某型市域轨道交通车辆回送和救援的制动方案研究

[目的]分析市域轨道交通车辆采用机车进行回送、救援的技术需求,研究市域车辆回送、救援功能集成于制动控制单元的机车回送、救援的制动方案。[方法]市域车辆的回送、救援制动方案重点研究了与机车空气制动机功能、性能的匹配特性,以及与列车自身电气系统的接口关系,使市域车辆能够实现与机车的同步制动与缓解,以保证回送和救援时的制动同步性、减小列车纵向冲动;并具体研究了某型市域轨道交通车辆在机车回送、机车救援工况下的气路设计、电气设计和制动指令转换功能,并提出了回送、救援功能与列车电气接口匹配等设计中需要特别注意的问题。[结果及结论]研究表明,市域车辆救援、回送功能集成于制动控制单元中时无需设置贯穿全列的列车管和自动制动系统,可降低设备采购成本,实现提高产品集成度、提高制动灵敏度、减少列车纵向冲动、保护转向架设备和提高列车制动效果的目标,能满足市域列车回送、救援的运用要求。 展开更多

A sliding mode and active disturbance rejection control(SM-ADRC)was employed to regulate the speed of a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).The major advantages of the proposed control scheme are that it can maintain the original features of ADRC and make the parameters of ADRC transition smoothly.The proposed control scheme also ensures speed control accuracy and improves the robustness and anti-load disturbance ability of the system.Moreover,through the analysis of a d-axis current output equation,a novel current-loop SM-ADRC is presented to improve the system’s dynamic performance and inner ability of anti-load disturbance.Results of a simulation and experiments show that the improved sliding-mode ADRC system has the advantages of fast response,small overshoot,small steady-state error,wide speed range and high control accuracy.It shows that the system has strong anti-interference ability to reduce the influence of variations in rotational inertia,load and internal parameters. 展开更多

The feed flow rate load disturbance is introduced to test the proposed decoupling control scheme. Through simulation study shown that the decoupling is effective, stable and it presents advantage over controller without decoupler. The design of an L_1 adaptive controller for hypersonic formation flight is presented. The traditional leader/wingman formation control problem is considered, with focused attention on dealing with the input disturbance and parametric variations, both of which are intrinsic properties of the system that result in undesired control performance. A proportional-derivative control scheme based on nonlinear dynamic inversion is implemented as the baseline controller, and an L_1 adaptive controller is augmented to the baseline controller to attenuate the effects of input disturbance and parametric variations. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. 展开更多
