Important features of the l...This paper examines the role of transformational leadership in transforming an organization into a knowledge based, then into learning organization so that it becomes an innovative company. Important features of the leader such and ability to assist in developing and accommodating the implementation of knowledge management programs, learning organization concepts and innovation protocols are discussed in this paper. This paper demonstrates that shifting the organization to become a knowledge based and then to be learning organization and finally to become innovative company could involve some unique attributes of a transformation leadership. In that regards, the paper also demonstrates that organizations need first to create, capture, transfer, and mobilize knowledge before it can be used for learning and then for innovation. The paper will present a method of a studying how successful innovation leaders of companies could found themselves acting in three roles namely： knowledge leader, learning leader and then innovation leader.展开更多

The objectives of th...The integration of compute.r technology in education allows students to have better comprehension of the subject content, and suitable learning material can make learning activity more attractive. The objectives of this development research were the evaluation of short movie production as innovative learning material and the knowledge comparison between traditional learning and learning through short movie. Three licensed pharmacists, i.e., the experts, proofread the screenplay of the movie. The study subjects consisted of 68 public health students--A control group and 31 of whom saw the movie--An experiment group. The results showed that the highest mean score was o^L understanding about the ＂group of anti-bacterial agents＂, while the lowest mean score was on ＂recommendation of time used＂. Evaluation of the short movie innovation showed the highest mean score in the item ＂the film can be used as the objective＇s direction＂ and the lowest mean score in the item ＂the film is usefully material＂. The students who watched the short movie had significantly higher level of knowledge at the end than those who underwent conventional learning （p 〈 0.001）. For future studies, films that are useful for other subject areas should be produced.展开更多
The duty of educators and politicians is to find new policies and programs that should include creative industries such as designing, together with the teaching of new technologies to make it possible for a greater po...The duty of educators and politicians is to find new policies and programs that should include creative industries such as designing, together with the teaching of new technologies to make it possible for a greater portion of the population to have access to this knowledge, which will enable it to be included in the job market. This type of training also means that the language of the educators will change .We need to develop a new multilinguistic, multimedia, and multidisciplinary conception oriented towards the learning activities of the student. Our goals is to transform multimedia design into an important creative industry in our region, we created ＂Project Untitled＂ at Universidad Maimonides. This is an artistic collective undertaking that includes teachers, directors, and students of the School of Multimedia Communication and Design. The goal of this project is to cooperate with learning paradigms in order to reach the quality that a true society of knowledge needs. Education is fundamental for the development of any nation, including the ＂periphery countries＂, which can contribute a different point of view, and which, in this sense, can offer wider possibilities, precisely because these countries have the ＂critical distance＂ that, probably, core countries are short of.展开更多
