微创新术式减少肺癌复发

目的报告并总结一种治疗漏斗胸的微创新术式的效果.方法2002年6月~2005年4月,47例2~18岁的漏斗胸患儿在四川大学华西医院小儿外科采用胸壁小切口,不作胸壁的广泛游离及不作多对肋软骨切除,经最凹陷处置入一金属支杠于胸骨下端深面的... 目的报告并总结一种治疗漏斗胸的微创新术式的效果.方法2002年6月~2005年4月,47例2~18岁的漏斗胸患儿在四川大学华西医院小儿外科采用胸壁小切口,不作胸壁的广泛游离及不作多对肋软骨切除,经最凹陷处置入一金属支杠于胸骨下端深面的方法手术矫正漏斗胸.结果47例患儿在手术完成时即获满意的矫正效果,手术安全无并发症.42例随访时间3~35个月,其中38例在随访期内获得满意的胸廓外观,患儿运动耐受量及心理状况也有明显改善.另外4例患儿的畸形,也较术前改善.结论采用微创的新术式治疗漏斗胸患儿效果满意,安全可靠,瘢痕小,无严重并发症. 展开更多

目的探讨腹股沟疝修补的新术式。方法将1995年3月~2006年11月间的行精索后精索前筋膜、睾提肌、精索后筋膜修补加联合腱与腹股沟韧带修补术的390例患者的疗效与采用传统巴西尼法疝修补术的546例患者的疗效进行对比。结果A组平均手术时... 目的探讨腹股沟疝修补的新术式。方法将1995年3月~2006年11月间的行精索后精索前筋膜、睾提肌、精索后筋膜修补加联合腱与腹股沟韧带修补术的390例患者的疗效与采用传统巴西尼法疝修补术的546例患者的疗效进行对比。结果A组平均手术时间(42±10)min,B组(44±9)min(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。两组患者随访半年至10年,其中:A组随访5年以上的267例,复发31例;B组随访5年以上的209例,无复发。A组的复发率为11.6%,B组的复发率为0(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论采取精索后精索前筋膜、睾提肌、精索后筋膜修补术是腹股沟疝修补的理想术式。 展开更多

Finding an optimal trajectory from an initial point to a final point through closely packed obstacles, and controlling a Hilare robot through this trajectory, are challenging tasks. To serve this purpose, path planners and trajectory-tracking controllers are usually included in a control loop. This paper highlights the implementation of a trajectory-tracking controller on a stepper motor-driven Hilare robot, with a trajectory that is described as a set of waypoints. The controller was designed to handle discrete waypoints with directional discontinuity and to consider different constraints on the actuator velocity. The control parameters were tuned with the help of multi-objective particle swarm optimization to minimize the average cross-track error and average linear velocity error of the mobile robot when tracking a predefined trajectory. Experiments were conducted to control the mobile robot from a start position to a destination position along a trajectory described by the waypoints. Experimental results for tracking the trajectory generated by a path planner and the trajectory specified by a user are also demonstrated. Experiments conducted on the mobile robot validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy for tracking different types of trajectories. 展开更多

Technological innovation, driven towards the educational context, has favored the concept of interactive technological environments that may significantly contribute towards the teaching-learning processes. In that sense, mapping interactivity indicators that consider technical and operational aspects, supported by the available technical literature and based on the perspective of undergraduate engineers and teachers, becomes a fundamental activity in order to build interactive environments that may in fact adequately contribute for the professional education of our students, mainly the ones in engineering courses. Specifically, this paper shows preliminary studies within this perspective, showing how technological innovation may be understood and applied in the educational context. The study also shows the first interactivity indicator for a collaborative learning perspective, obtained from data collected through a qualitative content analysis methodology. 展开更多

Taking the evolution process of TFT-LCD industry as an example,this paper applied history-friendly model to analyze the effect of technology innovation and learning,and market demand growth and fluctuation on the evolution of production organization pattern in strategic emerging industries.Our research indicates that:(1) when market demand maintains linear growth,continuous technology innovation capabilities of vertically integrated enterprises in leading position of an industry are the key factor in deciding whether dominant production organization pattern will shift from vertical integration to specialization;(2) when market demand is in cyclical fluctuation,the technology learning capabilities of specialized enterprises in catch-up position are the key factor in deciding whether dominant production organization pattern will shift from vertical integration to specialization;(3) when market demand growth is under cyclical fluctuation,if the relative gap between technology innovation capabilities of vertically integrated enterprises and technology learning capabilities of specialized enterprises remains constant,the phase when industry cycle moves from trough to plateau is the best time window for specialized enterprises to catch up with and overtake vertically integrated enterprises.Hence,policy design supporting the development of strategic emerging industries should give full consideration to factors like market demand environment and technology innovation and learning capabilities of domestic enterprises. 展开更多
