目的:考察15条目社区心理体验评估阳性分量表(CAPE-P15)中文版在高中生中的效度和信度。方法:对2054名高中生进行CAPE-P15中文版施测,其中800人完成精神病前驱期问卷(PQ-16),121人在2周内完成重测(间隔7~14 d)。结果:探索性因子分析发现... 目的:考察15条目社区心理体验评估阳性分量表(CAPE-P15)中文版在高中生中的效度和信度。方法:对2054名高中生进行CAPE-P15中文版施测,其中800人完成精神病前驱期问卷(PQ-16),121人在2周内完成重测(间隔7~14 d)。结果:探索性因子分析发现,被害意念、怪异体验、感知异常3因子结构拟合最优(χ^(2)=257.79,df=63, TLI=0.973,CFI=0.955,SRMR=0.023,RMSEA=0.050);验证性因子分析证实该模型拟合良好(χ2=229.58,df=87,TLI=0.949,CFI=0.938,SRMR=0.038,RMSEA=0.045);CAPE-P15显示严格的跨性别测量的等值性(ΔCFI<0.01,ΔTLI<0.01);CAPE-P15总量表及3个因子的频率得分与痛苦程度得分均呈正相关(r=0.88~0.92,均P<0.001);CAPE-P15频率总分与PQ-16的条目总分及痛苦程度总分均呈正相关(r=0.62、0.68,均P<0.001)。总量表及3个因子的Cronbach α系数为0.73~0.91,重测信度(ICC)为0.71~0.86。结论:社区心理体验评估阳性分量表(CAPE-P15)中文版在高中生中有良好的效度和信度,可用于高中生精神病样体验的评估。 展开更多

AIM:To validate the clinical relevance of autofluores-cence imaging(AFI)endoscopy for the assessment of inflammatory ulcerative colitis(UC).METHODS:A total of 572 endoscopic images were se-lected from 42 UC patients:286 taken with white light imaging(WLI)and 286 with AFI from the same sites.WLI images were assessed for overall mucosal inflammation according to Mayo endoscopic subscore(MES),and for seven characteristic endoscopic features.Likewise,AFI photographs were scored according to relative abundance of red,green and blue color com-ponents within each image based on an RGB additive color model.WLI and AFI endoscopic scores from the same sites were compared.Histological evaluation of biopsies was according to the Riley Index.RESULTS:Relative to red(r=0.52,P<0.01)or blue(r=0.56,P<0.01)color component,the green color component of AFI(r=-0.62,P<0.01)corresponded more closely with mucosal inflammation sites.There were signif icant differences in green color components between MES-0(0.396±0.043)and MES-1(0.340± 0.035)(P<0.01),and between MES-1 and ≥ MES-2(0.318±0.037)(P<0.01).The WLI scores for "vascu-lar patterns"(r=-0.65,P<0.01),"edema"(r=-0.62,P<0.01),histology scores for "polymorphonuclear cells in the lamina propria"(r=-0.51,P<0.01)and "crypt architectural irregularities"(r=-0.51,P<0.01)showed correlation with the green color component of AFI.There were significant differences in green color components between limited(0.399± 0.042)and extensive(0.375±0.044)(P=0.014)polymorpho-nuclear cell inf iltration within MES-0.As the severity of the mucosal inflammation increased,the green color component of AFI decreased.The AFI green color com-ponent was well correlated with the characteristic en-doscopic and histological inflammatory features of UC.CONCLUSION:AFI has application in detecting inflammatory lesions,including microscopic activity in the co-lonic mucosa of UC patients,based on the green color component of images. 展开更多

