平衡温度、保护剂及时间对卵母细胞减数分裂能力的影响

Variation of the second-phase morphology and its influence on fracture behavior of Al-Si alloy 被引量:1

Using an optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM), the variation of eutectic Si morphology of Al-Si alloy in solution treatment was observed to study its influence on mechanical properties and fracture behavior. The results show that eutectic Si undergoes stubbing, necking, fragmentation, and growth in the initial stage (250 min); in the middle solution stage (250 to 400 min), the eutectic Si morphology has no significant change, only the degree of spheroidizing becomes higher; after 600 min, the growth of eutectic Si is a coarsening process controlled by diffusion and follows the Liftshitz-Slyozov-Wangner (LSW) model, and the eutectic Si morphology deteriorates due to the occurrence of facets and lap. Based on the quantitative measure and regression analysis, the eutectic Si morphology has a remarkable influence on mechanical properties and fracture behavior. 展开更多

Recently, we found that side lobes of wavelets have a large impact on the identification of thin sand reservoirs when studying some gas fields in a basin in Northwest China. Reflections from the top of the H Formation, in which there are gas-bearing thin sand bodies, have the main wavelet lobe between two weak peak side lobes. The lower one always mixes with another peak reflected from the top of a thin sand reservoir. That makes it difficult to identify the sand reservoir. In order to solve this, many forward models were set up using typical well logs. 2D synthetic profiles were produced using Ricker wavelets to study the relationships between the effects of wavelet side lobes and thin sand position and frequency and between amplitude and the thin sand body. We developed the following conclusions: First, it is easier to identify thin sands in a shallower position. Second, a good way to tell sand body reflections from side lobes is by comparing profiles with different frequency windows. Third, it is helpful and effective to describe sand extent using amplitude attributes. 展开更多

Computation model of proppant embedment depth based on dimensional analysis

Hydraulic fracturing is designed to form a high-conductivity fracture. The proppant will embed into the formation rock, especially in soft rock, owing to the interaction between proppant and fracture surface after fracture closure. Proppant embedment would reduce the fracture width and then lower the fracture conductivity. According to dimensional analysis, the rock is assumed to be an elastic material. Using the theory of elasticity to describe the stage of elastic deformation and analysis of the corresponding simplified embedding process, the study establish the static computation model of the two-dimensional infinite half plane and three-dimensional infinite half space model of the proppant embedment. According to laboratory results, the calculation model was modified, got an effective correction factor and analyzed the causes of errors, then discussed the factors which have impact on proppant embedment. The result calculated by the model in this paper can be reference of prop- pant optimization in on-site fracturing for a certainty degree. 展开更多

The lytic activity of variant T4-lysozyme was measured by the lysis of the cel wal of Xan-thomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, X. oryzae pv. oryzicola, Ralstonia solanacearum comb. nov, Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis, X. campestris pv. mal-vacearum, Fusarium oxysporium sp. vasinfectum, Verticil ium dahliae kleb. Inhibition zone assay showed that variant T4 lysozyme significantly inhibited X. o. oryzicola and X. c. malvacearum. Well testing analysis is very necessary for fracturing wells. However, available test analysis methods are of slow fitting speed and low fitting precision. In this paper, we first use a comprehensive evaluation method of analytical well testing, numerical well testing and well testing design. Many dynamic parameters such as fracture length, fracture conductivity, skin factor, etc are obtained. An example to illustrate accurate results of this method is given. 展开更多
