创业管理的西方主流研究范式——浅谈对创业理论研究的启示

西方学者对创业问题的管理学研究范式是从经济学和社会心理学视角逐步发展而来的。而三种理论视角在创业者的定义、主要关注的问题、解决问题的办法、提问的角度和未解决的问题等五个方面都具有很大的不同。因此,比较分析这些差异并综合分析三个主要理论观点对理解西方主流的研究范式具有很重要的意义。而且这个综合分析模型对理解从经济学视角研究创业问题的不足和未来的研究发展方向也具有启发价值。

智慧专业化战略实施进展及对我国的启示

智慧专业化于2007年由欧盟委员会的知识经济增长小组首次提出,其特点是,基于经济实力和经济潜力的分析、广泛利益相关者参与的创业发现过程来识别政策干预的战略性领域。本文从全球智慧专业化战略的实施情况、战略实施方法与工具以及战略实施效果等方面,对2013年以来智慧专业化战略实施进展进行了深入系统地研究,旨在为优化我国新时期区域创新政策过程提供借鉴与参考。

内陆欠发达地区产业集群驱动的工业化道路——以河南“长垣模式”为例

通过对河南"长垣模式"的研究,发现长垣遵循"开放-发现-创业-扩散-升级"这样一条产业集群驱动的工业化道路,其发生机理是由于人均资源禀赋缺少产生的生存压力引起开放,增加了同外部市场接触的机会,发现了市场信息并完成了初始资本的积累,当企业家能人出现、开始在某地创业时,产生了区域性的学习、模仿,催生了产业群的出现,本地工业化进程便随之启动。

创业机会从何而来：发现，构建还是发现＋构建？--创业机会的理论前沿研究

创业的核心是什么?有人说是就业,有人说是创业文化,也有人说是创新等。总之,对于这一问题存在一定的认识误区。本文通过大量的文献分析,结合中国的创业实践,试图明确说明创业的核心是创业机会。那么创业机会从何而来?这个问题至今尚无定论,需要更多的学科交叉来进一步研究阐明。根据现有的文献,学术界长期以来认为创业机会是被识别与发现(discovered)出来的。但是,创业的客观环境近年来发生了很大的变化,创业机会可以是被发现出来的,也可以是被构建(constructed)出来的。本文更进一步提出创业机会可以是发现与构建二者兼之(discovered and constructed)。前者是一种客观导向性的印迹(imprinting)过程,是一种具有科学发现特征的机会发现过程;创业机会构建是一种主观导向性的众迹(reflexivity)过程,是一种具有社会构建特征,并涉及创业者、市场、客户等因素综合作用的机会构建过程。本文应用跟踪性问题导向研究的方法,结合创业机会研究的大量经典文献与具体的中国情境,对创业机会本源与形成进行问题导向探索,提出并证实创业机会是一种多途径的探索与形成过程。成功创业需要创业者更好地了解和认识创业机会,将大众创业建立在创业机会的基础上,是我国大众创业避免盲创,实现成功创业的重要原理。深入研究、认识与把握创业机会,对于创业研究本身,以及我国的大众创业都具有重大的理论价值与实践指导意义。

Some Remarks about the Deployment of Floating PV Systems in Brazil

Floating photovoltaic systems installed in water bodies such as natural lakes or dams reservoirs, have attracted increased worldwide attention since 2011 and have already been deployed in several countries, including Japan, South Korea and USA. In Brazil, pilot-projects were announced in the reservoirs of hydroelectric power plants of Balbina （State of Amazonas） and Sobradinho （State of Bahia）. Several advantages, not necessarily valid in Brazil, are mentioned for deploying this kind of technology, such as an increase in energy generation, reduction of water losses through evaporation, low environmental impact, no occupation of land etc. In this article, several of these allegations are analyzed preliminarily under the Brazilian point of view, and relevant considerations are presented. It is concluded that the technical and economic advantages of floating photovoltaic systems are not yet clear in Brazil and that pilot projects, such as those under way, should be used to clarify several important aspects related to them.

To realize the fusion development of modem agricultural demonstration zone in Beijiang District, on one hand, it should fully depend on its own resource conditions; on the other hand, it should positively promote the policy innovation and system mechanism innovation. The author thinks that promoting the fusion development of modern agriculture in Beijiang District should first recognize the importance and necessity of fusion development strategy, and then promote this fusion engineering from system and mechanism. Finally, it should make innovations in policy, in order to provide overall protection of modern agricultural fusion development in Beijiang District.

Innovation is the source of modem enterprise profit, is also the fundamental driving force for enterprise development. With the rapid development of knowledge economy, the private economy is more and more important in our national economy. Private enterprises become the main body of the market economy, at the same time, private enterprises in stabling economic growth, promoting international trade, promoting technological progress, reducing unemployment plays a positive role which cannot be substituted. However, private enterprises are existence problems such as lack of innovation resources, and inadequate innovation ability. Therefore, the private enterprise has important practical significance to studying the technological innovation project.

伊斯雷尔·柯兹纳对企业家精神研究的贡献——科睿唯安“引文桂冠”经济学奖得主学术贡献评介

伊斯雷尔·柯兹纳是创业发现与市场过程理论的代表性学者。柯兹纳研究指出,市场过程具有“无知”与“发现”两个基本特征,市场非均衡状态因参与方“无知”而存在,企业家的“纯粹无知”并非是主流经济学模型的“不完全信息”,企业家对非均衡利润机会持有高度的“创业警觉”,市场由非均衡走向均衡的过程与针对企业家“无知”的纠正性“发现”有关,是企业家的“创业警觉”所产生的一系列“创业发现”推动了市场运行的过程。与创业不确定性的承担者角色相比,柯兹纳式企业家更侧重于套利者角色。柯兹纳强调创业对经济增长的重要推动作用,但认为不能将企业家精神如同资本与劳动力要素一样引入经典的经济增长模型。企业纯利润属于企业家凭借自己的“创业警觉”与“创业发现”获得的报酬,不允许企业家攫取纯利润相当于取消创业激励。柯兹纳通过引入企业家精神提出的“可均衡性”学说及对市场均衡化过程的解析,构成了柯兹纳式市场过程,为奥地利学派非均衡论与主流经济学均衡论架起了沟通桥梁。