The quality of regional ocean reanalysis data for "the joining area of Asia and the Indian-Pacific Ocean (AIPO)" has been assessed from the perspective of ENSO-related ocean signals. The results derived from the AIPO reanalysis, including SST, sea surface height (SSH), and subsurface ocean temperature and currents, are compared with those of Hadley Center Sea Ice and Sea Surface Temperature (HadlSST) data set and Simple Ocean Data Assimilation (SODA) reanalysis data. Both the spatial pattern and the characteristics of evolution of the ENSO-related ocean temperature anomalies are well reproduced by the AIPO reanalysis data. The physical processes proposed to explain the life cycle of ENSO, including the delayed oscillator mechanism, recharge-discharge mechanism, and the zonal advection feedback, are reasonably represented in this dataset. However, the westward Rossby wave signal in 1992 is not obvious in the AIPO data, and the magnitude of the heat content anomalies is different from that of the SODA data. The reason for the discrepancies may lie in the different mod- els and methods for data assimilation and differences in wind stress forcing. The results demonstrate the high reliability of the AIPO reanalysis data in describing ENSO signals, implying its potential application value in ENSO- related studies. 展开更多

This includes manipulation of the gas input and how it is distributed to cells in a bank. A new gas dispersion technology was presented which was conducted to perform characterization tests in Outokumpu 30 m3 and 50 m3 flotation cells installed at Thompson Vale's concentrator, and subsequent data analysis. The experimental program was designed to establish "as-found" baseline conditions for each cell of the two-parallel banks in the scavenger-cleaner and recleaner circuit, to select and characterize one typical cell in the two banks with either different frother concentrations or different air flow rates, and establish what variables can be manipulated in future characterization work. A three-parameter model was developed in order to link the bubble size and frother concentration. This relationship can be used to correlate gas dispersion change to improved metallurgical performance. 展开更多

Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) was applied to detect sample of APL from Ofina and Japan areas. This study showed that the IR spectra of APL from China and Japan areas have their unique IR fingerprint features. The contents of tannin and calcitum phosphate in APL from China is different APL from Japan. So FF-IR is a very quick, effective and well repetitive method for monitoring and distinguishing the traditional Chinese medicine. 展开更多

Four typical works of offshore or land-based projects are introduced. With samples from these projects and laboratory tests, statistical analysis is made on the increment law of the strength of cement-soil mixture with different amount of cement, and strengths under different working conditions are compared. It is found that the amount of cement in the cement-soil mixture is closely related to the unconfined compressive strength of the mixture. At the age of 90 d,the unconfined compressive strength of the cement-soil mixture increased by 0.054 MPa—0.124 MPa with each cement increasing 10 kg/m3 in the cement-soil mixture, averagely increased by 0.085 MPa, while that at the age of 120 d increased by 1100 in comparison.The quality of the cement-soil mixture should be comprehensively evaluated in accordance with the trimmed average of strength, coefficient of variation and rock quality designation (RQD) indicators of sampling ratio. 展开更多

Emission, excitation, synchronous and emission-excitation matrix help us to characterize different fluorophores in humic substances molecule. Content of stabile carbon forms in soil was assessed by humic substances fractionation. Content of labile water extractable carbon and nitrogen was determined by analyzer Shimadzu TOC-VCSH with chemo-luminescent detection in infrared spectral region. Results showed that compost amendment caused changes in both stabile (recalcitrant) and labile carbon content. Humic substances isolated from compost consist mainly of simple structural components of wide molecular heterogeneity and low molecular weight. Humification degree and content of conjugated fluorophores in compost was lower compared with stabile soil humic substances. The last contained more conjugated aromatic π-electron systems with electron-withdrawing functional groups, which are responsible for the fluorescence shift to lower energy levels or longer wavelengths. 展开更多

