To learn advanced endowment service concept and method, meet the demand of higher level of pension services has become the new target and task of the urban pension service system development. The appearance of Wisdom endowment concept is to resolve the diverse endowment risk of the elderly, and meet a higher level elderly pension service demand. However, wisdom pension in our country is still in its infancy, its further development is facing many difficulties. As to these difficulties, the author of this paper will analyze from four aspects, the system, the object, technology, talent, and put forward some suggestions for promoting the development of the wisdom of endowment respectively, and make wise pension industry in China can better meet the diverse needs of the elderly for pension, and construct a harmonious society of＂sense of security＂.展开更多

Beforehand, this concept should not provide an instance of theoretical indulgence for emotional concepts or alike. Then, this statement will have to be confronted with the core argument of the Wisdom of the Many, together with the interpretation of Waldron. It will be interpreted as the counterpart of gregarism： When several people find together a solution, which eventually overrules that of the （few） expert（s）, they rely upon a common focus or an instance of polar consciousness. This includes the final question if the shared consciousness-or the polarity condition-is not able to also dominate and manifest within a group of experts, of those sufficiently erudite. Th...The mission of legal philosophy and philosophical hermeneutics has always been to comprehend the nature of intellectual property rights and the intellectual property rights system for the purpose of improving them. The difficulty of this task lies in the limitations in legal thinking resulting from the division of labor in the legal profession. A clear perception of the nature of intellectual property rights and the intellectual property rights system can only be obtained when we transcend intellectual property rights law. If we adopt the thinking of legal philosophy and the logic of dialectics to analyze the intellectual property rights system and explore the differing nature of institutional structures and their interrelationships, we can show that the intellectual property rights system is essentially an institutional arrangement involving balancing different considerations and implying a high level of political intellect. Only when intellectual property rights legislation possesses this kind of wisdom will people voluntarily abide by its rules in their life and work.展开更多
