亨廷顿的政治制度化理论及其当代启示

作为西方政治学中从传统制度主义到新制度主义的过渡性人物,亨廷顿主要从结构和道德两个方面论述了其政治制度化思想,指出了政治制度化的四个重要指标。亨廷顿把政治制度化看作是实现发展与稳定的核心要素。当然,其政治制度化思想也存在着诸如概念界定不清、指标间关系不明确等理论限度。尽管如此,亨氏的政治制度化思想对于我国政治发展与社会稳定,尤其是化解日益频发的群体性事件具有重要的启示作用。

管理会计服务于企业内部,其形式、作用和角色由组织变量所决定,同时它与环境之间的互动,又能反过来改变"制度"环境。近年来制度化理论被广泛地运用到管理会计变迁和特定实践的解读。通过对制度化理论概念框架及其在研究管理会计方面成果的系统梳理与总结,本文认为这一理论拓宽了管理会计的研究视角,增进了管理会计的研究深度,对于考察、分析我国企业运用管理会计的具体实践有着重要的指导意义。

亨廷顿政治制度化理论及其有限性论析

二战以后第三世界国家的独立为亨廷顿政治制度化理论的提出提供了国际背景。政治制度化理论从社会经济发展、政治参与和政治制度化等维度对发展中国家在现代化进程中如何保持政治稳定问题的解释,对发展中国家的政治实践具有重要的理论指导意义。然而这一理论具有一定的局限性和有限性。通过对亨廷顿政治制度化理论在研究者价值取向、研究方法、理论框架本身内在逻辑和理论论证等方面存在的有限性进行系统分析,以更好地对其理论进行批判继承和应用。

论职业教育的发展哲学

职业教育发展是一个动态的过程,从广义来理解,其指整个职业教育体系的变迁,从狭义来理解,其指职业教育内部结构各因素走向合理性、科学化、制度化的发展过程。当前,我国应以科学发展观理论、可持续发展理论和制度化理论为指导,提高对职业教育发展的认识,对职业教育发展进行科学定位,加强职业教育基础能力建设。

Expanded Porphyrin Nanosheet for Metal-Free Photocatalytic Water Splitting Using Visible Light

Photocatalytic water splitting to generate hydrogen gas is an ideal solution for environmental pollution and unsustainable energy issues.In the past few decades,many efforts have been made to increase the efficiency of hydrogen production.One of the most important ways is to achieve light absorption in the visible range to improve the conversion efficiency of solar energy into chemical energy,but it still presents great challenges.We here predicted a novel organic film,which can be obtained by polymerizing HTAP molecules,as an ideal material for photocatalytic water splitting.Based on firstprinciples calculations and Born-Oppenheimer quantum molecular dynamic simulations,the metal-free two-dimensional nanomaterial has been proven to be structurally stable,with a direct band gap of 2.12 e V,which satisfies the requirement of light absorption in the visible range.More importantly,the conduction bands and valence bands completely engulf the redox potentials of water,making the film be a promising photocatalyst for water splitting.This construction method through the topological periodicity of organic molecules provides a design scheme for the photocatalyst for water splitting.

Urbanization with Chinese Characteristics

As a result of substitution of capital for labor in agriculture and rigid demand of urban sectors for migrant workers,the rural-to-urban migration becomes irreversible process,and Todaro dogma,which aims to limit the migration under the assmnption of ＂come-and-go＂ migration pattern,becomes and old-fashioned theory for policy-making.By empirically confirming the advent of the Lewis turning poing-namely,a new stage of labor migration and more generally of economic development,the paper reveals the policy implication of the Lewis turning point and proposes the policy reforms needed for a complete urbanization,including hukou system reform and equalization of public services.

