目的分析探讨利普液基细胞制片(LPT)、液基超薄细胞制片机制片(TCT)及传统巴氏涂片在宫颈细胞学检查中的应用价值。方法应用LPT进行妇科常规细胞学筛查者作为A组,应用TCT进行妇科常规细胞学筛查者作为B组,应用传统巴氏涂片进行妇科常规... 目的分析探讨利普液基细胞制片(LPT)、液基超薄细胞制片机制片(TCT)及传统巴氏涂片在宫颈细胞学检查中的应用价值。方法应用LPT进行妇科常规细胞学筛查者作为A组,应用TCT进行妇科常规细胞学筛查者作为B组,应用传统巴氏涂片进行妇科常规细胞学筛查者作为C组,各5000例。对比诊断结果。结果 B组患者的阳性检出率为12.5%高于A组6.9%和C组8.2%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组细胞学诊断和阴道镜活检阳性符合率为66.67%,假阳性率为3.33%,假阴性率为6.67%。B组细胞学诊断和阴道镜活检阳性符合率为87.50%,假阳性率为0,假阴性率为3.13%。C组细胞学诊断和阴道镜活检阳性符合率为50.00%,假阳性率为5.71%,假阴性率为22.86%。结论相对于LPT及传统巴氏涂片,TCT对于宫颈细胞学诊断具有更高的价值,是筛查宫颈病变最有效的方法之一,值得在临床中进一步研究和推广。 展开更多

Effects of Drought Stress on the Photoprotection in Ammopiptanthus mongolicus Leaves 被引量:16

Ammopiptanthus mongolicus (Maxim.) Cheng f. is one of the evergreen shrubs in the desert region of China. In midday its leaves bear photon flux density over 1 500 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 at natural habitat. They show the obvious phenomenon of photoinhibition. For the study of the effects of drought stress on the major protective mechanism against strong light in A. mongolicus leaves, the diurnal variations of photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were investigated under natural conditions with portable photosynthetic measurement system (CIRAS_1) and portable fluorometer (MFMS_2). The experimental results showed that, under normal and drought stress conditions,the net photosynthetic rate ( Pn ), the primary maximum photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ ( Fv/Fm ) and the quantum efficiency of noncyclic electron transport of PSⅡ ( Φ PSⅡ ) decreased obviously at noon (Figs.2,3A,4B). In comparison with plants under normal condition, under drought stress minimal chlorophyll fluorescence ( Fo ) decreased at first and then increased (Fig.3A), non_photochemical quenching ( NPQ ) quickly increased and sustained at a higher level (Fig.4B). This indicated that the major photoprotective mechanism of A. mongolicus leaves was the xanthophyll cycle_dependent thermal energy dissipation under normal condition, while under drought stress, the major photoprotective mechanism was both the xanthophyll cycle_dependent thermal energy dissipation and the reversible inactivation of PSⅡ reaction center. 展开更多

To resolve the control adaptability problem of TV media in complex competitive environment, a control system model of TV media organization structure was designed. Based on the designed system model for TV media organization structure, the relations among the main factors of the system constitution, missions, organizing decision entity, and carrying bodies were analyzed. By means of applying multi-objective decision method and complex control system theory, and combining the integration model of TV media organization structure, the basic model was concluded and the corresponding parameters were designed. The current organization process of TV media is analyzed by this model, which comes to the adaptability appearance with different parameters. The results indicate that the model can estimate current TV media organization structure for the chain appearance of communications and the correlation between platforms and policy-making agencies. 展开更多

A new type of intelligent recolser controller installed on the outdoor rod is developed, which is mainly composed of microcontroller of Intel 87C196KC 20 and CPLD devices. This controller integrates all the functions of measuring, controlling, protection, fault diagnosis, communication, remote controlled operation and self power devices with infra red remote control devices as a unit. The controller applies the distributed structure, field concentration line and intelligent technology to seal up the synthetic servomechanisms such as the microcomputer based protection and measuring devices in the second stage of the mini out door transformer substation, which are distributed on the outdoor circuit switches on the spot and formed as a whole. Therefore, this technology can transform a large number of ordinary homemade SF 6 circuit beaker and vacuum circuit breaker into intelligent circuit recloser, thus replacing the expensive imported automatic circuit recolser. 展开更多

This paper presents a new idea to reduce the solidity of low-pressure turbine(LPT) blade cascades,while remain the structural integrity of LPT blade.Aerodynamic performance of a low solidity LPT cascade was improved by increasing blade trailing edge thickness(TET).The solidity of the LPT cascade blade can be reduced by about12.5% through increasing the TET of the blade without a significant drop in energy efficiency.For the low solidity LPT cascade,increasing the TET can decrease energy loss by 23.30% and increase the flow turning angle by1.86% for Reynolds number(Re) of 25,000 and freestream turbulence intensities(FSTT) of 2.35%.The flow control mechanism governing behavior around the trailing edge of an LPT cascade is also presented.The results show that appropriate TET is important for the optimal design of high-lift load LPT blade cascades. 展开更多
