AIM: To investigate whether manual acupuncture at representative acupoints in different parts of the body can modulate responses of gastric motility in rats and regular effects in different acupoint stimulation. METH...AIM: To investigate whether manual acupuncture at representative acupoints in different parts of the body can modulate responses of gastric motility in rats and regular effects in different acupoint stimulation. METHODS: The gastric motor activity of rats was recorded by the intrapyloric balloon. The changes of gastric motility induced by the stimulation were compared with the background activity in intragastric pressure and/or waves of gastric contraction recorded before any stimulation. Morphological study was also conducted by observing the Evans dye extravasation in the skin after mustard oil injection into the intragastric mucous membrane to certify cutaneous innervations of blue dots related to gastric segmental innervations. RESULTS: In all six rats that received mustard oil injections into intragastric mucosa, small blue dots appeared in the skin over the whole abdomen, but mainly in peri-midline upper- and middle- abdomen and middle-back, a few in thigh and groin. It may speculate that cutaneous innervations of blue dots have the same distribution as gastric segmental innervations. Acustimulation in acupoints of head-neck, four limbs, upper chest-dorsum and Iower-dorsum induced markedly augmentation of gastric motility (acupoints on headneck such as St-2: n = 16, 105.19 ± 1.36 vs 112.25 ± 2.02 and St-3: n = 14, 101.5 ± 1.75 vs 109.36 ± 1.8; acupoints on limbs such as Sp-6: n = 19, 100.74 ± 1.54 vs 110.26 ± 3.88; St-32: n = 17, 103.59 ± 1.64 vs 108.24 ± 2.41; St-36: n = 16, 104.81 ± 1.72 vs 110.81 ± 2.74 and U-11: n = 17, 106.47 ± 2.61 vs 114.77 ± 3.77, P 〈 0.05-0.001). Vigorous inhibitory regulations of gastric motility induced by acu-stimulation applied in acupoints on whole abdomen and middle-dorsum were significantly different as compared with the controls before acu-stimulation (abdomen acupoints such as Cv-12: n = 11, 109.36 ± 2.09 vs 101 ± 2.21; Cv-6: n = 18, 104.39 ± 1.42 vs 91.83 ± 3.22 and St-21: n = 12, 107 ± 2.97 vs 98.58 ± 2.81; acupoints on middledorsum such as BI-17: n = 19, 100.63 ± 1.4 vs 92.21 ± 2.07 and BI-21: n = 19, 103.84 ± 1.48 vs 97.58 ± 2.16, P 〈 0.05-0.001). CONCLUSION: Regular regulatory effects of facilitation and inhibition on gastric motility appear to be somatotopically organized in the acupoints of whole body, and the effective regularity of site-special acupoints on gastric motility is involved in segmental innervations between stomach and acupoints.展开更多

Coal preparation plants typically employ several parallel circuits of cleaning and dewatering operations, with each circuit designed to optimally treat a specific size range of coal. Recent innovations in coal preparation have increased the efficiency and capac- ity of individual unit operations while reinforcing the standard parallel cleaning approach. This article, which describes the historical influences and state-of-the-art design for the various coal preparation unit operations, is organized to distinguish between coarse/intermediate coal cleaning and fine/ultrafine coal cleaning. Size reduction, screening, classification, cleaning, dewatering, waste disposal unit operations are particularly highlighted, with a special focus on the LI.S. design philosophy. These soluble and meltable oligomers showing thermostability, semiconducting and paramagnetic properties and also high reactivity at reactions characteristic for aromatic hydroxyl groups were used as active filler at preparation of rubbers from butyl and butadiene-nitrile rubbers. It has been shown that in partial or full substitution of carbon black by oligohydroxynaphthylenes or cooligohydroxynaphthylenephenylamines in composition of vulcanizate the prepared rubbers are characterized by noticeably high heat-physical, physical-mechanical and electrical properties (Pv = 10^8 - 10^6Om. cm ).展开更多