Experimental and Theoretical Study on Pyrolysis of Isopsoralen

The pyrolysis of isopsoralen was studied by synchrotron vacuum ultraviolet photoionization mass spectrometry at low pressure. The pyrolysis products were detected at different photon energies, the ratios of products to precursor were measured at various pyrolysis temperatures. The experimental results demonstrate that the main pyrolysis products are primary CO and sequential CO elimination products （C10H602 and C9H60）. The decomposition channels of isopsoralen were also studied by the density functional theory, then rate constants for competing pathways were calculated by the transition state theory. The dominant decom- position channels of isopsoralen and the molecular structures for corresponding products were identified by combined experimental and theoretical studies.

The Globalisation of Firms as Social Systems

Existing theories of the globalisation of firms fall short of integrating evolutionary, self-reproductive mechanisms. This conceptual paper serves to provide an overview on existing literature in systems theory and to develop a basic framework for the study of evolutionary processes in the globalisation of firms. Ontological, epistemological, and methodological consequences of an evolutionary social systems approach to globalisation will be discussed.

Research on the Game Theory and Logic Optimization and the Applications on Construction of China＇s New Energy Subsidy System

In this paper, we conduct research on the game theory and the logic optimization and the applications on construction of China’s new energy subsidy system. The management of energy and the general optimization of energy structure play an important role in the development of the national economy and the upgrading of industrial structure. Therefore, it is the inevitable choice to build a well-off society in an all-round way. The energy projects management in tradition adopts way from bottom to top, namely from the floor of project management starts to collect the data, progressive upward transmission to the high-level, after analysis carries on the management and control to the project, this method had guaranteed the project pays according to progress, quality, cost and other requests, in view of the management of single project. This paper integrates the game theory and the logic optimization to construct the revised system that will be meaningful.

Rebuilding water rights system from the perspective of usufruct

As the source of life,water is indispensable to human beings.Being aware of the water stress imposed by population growth,climate change,rapid urbanization,pollution,many scholars and decision makers argue that the establishment of water rights and their system is the primary measure to tackle the water crisis problem.However,no consensus has been reached regarding the definition,nature and content of water rights both practically and academically.By examining the existing theories regarding water rights,this article tries to redefine the entitlements from the aspect of civil law.Meanwhile,it provides a system which classifies various rights by the four functions of usufruct.

Theorizing the Gendered Patriarchy of the Huaxia:Constancy(jing)/Expedience(quan)and Continuity(yin)/Change(bian)—From Male/Female Distinction to Inner/Outer Distinction in the Context of the Order of Family and State

The gender-based patriarchy of the Huaxia people,consisting of family and state order,inner/outer distinction and gender-based hierarchy,took shape in the period of radical transformation when the Zhou dynasty replaced the Shang dynasty and reached maturity in the Han dynasty,which had been established in the wake of the radical transformation conducted by the Zhou and Qin dynasties.On the basis of the principles of male/female distinction and the integration of family and state,Western Zhou aristocrats abolished the state structure the inner and outer governance systems(nei/waifuzhi内外服制),carried on in part the main patrilineage and surname exogamy of the Shang dynasty,and established the Huaxia patriarchal system.During the Qin and Han dynasties,the patriarchal system evolved into family and state isomorphism characterized by power-sharing between the royal house and its officials and by a two-pronged kinship system in which the male line was inner and the female line was outer.The system thus evolved into the Huaxia gender-based patriarchy,which covered spatial spheres,division of responsibilities,the kinship system,values and ethics,and codes of daily interaction and conduct.The distinction between the inner and the outer was not only a core value of the gender-based patriarchy but also its operational strategy.It also engendered such inter-related sub-systems as human functions,ethics and gender and such philosophical systems as the unity of heaven and man and the cosmic binaries of yin-yang(阴阳)and qian-kun(乾坤).The constancy(经jing)/Expedience(权quan)and Continuity(因yin)/Change(变bian)of the gender-based patriarchy,the jing/quan at the heart of the basic system and governance strategy within its constraints jointly ensured the stability and dynamism of the gender-based patriarchy of the Huaxia people.
