Eight factors, including forest coverage, fuel load, species composition, elevation, monthly mean temperature, monthly mean relative humidity, monthly mean wind velocity, and monthly mean precipitation of fire season,...Eight factors, including forest coverage, fuel load, species composition, elevation, monthly mean temperature, monthly mean relative humidity, monthly mean wind velocity, and monthly mean precipitation of fire season, were considered and the methods of weight, the cumulative probability, ARC/INFO technique, and raster-to-vector conversion were adopted in division of forest fuel type area. Firstly, the electronic maps of forest distribution and administrative divisions were built, then overlaid and transformed to the real-world coordinates. Finally, the forest fuel type areas of Heilongjiang Province including 81 counties were divided into five grades, accounting for 16%, 17%, 17%, 11%, and 38% respectively. The grade Ⅰ fuel type areas with highest fire danger rating mainly distributed on Daxinganling Mountains, Xiaoxinganling Mountains, and Zhangguangcailing Mountains, the grade Ⅴ fuel type areas mainly centralized on Songnen Plain, Sanjiang Plain, and other Plains, and other forest fuel type areas (grades Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ) were situated between plains and mountainous areas.展开更多

Based on our survey in the Drung River Basin, seven collecting sites were investigated and 271 glyptosternoid fishes caught belong to three species (Pareuchiloglanis kamengensis, Exostoma labiatum and Oreoglanis mocropterus). Features of the distribution of the three catfishes were assessed. More individuals of E. labiatum were caught in the lower reaches of the Drung River with fast water velocity and it might be more adapted to a torrent habitat. The relationships between standard length (L) and weight (W) for P. kamengensis, E. labiatum and O. macropterus were also studied, and the parameter b of the L-W relationship (W = aL^b) ranged between 2. 8201 and 3. 0131. From the present study, all the three catfish species grow allometrically and the growth type of E. labiatum is the closest to a symmetrical one.展开更多

[Method] The paraffin section method was used to observe the flower bud of Gentiana triflora un- der microscope. [Result] The flower bud differentiation process of Gentiana triflora could be divided into six stages: the undifferentiated stage, initial differentiation stage, sepal primordia differentiation stage, petal primordia differentiation stage, stamen pri- mordia differentiation stage and the pistil primordia differentiation stage. The flower bud differentiation started from early May, when the plant had 10-11 stem nodes, and completed in early June, lasted about 40 d. The effect of plant height on flower bud differentiation was not significant. Cytotoxicities and antiviral activities of Gracilaria lemaneiformis polysaccharides (PGL), Gracilaria lemaneiformis polysaccharide fraction-1 (GL-1), Gracilaria lemaneiformis polysaccharide fraction-2 (GL-2) and Gracilaria lemaneiformis polysaccharide fraction-3 (GL-3) were studied by the Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) method, and the inhibitory effect against Human influenza virus H1-364 induced cytopathic effect (CPE) on MDCK cells were observed by the CPE method. In addition, the antiviral mechanism of PGL was explored by Plaque forming unit (PFU), MTT and CPE methods. The results showed: i) Cytotoxicities were not significantly revealed, and H1-364 induced CPE was also reduced treated with sulfated polysaccharide fractions from Gracilaria lemaneiformis; ii) Antiviral activities were associated with the mass percentage content of sulfate groups in polysaccharide fractions, which was about 13%, in polysaccharides (PGL and GL-2) both of which exhibited higher antiviral activity; iii) A potential antiviral mechanism to explain these observations is that viral adsorption and replication on host cells were inhibited by sulfated polysaccharides from Gracilaria lemaneiformis. In conclusion, Anti-influenza virus activities of sulfated polysaccharide fractions from Gracilaria lemaneiformis were revealed, and the antiviral activities were associated with content of sulfate groups in polysaccharide fractions展开更多
A field experiment of 2-year-old gentian (Gentiana manshurica Kitag.) with application of boron (B), zinc (Zn), and iron (Fe) in Taikang County, Heilongjiang Province, was conducted to study the effects of the...A field experiment of 2-year-old gentian (Gentiana manshurica Kitag.) with application of boron (B), zinc (Zn), and iron (Fe) in Taikang County, Heilongjiang Province, was conducted to study the effects of the three microelements on gentiopicroside content in the roots of gentian, uptake of these elements, and root dry weight as well as the ratio of root dry weight to fresh weight. Zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate, and borax were split sprinkled on 2-year-old gentian on June 26, July 18, and August 25, 2002, with sprinkling water taken as a control. Compared with the control, applying B significantly increased (P 〈 0.05) the gentiopicroside content by 7.9%, and there was a highly significant increase of 22.4% (P 〈 0.01) in the root dry weight. Meanwhile, B content in the shoots of gentian gradually increased from the vegetative to the harvesting period, while Fe decreased at first and then increased. Fc treatment increased the gentiopicroside content only by 4.0% and the content was slightly decreased by the Zn treatment (3.1%) as compared to the control. The three microelements had different effects on the gentiopicroside content and appropriate microelement application could increase active ingredient content of gentian.展开更多