China and the countries along the Belt and Road continue to promote cooperation, actively use the existing bilateral and multilateral cooperation mechanisms to promote the regional and inter-regional energy cooperation. Countries along the Belt and Road are rich in oil and gas resources; their demand on the diversification of export meet with the diversification demand on imports of consumption countries; and their oil refining and chemical technology as well as construction capacity is weak, which provides a lot of new opportunities in cooperation for Chinese enterprises. However, the energy cooperation of Chinese enterprises are also facing some challenges in the complex environment of energy cooperation, the interference of big powers, non-traditional security threats, and energy policy factors. Emmer wheat cultivated by organic farmers is used as a component of some bio (organic) food products. Its positive influence on consumer health is caused by grain composition. With the aim of selecting varieties or ...Emmer wheat cultivated by organic farmers is used as a component of some bio (organic) food products. Its positive influence on consumer health is caused by grain composition. With the aim of selecting varieties or landraces for their possible further use we tested selected emmer wheat accessions maintained in the Czech Gene Bank. In the set of 8 emmer wheat accessions, the main grain components, bread making characteristics and contents of health supporting chemical substances such as total dietary fibre content and its components, content of total polyphenols plus catechin and ferulic acid contents, vitamins of the B group and E plus total content of carotenoids were evaluated by standard methods. Tests of bread making quality confirmed a very well known fact that emmer wheat grain is much more suitable for other purposes as whole grain mixtures, cereal pure, etc. than for bread preparation. The results indicate the possibilities to select emmer wheat genotypes differing in grain composition and containing compounds with positive effects on human health. Among the tested emmer wheat accessions the Rudico variety had a complex of positive characteristics such as content of total dietary fibre, total polyphenol content with prevailing catechin and the highest amount of B group vitamins such as B 1, B2, niacin, pantothenic acid and B6.展开更多

In this paper,we used tectonic dynamics theories to study the tectonic evolution characteristics of the Pingdingshan mine area,and analyzed the impact of tectonic progressive control on gas occurrence.The study result...In this paper,we used tectonic dynamics theories to study the tectonic evolution characteristics of the Pingdingshan mine area,and analyzed the impact of tectonic progressive control on gas occurrence.The study results are as follows:the Pingdingshan mine area has been mainly controlled by multiple squeezing and shearing actions of the Qinling orogenic belt since early and middle Yanshan,forming the tectonic control characteristics of master control in two directions,namely NWW trending and NNE trending;the NWW trending structure is dominated by squeezing and shearing,while the NNE trending structure is dominated by tension.Progressively controlled by the structure,the gas occurrence presents partition and zonation,i.e.compared with the western structure,the eastern NWW-NW trending structure of the mine area is more highly developed,resulting in the mine area gas occurrence distribution characteristics are distinct in the east while indistinct in the west.Based on this,the mine area can be divided into the following two geological dynamic areas:the western half of mine area,namely the Guodishan fault control area,where the NW-SE trending synchronous tension action suffered by the northeast side(footwall) is relatively strong,and compared with the southwest side(hanging wall),its coal and gas outburst seriousness is weak;and the eastern half of mine area,namely the NWW-NW thrust nappe fracture fold control area,which is a serious area of coal and gas outburst,in particular the axial area of the Likou syncline is the intersection compound and combination position of the NW and NE trending structures,a tectonic concentrated area,and the gas pressure and content here are the largest.展开更多
Cholesterol represents one of the key constituents of small,dynamic,sterol-and sphingolipid-enriched domains on the plasma membrane.It has been reported that many viruses depend on plasma membrane cholesterol for effi...Cholesterol represents one of the key constituents of small,dynamic,sterol-and sphingolipid-enriched domains on the plasma membrane.It has been reported that many viruses depend on plasma membrane cholesterol for efficient infection.In this study,the role of the plasma membrane cholesterol in porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) infection of MARC-145 cells was investigated.Pretreatment of MARC-145 cells with methyl-β-cyclodextrin(MβCD),a drug used to deplete cholesterol from cellular membrane,significantly reduced PRRSV infection in a dose-dependent manner.This inhibition was partially reversed by supplementing exogenous cholesterol following MβCD treatment,suggesting that the inhibition of PRRSV infection was specifically mediated by removal of cellular cholesterol.Further detailed studies showed that depletion of cellular membrane cholesterol significantly inhibited virus entry,especially virus attachment and release.These results indicate that the presence of cholesterol in the cellular membrane is a key component of PRRSV infection.展开更多
We investigate the cold nuclear matter(CNM) effects on isolated prompt photon and isolated prompt photon associated jet productions in nuclear collisions at the NLO accuracy by using the EPS09 NLO nuclear parton distr...We investigate the cold nuclear matter(CNM) effects on isolated prompt photon and isolated prompt photon associated jet productions in nuclear collisions at the NLO accuracy by using the EPS09 NLO nuclear parton distribution functions and their error sets.Nuclear modification factors of isolated prompt photon and isolated prompt photon+jet productions due to CNM effects in p+A and A+A reactions at the RHIC and the LHC are provided with varying rapidity and transverse momentum of the final state photon.It is shown that the CNM effects on isolated prompt photon and photon+jet are modest,which give a small enhancement at low pT region and a more obvious suppression at large pT at central rapidity.At forward rapidity a pronounced suppression of γ as well as γ+jet is always observed.展开更多

