装配式钢结构房屋横向刚性压力自动计算系统设计

为减轻房屋非组合式墙板所受压力,设计装配式钢结构房屋横向刚性压力自动计算系统。通过传导线缆连接房屋刚性结构状态估计模块与EMS数值计算结构,完成压力自动计算系统的硬件环境搭建。计算刚性压力的边界条件,得到准确的自动计算单元... 为减轻房屋非组合式墙板所受压力,设计装配式钢结构房屋横向刚性压力自动计算系统。通过传导线缆连接房屋刚性结构状态估计模块与EMS数值计算结构,完成压力自动计算系统的硬件环境搭建。计算刚性压力的边界条件,得到准确的自动计算单元选取结果,完成压力自动计算系统的软件运行环境搭建。结合相关硬件执行元件,实现装配式钢结构房屋横向刚性压力自动计算系统的设计。实验结果表明,所设计系统的非组合式墙板所受物理压力降低至7.3×10^(7)N,横向UDI力导系数也增大至9.8,装配式钢结构房屋的刚性挤压力条件得到有效的平均分布与传导处置。 展开更多

高性能计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamic,CFD)模拟可以与高超飞行试验、高焓地面设备实验研究相互印证,在热化学非平衡效应研究以及未来高超声速飞行器研制中将发挥更重要的作用.本文回顾了国内外在热化学非平衡流动CFD研究方... 高性能计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamic,CFD)模拟可以与高超飞行试验、高焓地面设备实验研究相互印证,在热化学非平衡效应研究以及未来高超声速飞行器研制中将发挥更重要的作用.本文回顾了国内外在热化学非平衡流动CFD研究方面的进展,概述了相关热化学模型、数值格式研究以及CFD软件研制方面的现状和发展趋势,最后指出了今后在基础研究、软件开发、模拟应用等方面需要关注的问题.(1)在热化学模型方面,常用温度模型并不完全精确,多振动温度模型具有发展潜力但工程应用受限,态−态模型更精确但模拟技术尚不成熟,更为精确的热力学输运模型、有限速率化学反应模型、振动−离解耦合模型以及表面效应模型等是提升热化学非平衡模拟精度的重要物理模型,值得深入研究;(2)在数值方法方面,多物理场耦合模拟是高超热化学非平衡流动CFD研究的热点和趋势,对CFD方法的鲁棒性和收敛性提出了更高的要求,值得重点关注和研究,此外常用数值格式需要针对热化学非平衡流动特征进行适应性改造,RANS方法在热化学非平衡湍流模拟中的计算可靠性仍有待验证;(3)在数值软件方面,基于结构/非结构混合网格的数值求解器更加符合工业应用需求,未来高超数值软件需要具备稳定、鲁棒的多学科、多物理场耦合求解功能,且能够适应更大网格规模大尺度复杂外形的模拟需求;(4)可综合应用多种加速技术手段提升热化学非平衡流动数值模拟的计算效率,计算刚性是热化学非平衡流动数值模拟方法研究的共性基础问题,刚性消除方法仍需进一步研究和发展. 展开更多

Dynamic stiffness matrix method is applied to compute vibration of hull girder in this paper. This method can not only simplify the computational model, but also get much higher frequencies and responses accurately. The analytical expressions of dynamic stiffness matrix of a Timoshenko beam for transverse vibration are presented in this paper. All effects of rotatory inertia and shear deformation are taken into account in the formulation. The resulting dynamic stiffness matrix combined with the Wittrick-Williams algorithm is used to compute natural frequencies and mode shapes of the 299,500 DWT VLCC, and then the vibrational responses are solved by the mode superposition method. The computational results are compared with those obtained from other approximate methods and experiment, and it indicates that the method is accurate and efficient. 展开更多

As the spring equation is limited to the accuracy of mill stiffness and the linearity of the mill spring curve, the traditional gaugemeter automatic gauge control(GM-AGC) system based on spring equation cannot meet the requirements of practical production. In allusion to this problem, a kind of novel GM-AGC system based on mill stretch characteristic curve was proposed. The error existing in calculating strip thickness by spring equation were analyzed first. And then the mill stretch characteristic curve which could effectively eliminate the influence of mill stiffness was described. The novel GM-AGC system has been applied successfully in a hot strip mill, the application results show that the thickness control precision is improved significantly, with the novel GM-AGC system, over 98.6% of the strip thickness deviation of 3.0 mm class can be controlled within the target tolerances of ±20 μm. 展开更多

