按照新工科背景下本科高水平应用型人才培养的办学定位及综合能力培养的工程教育专业认证指标,对过程控制系统进行了仿真环节教学改革的探索与实践,采用MATLAB软件对该课程的数学模型、单闭环控制、复杂控制及大作业环节等进行仿真建模...按照新工科背景下本科高水平应用型人才培养的办学定位及综合能力培养的工程教育专业认证指标,对过程控制系统进行了仿真环节教学改革的探索与实践,采用MATLAB软件对该课程的数学模型、单闭环控制、复杂控制及大作业环节等进行仿真建模与分析,利用仿真中数值计算简便及数据可视化优点,增加学生对课程重点及难点内容的理解程度,提高学生行业软件的计算机操作水平,培养学生使用专业软件及理论知识分析、解决问题的工程能力。实践结果表明,该仿真实验环节的教学改革有利于学生进行自主学习和训练,能够有效地提高学生的学习成果,为后续过程控制系统课程设计等实践环节提供知识和能力储备,也可以为其他相关课程的教学改革提供参考。According to the school-running orientation of high-level applied talents training and programmatic accreditation of engineering education of comprehensive ability cultivation under the new engineering background, the exploration and practice of simulation teaching reform of process control system are carried out. The MATLAB software is used to simulate and analyze the mathematical model, single closed-loop control, complex control and large homework links of the course. By using the advantages of simple numerical calculation and data visualization in simulation, students can increase their understanding of the key and difficult contents of the course, improve their computer operation level of profession software, and cultivate their engineering ability to analyze and solve problems by using professional software and theoretical knowledge. The practical results show that the simulation experiment teaching reform is conducive to students’ self-learning and training, which can effectively improve students’ learning outcomes and provide knowledge and ability reserves for the subsequent process control system curriculum design and other practical links. It can also provide a reference for the teaching reform of other related courses.展开更多
