[Method] The antifungal activity of seven fungicides against A. panax_ was determined based on mycelial growth rate in vitro. [Result] The results of in vitro antibiotic activity assay showed that there were significant differences in inhibition rate among different concentration treatments of each of the seven fungicides. Toxicity test results showed that among the seven fungicides, difenoconazole had the smal est EC50 （0.61 mg/L）, fol owed by streptomycin and captan, with EC50 value lower than 100 mg/L. [Conclusion] A fungicide which had strong antifungal activity on A. panax was screened out, and the results wil provide a theoretical basis for further field trial.展开更多
With the increasing population in the urban cities of the world,the demand for food from distant areas has been on the rise but at the expense of scarce natural resources like oil,water and forest,etc.However,producin...With the increasing population in the urban cities of the world,the demand for food from distant areas has been on the rise but at the expense of scarce natural resources like oil,water and forest,etc.However,producing food locally in urban centers provides a sustainable mechanism of reducing the carbon,food or ecological footprints of these cities in particular and environmental degradation in general.It creates a circular metabolic system in which the natural inputs are efficiently harnessed rather than the linear metabolic system in which resources flow in and wastes flow out.This article analyzes some urban agricultural local initiatives in urban centers of the worlds that promote a circular metabolic systems and proposes the procedure that can be adopted to promote urban agriculture.展开更多

Based on the Chinese national standardization status, this paper sets an evaluation system of national standardization on the principles of logic, comprehensiveness and operability, taking into account national standards and standardization activities. The evaluation system evaluates the national standardization development level through four aspects： standard development, standards implementation, standardization supporting measures, and participation in international standardization. This evaluation system provides a reasonable basis to evaluate the national standardization development level. The survey shows that if China wants to enhance its standardization development level, China needs to improve its standard development level, strengthen implication and application of standards, expand the standardization support measures and continuously improve the level of participation in international standardization.展开更多