Coupled analysis on mooring-buoy interactions has been increasingly studied in recent years. At present, chains and wire ropes are widely used in offshore engineering practice. On the basis of mooring line statics, an explicit formulation of single mooring chain/wire rope stiffness coefficients and mooring stiffness matrix of the mooring system were derived in this article, taking into account the horizontal restoring force, vertical restoring force and their coupling terms. The nonlinearity of mooring stiffness was analyzed, and the influences of various parameters, such as material, displacement, pre-tension and water depth, were investigated. Finally some application cases of the mooring stiffness in hydrodynamic calculation were presented. Data shows that this kind of stiffness can reckon in linear and nonlinear forces of mooring system. Also, the stiffness can be used in hydrodynamic analysis to get the eieenfrequencv of slow drift motions. 展开更多

Based on the slip-line field theory, a two-dimensional slip failure mechanism with mesh-like rigid block system was constructed to analyze the ultimate bearing capacity problems of rough foundation within the framework of the upper bound limit analysis theorem. In the velocity discontinuities in transition area, the velocity changes in radial and tangent directions are allowed. The objective functions of the stability problems of geotechnical structures are obtained by equating the work rate of external force to internal dissipation along the velocity discontinuities, and then the objective functions are transformed as an upper-bound mathematic optimization model. The upper bound solutions for the objective functions are obtained by use of the nonlinear sequential quadratic programming and interior point method. From the numerical results and comparative analysis, it can be seen that the method presented in this work gives better calculation results than existing upper bound methods and can be used to establish the more accurate plastic collapse load for the ultimate bearing capacity of rough foundation. 展开更多

An intensity-based non-rigid registration algorithm is discussed, which uses Gaussian smoothing to constrain the transformation to be smooth, and thus preserves the topology of images. In view of the insufficiency of the uniform Gaussian filtering of the deformation field, an automatic and accurate non-rigid image registration method based on B-splines approximation is proposed. The regularization strategy is adopted by using multi-level B-splines approximation to regularize the displacement fields in a coarse-to-fine manner. Moreover, it assigns the different weights to the estimated displacements according to their reliabilities. In this way, the level of regularity can be adapted locally. Experiments were performed on both synthetic and real medical images of brain, and the results show that the proposed method improves the registration accuracy and robustness. 展开更多

Deformation evolutions and transition probabilities have been studied, giving the triaxial shapes in their ground states. The kinematic moments of inertia have been calculated to illustrate the gradually rigid deformation. To understand the origin of the asymmetry shape in this region, we analyze the evolution of single-particle orbits with changing 3, deformation. The present calculations reveal the importance of the triaxial deformation in describing not only static property, but also rotational behaviors in this mass region, providing significant probes into the shell structure around. 展开更多

It is a good measure for the similarity of two sets. This paper proves that the shape distance between two compact sets in R^n defined by nfinimum Hausdorff distance under rigid motions is a distance. The authors introduce similarity comparison problems in protein science, and propose that this measure may have good application to comparison of protein structure as well. For calculation of this distance, the authors give one dimensional formulas for problems (2, n), (3, 3), and (3, 4). These formulas can reduce time needed for solving these problems. The authors did some data, this formula can reduce time needed to one As n increases, it would save more time. numerical experiments for (2, n). An annular sector model for the telephone cord buckles of elastic thin films on rigid substrates is established, in which the von Krman plate equations in polar coordinates are used for the elastic thin film and a discrete version of the Griffith criterion is applied to determine the shape and scale of the parameters. A numerical algorithm combining the Newmark-β scheme and the Chebyshev collocation method is designed to numerically solve the problem in a quasi-dynamic process. Numerical results are presented to show that the numerical method works well and the model agrees well with physical observations, especially successfully simulated for the first time the telephone cord buckles with two humps along the ridge of each section of a buckle. 展开更多