A good process plan can be obtained by optimizing two elements, namely, operation sequence and th...Computer-aided process planning (CAPP) is an essential component of computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) system. A good process plan can be obtained by optimizing two elements, namely, operation sequence and the machining parameters of machine, tool and tool access direction (TAD) for each operation. This paper proposes a novel optimization strategy for process planning that considers different dimensions of the problem in parallel. A multi-dimensional tabu search (MDTS) algo-rithm based on this strategy is developed to optimize the four dimensions of a process plan, namely, operation sequence (OperSeq), machine sequence (MacSeq), tool sequence (TooISeq) and tool approach direction sequence (TADSeq), sequentially and iteratively. In order to improve its efficiency and stability, tabu search, which is incorporated into the proposed MDTS al- gorithm, is used to optimize each component of a process plan, and some neighbourhood strategies for different components are presented for this tabu search algorithm. The proposed MDTS algorithm is employed to test four parts with different numbers of operations taken from the literature and compared with the existing algorithms like genetic algorithm (GA), simulated annealing (SA), tabu search (TS) and particle swarm optimization (PSO). Experimental results show that the developed algo-rithm outperforms these algorithms in terms of solution quality and efficiency.展开更多

The experimental results showed that by applying an external magnetic field of about 300 Oe to film during deposition, a fourfold cubic magnetic anisotropy on Mg O(001) substrate and a twofold uniaxial magnetic anisotropy on Mg O(011) substrate were generated, compared to the isotropic magnetization of Fe film grown without applying the external magnetic field.Our results suggested that external magnetic field during preparation effectively induced relatively higher surface mobility of sputtered Fe atoms and further promoted the crystallization of Fe film and the enhancement of magnetic anisotropy.展开更多

文摘In this paper,we used tectonic dynamics theories to study the tectonic evolution characteristics of the Pingdingshan mine area,and analyzed the impact of tectonic progressive control on gas occurrence.The study results are as follows:the Pingdingshan mine area has been mainly controlled by multiple squeezing and shearing actions of the Qinling orogenic belt since early and middle Yanshan,forming the tectonic control characteristics of master control in two directions,namely NWW trending and NNE trending;the NWW trending structure is dominated by squeezing and shearing,while the NNE trending structure is dominated by tension.Progressively controlled by the structure,the gas occurrence presents partition and zonation,i.e.compared with the western structure,the eastern NWW-NW trending structure of the mine area is more highly developed,resulting in the mine area gas occurrence distribution characteristics are distinct in the east while indistinct in the west.Based on this,the mine area can be divided into the following two geological dynamic areas:the western half of mine area,namely the Guodishan fault control area,where the NW-SE trending synchronous tension action suffered by the northeast side(footwall) is relatively strong,and compared with the southwest side(hanging wall),its coal and gas outburst seriousness is weak;and the eastern half of mine area,namely the NWW-NW thrust nappe fracture fold control area,which is a serious area of coal and gas outburst,in particular the axial area of the Likou syncline is the intersection compound and combination position of the NW and NE trending structures,a tectonic concentrated area,and the gas pressure and content here are the largest.

