Its autonomous manner is earthworm-like and driven by linear actuators based on DC motor. It is different from the conventional micro robot endoscope that wireless module is used for conanunicating and power transfer. The fabricated micro robot system is detailedly described, including structure, micro robot locomotion principle, communication control module and wireless power transfer module. The experimental results show that the driving force of the linear actuator can reach to 2. S5 N and supplying power is up to 480 mW DC power for receiving coil in the proposed system, which all fulfill the need of the micro robot system. The micro robot can creep reliably in the large intestine of pig and other contact environments.展开更多

Systems software modules is implement hardware configuration and achieve control strategies in the DSP CCS compiler environment and using C and assembly language. It has attracted much attention for their advantages with respect to improved fuel economy and has been widely adopted as automotive power-steering equipment in recent years. EPS (electrical power steering) controllers contain MCU (microprocessor control unit) to implement the complex control algorithms. EPS control strategy development is the core technology of the whole system. To achieve the better performance of driving, both mechanical structures and electrical structures are totally designed as a whole. Model-based development is recommended to software design. There are several trends about EPS’ future, such as high power EPS development, high voltage EPS development and steering-by-wire technology.展开更多
The effect of plasma actuator that uses saw-tooth or sine-wave shape electrodes on boundary layer flows is experimentally investigated.The measurement results are compared with a corresponding standard configuration (...The effect of plasma actuator that uses saw-tooth or sine-wave shape electrodes on boundary layer flows is experimentally investigated.The measurement results are compared with a corresponding standard configuration (conventional design using two rectangular strip electrodes)-the actuator that produces a nearly two-dimensional horizontal wall jet upon actuation.PIV measurements are used to characterize the actuators in a quiescent chamber.Operating in a steady manner,the new actuators result in the formation of streamwise and spanwise vortices.That is to say,the new actuators render the plasma actuators inducing three-dimensional variations in the shear layer,offering significant flexibility in flow control.The affected flowfield with the new actuators is significantly larger than that with the conventional linear actuators.While the conventional linear actuators affect primarily the boundary layer flow on a scale of about 1 cm above the wall,the new actuators affect the near wall region at a significantly larger scale.This new design broadens the applicability and enhances the flow control effects and it is potentially a more efficient flow control device.展开更多
