by altering various parameters such as initial pH, adsorbent dosage, initial lead ion concentration, and contact time. The results show that the point of zero charge (PZC) for the banana pseudostem powder was achieved at a pH of 5.5. The experimental data were analyzed using isotherm and kinetic models. The adsorption of lead(Ⅱ) onto banana pseudostem powder was fitted using the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The adsorp- tion capacity was found to be 34.21 mg·g-1, and the pseudo second-order kinetic model showed the best fit. The optimum conditions were found using response surface methodology. The maximum removal was found to be 89%.展开更多
