为了验证智能制造测试床的整体布局设计和制造工艺在生产运营环境下的合理性,利用西门子Plant Simulation工厂仿真软件进行生产节拍和设备利用率分析。首先,建立了按订单生产运行的制造生产线二维仿真模型,根据生产要求对二维仿真模型... 为了验证智能制造测试床的整体布局设计和制造工艺在生产运营环境下的合理性,利用西门子Plant Simulation工厂仿真软件进行生产节拍和设备利用率分析。首先,建立了按订单生产运行的制造生产线二维仿真模型,根据生产要求对二维仿真模型进行输入参数设定,并根据二维仿真模型运行后得到的分析统计结果进行工艺布局、物流布局和制造策略的优化。然后,在二维仿真模型基础上,为了让仿真模型在建设阶段和运营阶段具有更直观的展示效果,基于原三维设计图,在三维仿真模型中替换或导入各对象的三维模型,并运用Simltalk语言编写精细的三维位置坐标和动作路径动画程序,对仿真模型进行三维效果优化。结果表明优化后的智能制造测试床三维仿真模型可以实现与实际生产一致的业务运行模式,它具有更形象、逼真的动态运行展示效果。仿真结果可指导智能制造测试床的建设与优化,且在测试床投入运营后,仿真模型还能够接受运营数据以对测试床进行持续迭代的优化。提出的仿真模型设计方法为实现智能制造测试床的"数字孪生"奠定了基础。 展开更多

无论是新创企业还是在位企业,利用商业模式搭建最大价值空间并保持核心竞争力是产品、服务商业化的必要手段。然而,创业实践中的大量资本流向有缺陷的商业模式,导致创业失败,原因在于企业对成功商业模式的特征有一定的误解,且未进行系... 无论是新创企业还是在位企业,利用商业模式搭建最大价值空间并保持核心竞争力是产品、服务商业化的必要手段。然而,创业实践中的大量资本流向有缺陷的商业模式,导致创业失败,原因在于企业对成功商业模式的特征有一定的误解,且未进行系统性的商业模式测试。本文采用案例研究,发现商业模式测试有助于企业构建脚本以应对环境变化。其中,商业模式设计测试重点在于价值主张组件对于目标客户的功能与情感满足状况,映射出想象空间的脚本;商业模式制造测试聚焦于价值创造组件的效率性与新颖性功能,映射出技术含量与营销能力的脚本;商业模式数字测试关注价值获取组件的财务与市场绩效水平,映射出定价策略与盈利模式的脚本。固化后的脚本有助于企业塑造商业模式的价值主张、价值创造和价值获取组件,从而推动企业在原有商业模式中进行创新。 展开更多

In order to utilize integrated passive technology in printed circuit boards (PCBs), manufacturing processing for integrated resistors by lamination method was investigated. Integrated resistors fabricated from Ohmega technologies in the experiment were 1 408 pieces per panel with four different patterns A, B, C and D and four resistance values of 25, 50, 75 and 100 fL Six panel per batch and four batches were performed totally. The testing was done for 960 pieces of integrated resistors randomly selected with the same size. The value distribution ranges and the relative standard deviation (RSD) show that the scatter degree of the resistance decreases with the resistor size increasing and/or with the resistance increasing. Patterns D with resistance of 75 and 100% for four patterns have the resistance value variances less than 10%. Patterns C and D with resistance of 100 Ω have the manufacturing tolerance less than 10%. The process capabilities are from about 0.6 to 1.6 for the designed testing patterns, which shows that the integrated resistors fabricated have the potential to be used in multilayer PCBs in the future. 展开更多

The emitted light of a blue LED is used as the primary source for exciting fluorescent material such as cerium doped yttrium aluminum garnet with the formula Y3Al2O12 : Ce^3+ (in short: YAG : Ce^3+ ). The matching of the spectrum of the blue LED chips and the YAG : Ce^3+ yellow phosphor is studied to improve the conversion efficiency. The packaging methods and manufacturing processes for high power single chip-white LEDs are introduced. The uniformity of the output white light is investigated. Based on the characteristics of the high power white LEDs, some approaches and processes are suggested to improve the light uniformity when they are fabricated. The effectiveness of those approaches on the improvement of LEDs is discussed in detail and some interesting conclusions are also presented. 展开更多

Negative Bias Temperature Instability (NBTI) is emerging as one of the major reliability concerns. Two software tools for NBTI analyzing are proposed in this paper, one for transistor-level, and the other for gate-level. The transistor-level can be used to estimate the delay degradation due to NBTI effect very accurately, while the gate-level can be used for repeat analysis in circuit optimization because of its fast computing speed. 展开更多

The cost of pressure sensors mostly depends on the cost of this step and determined by the complexity of the used transformation function model. The analysis of a contemporary works associated with the choice of transformation functions for smart pressure sensors. A new proposed indicator of model complexity of a sensor transformation function. In details shown features of the complexity indicator use and given an example. In the article was set and resolved the task to reduce the cost of the tests for commercially available sensors, by reducing the number of temperature points, without compromising the accuracy of the sensor measurement ability. 展开更多

At first, to simulate ambient condition was designed thermostatic chamber where was monitoring temperature course on main parts of cooling device (energy converter, air cooler and heat pipes) at various position of cooling device. It was found, if the cooling device is in tilt position the cooling performance is better. But if the tilt angel of gravity assisted heat pipe is higher the heat transfer is lower. From reason improve heat transfer cooling device at tilt angle are manufactured heat pipes with the sintered, mesh screen and grooved capillary structures and tested their thermal performance at vertical and tilt angel 45~ position by calorimetric method. Article describes manufacturing process and thermal performance measuring method of wick heat pipes. This experiment testify that the wick heat pipe is able operate at tilt angle position than gravity assisted heat pipe and application of wick heat pipes into cooling device will improve his cooling performance. 展开更多

For surface hardening of metal,a quasi-Dammann grating (QDG) is proposed and fabricated to generate array spots with proportional-intensity distribution.To get uniformly hardened band distribution and improve the wear resistance of the sample surface,a three-order QDG is designed to produce array spots with enhanced intensity in the edge.The design and fabrication of the QDG are described in detail.The surface profile of the fabricated grating was measured,which shows that the fabrication error is less than 2%.The laser beam intensity distribution shaped by the QDG was tested by a laser beam analyzer to verify the validity of the QDG.The application of the QDG in the laser surface hardening of metal was experimentally investigated,and the results show that the hardness distribution of the modified layer and the wear resistance of the sample surface are improved significantly by using the QDG. 展开更多

Continuous usage of bioreactor causes early degradation of most bioreactor liner materials due to the effects of various chemicals, consequently resulting in contamination in the bioprocess. Performance of PP-ternary nanocomposite (PPTN) for its potential application in the fabrication of bioreactor liner material was investigated in this study. The chemical resistance of the composite samples obtained was tested by exposing them to chemicals such as acid, alkaline, water and bacterial solutions, according to ASTM 543-06, and their effects on the composite samples were carefully observed. Specifically, the investigation focused on the changes in the physico-mechanical properties of PPTN following long term of exposure to these chemicals. The results show slight increase in the weight and dimensions of samples in the first few days, followed by constant reading for the period of 4 weeks. The performance in terms of physical properties was in the range of PPTN with 0.61% MWCNT > PPTN 0.45% > PPTN 0.17%. The maximum percentage change in tensile properties, observed in this study, was approximately 10% against PPTN (0.17%), which indicates stable mechanical properties of the composite and invariably suggests that the nanocomposites could serve as a better alternative for bioreactor liner fabrication. 展开更多