This study aimed to model the kinetic of hydro-distillation of Aquilaria malaccensis leaves oil in order to understand and optimize the extraction process. In addition, this study, for the first time, aimed to identify the chemical compositions of the A. rnalaccensis leave-oil. By assessing both first-order kinetic model and the model of simultaneous washing and diffusion, the result indicated that the model of simultaneous washing and diffusion better describes the hydro-distillation mechanism of the essential oil from A. rnalaccensis leaves. The optimum time, solid to liquid ratio, and the heating power for extracting the highest amount of essential oil were found to be around 3 h, 1:10 (g. ml-1), and 300 W respectively. Yellow essential oil with a strong smell and a yield of 0.05 v/w was extracted by hydro-distillation Clevenger apparatus. Chemical compounds of the essential oil were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC/MS), which resulted in identification of 42 compounds that constitute 93% of essential oil. Among the identified components, Pentadecanal (32.082%), 9-Octadecenal, (Z) (15.894%), and Tetradecanal (6.927%) were the major compounds. Considering the fact that all the identified major components possess pesticidal properties, A. malaccensis leaves can be regarded as a promising natural source for producing pesticides. 展开更多

Segmentation of lumen and media-adventitia boundaries from IVUS images is a basic and necessary step for quantitative assessment of the vascular walls.Due to ultrasound speckles, artifacts and individual differences,automated segmentation of IVUS images represents a challenging task. In this paper,a random walk based method is proposed for fully automated segmentation of IVUS images. Robust and accurate determination of the seed points for different regions is the key to successful use of the random walk algorithm in segmentation of IVUS images and is the focus of the present work. Performance of the proposed algorithm was evaluated over an image database with 900 IVUS image frames of nine patient cases. The preliminary experimental results show the potential of the proposed IVUS image segmentation approach. 展开更多

The major indicator of this model , risk-return ratio K, combines the characteristic indicators of risk and return. Regardless of the form of the risk-return probability density functions, this indicator K can always reflect the risk-return performances of the invested stocks clearly and accurately. That is, instead of creating an extra assessment outside the normal activities of the course, this paper examines an assessment that is part of the course. Additionally, not only is the course embedded assessment part of the course, it measures 100% of assessments employed in the course, instead of only a sample of the assessments. This paper presents background information regarding the utilization of a course embedded assessment, including The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International [AACSB] requirements for fulfilling assessment of learning outcomes. Discussion of course embedded assessments takes place. The dialogue then illustrates an approach that can be used for the data organization and analysis stages of assessment. It is hoped that the use of such an approach may save instructors time and effort in their assessment endeavors, while providing a superior quality assessment encompassing the entire course instead of merely a sample. Assessing the fatigue life of mooring systems is important for deep water structures. In this paper, a comprehensive fatigue analysis is conducted on the mooring lines applied in a semi-submersible platform with special focus on the low frequency(LF) fatigue damage. Several influential factors, including water depth, wave spectral parameters, and riser system, are considered. Numerical simulation of a semi-submersible platform with the mooring/riser system is executed under different conditions, and the fatigue damage of mooring lines is assessed by using the time domain analysis method as a benchmark. The effects of these factors on the mooring line tension and the fatigue damage are investigated and discussed in detail. Research results indicate that the LF fatigue damage only accounts for a very small portion of the total damage, although the LF components dominate the global motion response and the mooring line tension of the semi-submersible platform. However, it is demonstrated that the LF fatigue damage is clearly affected by the influential factors. The increase in water depth and spectral peak periods, and the existence of risers can weaken the contribution of the LF components to the mooring line fatigue damage, while the fatigue damage due to the LF components increases with the increase of significant wave height. 展开更多

目的:探讨医护合作—快速康复模式在经输尿管镜钬激光碎石手术中的临床应用及效果。方法:选择2020年2—11月在深圳市中西医结合医院行经输尿管镜钬激光碎石手术的240例患者作为研究对象,用数字双盲法分为对照组和研究组,每组各120例,对... 目的:探讨医护合作—快速康复模式在经输尿管镜钬激光碎石手术中的临床应用及效果。方法:选择2020年2—11月在深圳市中西医结合医院行经输尿管镜钬激光碎石手术的240例患者作为研究对象,用数字双盲法分为对照组和研究组,每组各120例,对照组行常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上联合医护合作—快速康复模式干预。对比两组患者手术指标、应激反应情况、数字评估分量表(NRS)、日常生活能力调查量表(ADL)评分。结果:研究组手术中出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.893,P<0.05),手术后各指标恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.903、8.056、11.900、11.610,P<0.05);手术前NRS、ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.109、0.009,P>0.05),术后3 d研究组NRS评分低于对照组、护理后第14 d ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=23.646、21.153,P<0.05)。结论:将医护合作—快速康复模式应用于经输尿管镜钬激光碎石手术患者围术期内,可有效缩短患者康复时间,减轻应激反应及术后疼痛,提高其日常生活能力,具有推广价值。 展开更多

