Furthermore, it constructs a “2-Dimension, 3-Level” evaluation system tailored for power grid enterprises, highlighting their industry-specific characteristics. This system assesses the standard innovation capabilities of power grid enterprises scientifically and reasonably from two dimensions: “process” and “outcome” of standard innovation. Eight primary indicators are employed to achieve this. Additionally, the paper establishes a realization path model for the evaluation system based on four modules, which support the system’s role in leading evaluations and facilitating high-quality and efficient cultivation efforts.展开更多