文摘Cholesterol represents one of the key constituents of small,dynamic,sterol-and sphingolipid-enriched domains on the plasma membrane.It has been reported that many viruses depend on plasma membrane cholesterol for efficient infection.In this study,the role of the plasma membrane cholesterol in porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) infection of MARC-145 cells was investigated.Pretreatment of MARC-145 cells with methyl-β-cyclodextrin(MβCD),a drug used to deplete cholesterol from cellular membrane,significantly reduced PRRSV infection in a dose-dependent manner.This inhibition was partially reversed by supplementing exogenous cholesterol following MβCD treatment,suggesting that the inhibition of PRRSV infection was specifically mediated by removal of cellular cholesterol.Further detailed studies showed that depletion of cellular membrane cholesterol significantly inhibited virus entry,especially virus attachment and release.These results indicate that the presence of cholesterol in the cellular membrane is a key component of PRRSV infection.

文摘We investigate the cold nuclear matter(CNM) effects on isolated prompt photon and isolated prompt photon associated jet productions in nuclear collisions at the NLO accuracy by using the EPS09 NLO nuclear parton distribution functions and their error sets.Nuclear modification factors of isolated prompt photon and isolated prompt photon+jet productions due to CNM effects in p+A and A+A reactions at the RHIC and the LHC are provided with varying rapidity and transverse momentum of the final state photon.It is shown that the CNM effects on isolated prompt photon and photon+jet are modest,which give a small enhancement at low pT region and a more obvious suppression at large pT at central rapidity.At forward rapidity a pronounced suppression of γ as well as γ+jet is always observed.

文摘Computer-aided process planning (CAPP) is an essential component of computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) system. A good process plan can be obtained by optimizing two elements, namely, operation sequence and the machining parameters of machine, tool and tool access direction (TAD) for each operation. This paper proposes a novel optimization strategy for process planning that considers different dimensions of the problem in parallel. A multi-dimensional tabu search (MDTS) algo-rithm based on this strategy is developed to optimize the four dimensions of a process plan, namely, operation sequence (OperSeq), machine sequence (MacSeq), tool sequence (TooISeq) and tool approach direction sequence (TADSeq), sequentially and iteratively. In order to improve its efficiency and stability, tabu search, which is incorporated into the proposed MDTS al- gorithm, is used to optimize each component of a process plan, and some neighbourhood strategies for different components are presented for this tabu search algorithm. The proposed MDTS algorithm is employed to test four parts with different numbers of operations taken from the literature and compared with the existing algorithms like genetic algorithm (GA), simulated annealing (SA), tabu search (TS) and particle swarm optimization (PSO). Experimental results show that the developed algo-rithm outperforms these algorithms in terms of solution quality and efficiency.

文摘Magnetic Fe films grown on single-crystal Mg O(001) and(011) substrates were prepared by direct current magnetron sputtering. The experimental results showed that by applying an external magnetic field of about 300 Oe to film during deposition, a fourfold cubic magnetic anisotropy on Mg O(001) substrate and a twofold uniaxial magnetic anisotropy on Mg O(011) substrate were generated, compared to the isotropic magnetization of Fe film grown without applying the external magnetic field.Our results suggested that external magnetic field during preparation effectively induced relatively higher surface mobility of sputtered Fe atoms and further promoted the crystallization of Fe film and the enhancement of magnetic anisotropy.