The results indicated that the both the precipitation during the whole year and that of during the temperature-defined growing season from 1961 to 2010 all decreased, while the annual reference evapotranspiration decreased, but the reference evapotranspiration during the temperature-defined growing season presented an increasing trend. In order to protect biodiversity, the spatial distribution and sources of PAHs in the s...The aquatic ecosystem maybe significantly affected by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) released from fresh water sediments. In order to protect biodiversity, the spatial distribution and sources of PAHs in the sediment of Wolong Lake in Northeast China were studied. A total of 17 surface sediment samples were collected and 12 PAHs were analyzed. The results were as follows. The concentration of total PAHs(TPAHs) ranged between 1412.9 μg/kg and 3948.3 μg/kg(dry weight). Indeno [1, 2, 3-c, d] pyrene was the dominant contaminant which accounted for 87%–98% of TPAHs. Diagnostic ratios of PAHs and principal component analysis showed that biomass combustion and vehicle emissions were likely to be the dominant sources of PAHs in the sediment. PAHs can be considered safe in the context of environmental and human health protection, based on the overall toxicity. Individual PAHs were positively correlated with total organic carbons. These results will be helpful to control PAHs and protect the aquatic ecosystem in the lake.展开更多
A miniature process for separating the oil phase from dilute oil/water emulsion is developed.This process applies a confined space apparatus,which is a thin flow channel made of two parallel plastic plates.The space b...A miniature process for separating the oil phase from dilute oil/water emulsion is developed.This process applies a confined space apparatus,which is a thin flow channel made of two parallel plastic plates.The space between the two plates is rather narrow to improve the collisions between oil droplets and the plate surface.Oil droplets have an affinity for the plate surface and thus are captured,and then coalesce onto the surface.The droplet size distribution of the residual emulsion resulted from the separation process is remarkably changed.The oil layer on the plate weakens the further separation of oil droplets from the emulsion.Three types of plate materials,polypropylene(PP),polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) and nylon 66,were used.It is found that PP is the best in terms of the oil separation efficiency and nylon 66 is the poorest.The interaction between droplets in the emulsion and plate surface is indicated by the spreading coefficient of oil droplet on the plate in aqueous environment,and the influences of formed oil layer and plate material on the separation efficiency are discussed.展开更多
In this paper,the shear wave splitting features of the Longtan reservoir area are studied by adopting the traditional cross-correlation coefficient method and polarization analysis,using the data recorded by the seism...In this paper,the shear wave splitting features of the Longtan reservoir area are studied by adopting the traditional cross-correlation coefficient method and polarization analysis,using the data recorded by the seismic network founded by a project under the National Science and Technology Pillar Program from April 2009 to April 2010.We found that most of polarization directions at seismic stations are consistent with the direction of the overall regional stress field,but local structures and faults may control or influence the fast shear-wave polarization direction.The time-delay normalized to source-station path is between 10 to 25ms/km,and among them,the time-delay is about 10ms/km at the LIL and XIL sites,which are farther away from the dam.The water depth is relatively shallow and seismic activity relatively weak after water storage,indicating the effect of reservoir water penetration,or loading,on the state of cracks in the reservoir area.We also found that the delay time changes consistently with the water level at stations DPD and GAL.It may be related to crack expansion and water penetration caused by the reservoir impoundment.展开更多

文摘In this paper,the shear wave splitting features of the Longtan reservoir area are studied by adopting the traditional cross-correlation coefficient method and polarization analysis,using the data recorded by the seismic network founded by a project under the National Science and Technology Pillar Program from April 2009 to April 2010.We found that most of polarization directions at seismic stations are consistent with the direction of the overall regional stress field,but local structures and faults may control or influence the fast shear-wave polarization direction.The time-delay normalized to source-station path is between 10 to 25ms/km,and among them,the time-delay is about 10ms/km at the LIL and XIL sites,which are farther away from the dam.The water depth is relatively shallow and seismic activity relatively weak after water storage,indicating the effect of reservoir water penetration,or loading,on the state of cracks in the reservoir area.We also found that the delay time changes consistently with the water level at stations DPD and GAL.It may be related to crack expansion and water penetration caused by the reservoir impoundment.
文摘Based on the analysis of the e-commerce industry cluster development in Wuhan, it analyzed opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses in its development by using the method of SWOT analysis and proposed. Wuhan should use SWO combination, make use of advantages, such as larger network operators group and better IT talent base, and renew orientation; avoid the threat of other leading cities, train multi-level e-commerce professionals, to make up for the lack of leading enterprises and the imperfect of e-commerce industry chain; establish e-commerce industrial parks by adding fiction in the entity; take advantage of the great opportunity that e-commerce is at the stage of rapid development and establish and strengthen e-commerce industry cluster in Wuhan.
文摘Phase separation was studied by the optical microscopy in blends of nylon 6 (PA6) with sodium salt of ethylene/methacrylic acid copolymer (PEMA).The image collecting technology was used to keep track of the development of blends at a certain temperature.The fractal dimension of phase separation was calculated by the image solving technology according to the fractal theory and the self similarity behavior of the process was proved.The relationship of the fractal behavior with composition and experimental temperature was discussed.The fractal behavior of the crystallization development of the crystal phase of PA6 in blends was also discussed and the fractal behavior calculated.
