利压定治疗高血压病的临床研究

目的 :研究利压定治疗高血压的疗效和安全性。方法 :采用随机单盲法将 10 8例轻、中度原发性高血压患者分成 2组 ,先服安慰剂 2周 ,然后以疗效肯定的卡托普利为对照组。利压定组 10mg·d-1,如血压下降未达有效水平 ,每 2周依次增加... 目的 :研究利压定治疗高血压的疗效和安全性。方法 :采用随机单盲法将 10 8例轻、中度原发性高血压患者分成 2组 ,先服安慰剂 2周 ,然后以疗效肯定的卡托普利为对照组。利压定组 10mg·d-1,如血压下降未达有效水平 ,每 2周依次增加 10~ 30mg·d-1;卡托普利组 37.5mg·d-1,无效可按上法依次增至 75~ 112 .5mg·d-1,总疗程 6周。结果 :利压定组与卡托普利组的降压总有效率分别为 90 .7%和 90 .9% (P >0 .0 5 ) ,不良反应以咳嗽为主 ,分别为 14.7%和 15 .5 % (P >0 .0 5 )。利压定组中 2 8例治疗前后测定 2 4h动态血压 ,计算降压谷峰比值 ,收缩压为 5 6 .8% ,舒张压为 6 1.4% ;2 4例经超声心动图检查 ,提示该药可明显改善左室内径和心功能。结论 :利压定是一种长效制剂 ,对轻、中度高血压病患者每日服用 1次 。 展开更多

The solubility of ammonia in ethylene glycol is measured by an isothermal solubility equilibrium method at temperatures of (303.2, 308.2, 313.2, 318.2 and 323.2) K and total pressures of (0.030, 0.040, 0.050, 0.060, 0.070, 0.080, 9.090 and 0.101) MPa. The molality of ammonia in ethylene glycol ranges from 1.925 mol·kg-1 to 8.265 mol·kg-1. The experimental results are used to determine Henry's law constant of ammonia in ethylene glycol Furthermore, experimental data are correlated by applying the thermodynamic model on the basis of extended Raoult's law, extended Henry's law, corresponding-states correlations and Pitzer's molality scale based equation. The overall average relative deviation between the calculated data and the experimental data of Henry's law constant and ammonia solubility are 2.029% and 2.164% respectively. 展开更多

AIM: To determine the correlation of Adjusted Blood Requirement Index (ABRI) with the 7th day outcome in patients presenting with acute variceal bleeding.METHODS: All patients presenting with acute variceal hemorrhage (AVH) were included. Patients with previous band ligation, sclerotherapy, gastrointestinal or hepatic malignancies were excluded. Patients were managed as per standard protocol for AVH with terlipressin and band ligation. ABRI scores were calculated using the formula outcome of alive or expired up to the 7th day after treatment. The correlation between ABRI and mortality was estimated and a receiver operative characteristic (ROC) curve was plotted.RESULTS: A total of 113 patients (76 male; 37 female) were included. On assessment, 18 were in Child's Pugh Class A, 82 in Class B and 13 were in Class C. The median number of blood units transfused ± inter-quartile range was 3.0 ± 2.0. The median ± inter-quartile range for ABRI was 1.3 ± 1.1. The ROC curve of ABRI for expiry showed a significantly large area of 0.848 (P 〈 0.0001; 95% CI: 0.75-0.95). A significant correlation of log transformation of ABRI with an outcome of mortality was present (P 〈 0.0001). 展开更多

This research was performed in order to allow the study of the chemical composition influence of the coking process load on the efficiency and the quality of coke. For this reason, the coking of the following loads was realized: Atmospheric residue (RAT), vacuum Residue (RSV) and catalytic Residue of cracking (RCC). (The residues are obtained from an Algerian crude oil). As the oil residues are rich for their strongly polar composition, such as the asphaltene resins, and complex structures units (SCU), which has a role in the formation of coke, and as the dispersion of these latter improves the quality of coke, a study on the stability of aggregation was carried out by the addition of one stabilizer (oil Extract) in the coking process load, The Compounding (Extracted from/RCC oil) has been drived to the best efficiency of coke.
