探索创设问题情景示教结合PBL教学在临床药师规培中的应用效果

目的:探索创设问题情境示教结合以问题为导向(Problem based learning,PBL)教学模式在临床药师规范化培训中的应用,并分析其培训效果。方法:将2018年至2021年来我院参加临床药师规范化培训的29名学员随机分为对照组、观察组,分别接受传统教学、创设问题情境示教+PBL教学,对比教学效果。结果:观察组综合理论知识、病理分析及会诊能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组沟通能力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组学院对教学方式满意度(100.00%)显著高于对照组(80.00%),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过规范化培训,创设问题情境示教+PBL教学法能够使学员具备独立胜任临床药师工作的能力,且更易被认可与接受。

对外汉语教学中真实情景的创设

在对外汉语课堂教学中创设真实情景,既不同于学生课外用汉语进行的日常交际,也不同于课堂组织的模拟情景,而是建立在师生之间或学生之间为获取信息而进行的交际活动。建立信息差是创设真实情景的主要方法。在具体教学中可采用个人关联法和看图说话的方式灵活运用。
