The problem of the existing method is analyzed and a new method for generating the global smoothing tool orientation is proposed by introducing the key frame idea in the animation-making. According to the feature of the part, several key tool orientations are set without interference between the tool and the part. Then, these key tool orientations are inter- polated by the spline function. By mapping the surface parameter to the spline parameter, the spline function value is obtained and taken as the tool orientation when generating the CL file. The machining result shows that the proposed method realizes the global smoothing of the tool orientation and the continuity of the rotational speed and the rotational acceleration. It also avoids the shake of the machine tool and improves the machining quality.展开更多
As a chronic inflammatory disease of the liver,the pathogenic mechanisms of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) have not yet been elucidated,with prognosis and diagnosis remaining unsatisfied.Currently the only viable treatmen...As a chronic inflammatory disease of the liver,the pathogenic mechanisms of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) have not yet been elucidated,with prognosis and diagnosis remaining unsatisfied.Currently the only viable treatments of AIH are immunosuppressant application and liver transplantation.It is considered that lack of good animal AIH models is the main reason for the shortage of a simple and efficient cure.The Concanavalin A (Con A) model is a typical and well established model for investigating T-cell and macrophage dependent liver injury in mice,which closely mimics the pathogenesis mechanisms and pathological changes of patients,and is regarded as the best experimental model for AIH research so far.In this paper we eluci-dated the pathogenic mechanisms of AIH and the evolution of relative animal models.We go on to further focus on Con A-induced liver injury from the point of immunological mechanisms and the change of cytokine levels.Finally,we manifested the clinical significance of the AIH animal models and the challenges they would meet during their future development.展开更多

With water soluble coolin...When machining D60 steel by high speed turn-milling under the different cooling and lubricating conditions, the cutting performance and the wear mechanism of the cermet cutter are researched. With water soluble cooling fluid, the wear performance of the cermet cutter is bad, and does not adapt to the requirements of machining. However, when machining D60 by high speed turn-milling is under dry conditions, the wearing performance of the cermet cutter is very good and the cutting time lasts almost 3 hours. The wear mechanism of the cermet cutter under the water soluble cooling fluid is different from the dry condition. With the water soluble cooling fluid, a great deal of little chap units are formed since high frequency alternates heat stress. The crash and desquamate of these chap units is the main cause of the cutter wearing. Under dry cutting conditions, it is the main cause of cermet cutter wear in the felting phase intenerating causing rigid phase grains to fall.展开更多
Rotation sintering, also known as slush molding, is used to manufacture molded skins, such as dashboards or door interior panels for cars. At present, approximately 80% of such molded skins are manufactured using elec...Rotation sintering, also known as slush molding, is used to manufacture molded skins, such as dashboards or door interior panels for cars. At present, approximately 80% of such molded skins are manufactured using electroforms to achieve the complex free-form surfaces, and surface structures, such as leather graining that the industry demands. The manufacture of these electroforms is, however, time-consuming and expensive. This project aims to replace conventional electroforms with laser-drilled molds. Holes in tool molds should be drilled by using laser radiation as part of an automated process. The system consists of a robot with a fiber-laser beam source. A CAx (computer-aided x) process chain has been developed for this purpose in which the CAD (computer-aided design) data of the tool molds are processed, drill hole fields generated, and a machine-specific RC (robot control) program created. Process-specific fundamentals, such as suitable process windows and process control, have been devised to manufacture holes using fiber laser radiation The advantages of the new laser-drilled tool molds may result in substituting them for conventional electroforms, allowing old markets to be re-entered or additional markets to be created and targeted through new molds or lower costs.展开更多

In this design, sensor is used to collect respiratory parameters and tumor displacement (caused by human respiration) model is established through optimization modeling. At the same time, data are transferred to single chip microcomputer (SCM) system by pressure sensor and then stepping motor is controlled by SCM. Finally, the intelligent positioning bed is under the control of stepping motor. As a result, the intelligent positioning bed can move reverse to respiratory law. The experimental results showed that this method can reduce the influence of respiration on tumor displacement, improving the accuracy of intelligent positioning bed with simple circuit and low cost at the same time.展开更多
