目前的电力机车动车一般都使用再生制动,但是再生制动没有覆盖从最高速度到零的整个运行速度范围。使用电气制动制停具有许多优点,如减轻制动系统质量,减少更换制动闸瓦的费用,且列车运行减速度较高。通过推导得出了用电气制动使列车完... 目前的电力机车动车一般都使用再生制动,但是再生制动没有覆盖从最高速度到零的整个运行速度范围。使用电气制动制停具有许多优点,如减轻制动系统质量,减少更换制动闸瓦的费用,且列车运行减速度较高。通过推导得出了用电气制动使列车完全停下来的算法和新的“坡道推测前馈转矩特性控制”算法,并在车辆滚动试验台上对此进行了验证。验证结果表明:即使在±20‰的模拟坡道上,仅使用电气制动也能使车轮完全停住,并在停止状态维持5s以上。 展开更多

为预测高速履带车辆制动系统能量与制动力的分布规律,以某型履带车辆为例建立其整车动力学模型、推进系统模型以及制动系统模型,提出一种由路线长度、坡度、半径、侧倾角、路面功率谱密度、行驶阻力系统.土壤最大附着系数、最大转向阻... 为预测高速履带车辆制动系统能量与制动力的分布规律,以某型履带车辆为例建立其整车动力学模型、推进系统模型以及制动系统模型,提出一种由路线长度、坡度、半径、侧倾角、路面功率谱密度、行驶阻力系统.土壤最大附着系数、最大转向阻力系数8个参数定义试验场地的建模方法。分析了道路参数对车速的影响;采用最优控制理论设计车辆最短时间仿真行驶策略,基于试验数据建立二元线性回归方程修正仿真制动转矩。通过试验与仿真验证了模型的准确性以及控制策略的有效性。基于1000km试验数据建立典型试验场地模型,并预测了6000km车辆全寿命里程制动能量与制动力分布情况。仿真与预测结果验证了该方法的可行性。 展开更多

The mechanisms and control requirements of flexible fixtures are presented and analyzed. The hardware and software architecture and implementation of CNC system are pro- posed. The flexible fixture mechanism is described using configuration parameters. According to the parameters, the CNC system automatically generates the control feature and the human machine interface (HMI) operation function. The CNC system is implemented in a flexible fixture for skin-strlnger assembly, and results show the effectiveness of the system. 展开更多

To study the distribution and dissipation of braking power of wet multidisc brake and determine thermal load and thermal flux distribution between mated discs, the concept of distributing brake power four times was put forward. The third and the fourth distribution of brake power were calculated by using finite element(FE) software ANSYS. The third and the fourth distribution of wet multidisc brake are mainly related to material characteristics of discs during emergency braking, while most of the braking power is carried off during continuous braking. In order to restrain the high pumping voltage of braking procedure which is harmful to the system of electric armored vehicle. Based on the analysis of pumping voltage of the braking procedure, the relation between pumping voltage and PWM ratio is derived and a new digital control method to restrain the pumping voltage by changing PWM ratio is put forward. Because the capacitance is decreased effectively, the volume of controller is reduced and the performance to price ratio is improved. A mathematical model of the trajectory deviation from the line of sight was established, the guidance closed loop was compensated with a phase advance lag corrective network, a selecting algorithm of the attitude control motors used to steer the missile's attitude was presented. In the presence of a wide variety of disturbances the results of digital simulation are satisfactory to circular error probability(CEP) being less than 0 5?m. The agility and the flexibility of the current shop floor control systems have been limited so far, owing to the lack of structural flexibility and agility in its control software layer. Most of them are based on traditional hierarchical architecture and the top down approach and depend structurally on their specific configuration and job scheduling. Not only can they hardly satisfactorily adapt to these increasing changes and disturbances, but also make the redevelopment and maintenance of shop floor control system (SFCS) to need high cost and much time. And SFCS based on the heterarchical architecture don′t provide a predictable and high performance system, especially not in the heterogeneous environments, where the resources are scarce and the current decisions have serious repercussions on the future performances. For this reason, the heterarchical control is hardly applied in industry. Obviously, it is necessary to develop a new structural framework of reconfigurable SFCS to improve their agility, flexibility and maintainability. This paper presents a holonic framework of reconfigurable SFCS based on holonic manufacturing concepts. The framework is composed of resource holons, product holons and other staff holons. The model of each holon and the co operative mechanisms of holons are described. To verify the proposed approach experimentally, a prototype reconfigurable SFCS for a flexible manufacturing shop floor producing discrete parts is implemented. 展开更多

A composite control scheme consisting of modepredictive control (MPC) and disturbance observer (DOB) iproposed to solve the control performance degradationproblem of the turbidity of the treated water in the presence osignificant changes in raw water quality, water flow rate andinternal model mismatch disturbances. The MPC is employedas a feedback controller for the coagulation process with alarge time delay. The DOB is adopted to estimate the severedisturbances in the turbidity control, such as large changes inraw water quality and water flow rate. The estimated valuesare applied for feed-forward compensation to rejecdisturbances. Finally, the disturbance rejection performancesfor step disturbances and time-varying disturbances in thenominal case and model mismatch case are tested. Thesimulation results illustrate that, compared with the MPCmethod, the proposed method can significantly improve thedisturbance rejection performance in the turbidity control othe treated water, no matter if in the presence of externadisturbances or internal model mismatch disturbances. 展开更多

Regenerative braking was the process of converting the kinetic energy and potential energy, which were stored in the vehicle body when vehicle braked or went downhill, into electrical energy and storing it into battery. The problem on how to distribute braking forces of front wheel and rear wheel for electric vehicles with four-wheel drive was more complex than that for electric vehicles with front-wheel drive or rear-wheel drive. In this work, the frictional braking forces distribution curve of front wheel and rear wheel is determined by optimizing the braking force distribution curve of hydraulic proportional-adjustable valve, and then the safety brake range is obtained correspondingly. A new braking force distribution strategy based on regenerative braking strength continuity is proposed to solve the braking force distribution problem for electric vehicles with four-wheel drive. Highway fuel economy test(HWFET) driving condition is used to provide the speed signals, the braking force equations of front wheel and rear wheel are expressed with linear equations. The feasibility, effectiveness, and practicality of the new braking force distribution strategy based on regenerative braking strength continuity are verified by regenerative braking strength simulation curve and braking force distribution simulation curves of front wheel and rear wheel. The proposed strategy is simple in structure, easy to be implemented and worthy being spread. 展开更多