Sequential chemical extraction procedure has been widely used to partition particulate trace metals into various fractions and to describe the distribution and the statue of trace metals in geo environment. One sequential chemical extraction procedure was employed here to partition various fractions of Mn in soils. The experiment was designed with quality controlling concept in order to show sampling and analytical error. Experimental results obtained on duplicate analysis of all soil samples demonstrated that the precision was less than 10%(at 95%confidence level). The accuracy was estimated by comparing the accepted total concentration of Mn in standard reference materials (SRMs) with the measured sum of the individual fractions. The recovery of Mn from SRM1 and SRM2 was 94.1%and 98.4%, respectively. The detection limit, accuracy and precision of the sequential chemical extraction procedure were discussed in detailed. All the results suggest that the trueness of the analytical method is satisfactory. 展开更多

Assessing MODIS Land Cover Products over China with Probability of Interannual Change

Accurate and up-to-date land cover data are important for climate-change modeling. Quality assessment is becoming critical, as many satellite-based land cover products of differing scales have been released to meet the needs of scientific studies. In this study, the authors assessed the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS) land cover products by analyzing the probability of interannual change from 2001 to 2012. The authors found that, cumulatively, 43.0% of MODIS land cover had changed over China from 2001 to 2012 at least once. Of this percentage, 12.1% was considered unreasonable change, 6.1% was considered reasonable change, and areas of confusion accounted for about 24.8%, giving rise to great uncertainty in the products. MODIS Collection 51 products clearly have less uncertainty than the Collection 5 products. Areas of reasonable change occurred in transition zones of ecological, biophysical, and climate gradients, while areas of unreasonable change appeared in heterogeneous landscapes. The misclassifications at three spatial scales of horizontal grids used in regional climate models occurred largely in the heterogeneous landscapes, and the areal percentage of misclassification decreased with larger horizontal grid spacing. In addition, the misclassifications in MODIS products often occurred among specific classes, which are geographically, ecologically, and spectrally similar, with low discriminative spectral-temporal signals. The effect of classification uncertainty should be made known, and further improvements are still needed for application in regional climate models. To get more insight into using self-assessment in writing instruction, the present study intends to explore the effects of student self-assessment on students' EFL writing by adopting writing assignments, analytic scoring rubric, questionnaires and interviews. It is found that students are able to make judgments about the overall quality of their writing in a manner consistent with those made by the teacher and students made significant improvements in content, organization, and mechanics of their writing after the practice of self-assessment while qualities concerning vocabulary and language use have been improved but not to a significant level. Moreover, the study demonstrates that the practice of self-assessment has exerted positive influence on students' perceptions of their writing skills in terms of organization, language use and mechanics while it does not result in any change of students' perceptions of their writing skills in content and vocabulary. These implications are conductive to working out a set of new models of the teaching of writing and helping further intensify the innovations of Chinese foreign language teaching. 展开更多

Mobile agents are able to migrate among machines to achieve their tasks. This feature is attractive to design, implement, and maintain distributed systems because we can implement both client-side and server-side programming in one mobile agent. However, it involves the increase of data traffic for mobile agent migrations. In this paper, we propose program code caching to reduce the data traffic caused by mobile agent migrations. A mobile agent consists of many program codes that define a task executed in each machine they migrate; thus, the mobile agent migration involves the transfer of their program codes. Therefore, our method reduces the number of the transfer of program codes by using program code cache. We have implemented our method on a mobile agent framework called Maglog and conducted experiments on a meeting scheduling system. 展开更多
