Only by truly understanding the folk culture carried by a certain language can one truly master that language. Better understanding of regional distinctive culture can not only help learners adapt to local life more quickly, but also help them deeply grasp the rich and colorful excellent culture of the Han nationality. However, in the current teaching, less attention has been paid to the regional culture of the teaching location, and learners have a rather vague understanding of Chinese culture. Therefore, this paper takes Northeast folk culture as the focus, discusses the significance of integrating Northeast folk culture into foreign Chinese teaching, and analyzes the current status of the dissemination of Northeast folk culture in foreign Chinese teaching. Based on this, Northeast folk culture is appropriately integrated into foreign Chinese teaching to help learners understand Northeast folk culture, grasp the thinking patterns of the Han nationality, and ultimately promote their Chinese communication skills.展开更多
