工程中计算五棱镜角度制造误差对出射光线转向角影响的方法有很多,但计算精度都存在不足。为了推导出一种计算结果恒为真值的方法,文章对几种常规方法进行了研究分析,并以解析几何为基础,代入符号规则,推导出了一种计算角度制造误差影... 工程中计算五棱镜角度制造误差对出射光线转向角影响的方法有很多,但计算精度都存在不足。为了推导出一种计算结果恒为真值的方法,文章对几种常规方法进行了研究分析,并以解析几何为基础,代入符号规则,推导出了一种计算角度制造误差影响的新方法。将该方法和其他方法的计算精度进行了对比分析,结果表明:五棱镜的出射光线转角误差仅由五棱镜的90°角制造误差、45°角制造误差以及光线入射角I决定,与两个112.5°角的制造误差无关;出射光线转角误差的大小主要取决于五棱镜的角度制造误差,与光线入射角的关系不大。新方法不受光线入射角以及角度制造误差变化的影响,具有一定的实际工程应用价值。 展开更多

为确定斜拉桥索塔锚固区钢锚梁索导管制造角度偏差限值,采用结构空间几何分析与有限元计算相结合的方法,对钢锚梁索导管制造时空间角度计算、斜拉桥施工中斜拉索空间角度的变化进行研究。以某长江公路叠合-混合梁斜拉桥为工程背景,对钢... 为确定斜拉桥索塔锚固区钢锚梁索导管制造角度偏差限值,采用结构空间几何分析与有限元计算相结合的方法,对钢锚梁索导管制造时空间角度计算、斜拉桥施工中斜拉索空间角度的变化进行研究。以某长江公路叠合-混合梁斜拉桥为工程背景,对钢锚梁制造时锚垫板法线和索导管制造轴线的空间角度、以及成桥状态下斜拉索塔端空间角度进行了计算,通过三者之间的空间关系分析,得到了索导管制造角度的偏差限值。分析结果表明:钢锚梁索导管制造中,应重点控制锚垫板法线与索导管制造轴线夹角偏差限值和索导管制造轴线与理论轴线夹角偏差限值;两个限值在数值上具有一致性;当钢锚梁索导管制造角度在偏差限值内时,可确保斜拉索与索导管内壁不发生接触。 展开更多

Mathematical modeling and analysis of gas torque in twin-rotor piston engine

This prototype is intended for high power densi... The gas torque in a twin-rotor piston engine(TRPE) was modeled using adiabatic approximation with instantaneous combustion. The first prototype of TRPE was manufactured. This prototype is intended for high power density engines and can produce 36 power strokes per shaft revolution. Compared with the conventional engines, the vector sum of combustion gas forces acting on each rotor piston in TRPE is a pure torque, and the combustion gas rotates the rotors while compresses the gas in the compression chamber at the same time. Mathematical modeling of gas force transmission was built. Expression for gas torque on each rotor was derived. Different variation patterns of the volume change of working chamber were introduced. The analytical and numerical results is presented to demonstrate the main characteristics of gas torque. The results show that the value of gas torque in TRPE falls to be less than zero before the combustion phase is finished; the time for one stroke is 30° in terms of the rotating angle of the output shaft; gas torque in one complete revolution of the output shaft has a period which is equal to 60° and it is necessary to put off the moment when gas torque becomes zero in order to export the maximum energy. 展开更多

Steam generator and ste... Green cutting has become focus of attention in ecological and environmental protection. Steam is cheap, poilution-free and eco-friendly, and then is a good and economical coolant and lubricant. Steam generator and steam feeding system were developed to generate and feed steam. Comparative experiments were carried out in cutting AA6061-15 vol.% SiC (25 p.m particle size), with cubic boron nitride (CBN) insert KB-90 grade under the conditions of compressed air, oil water emulsion, steam as coolant and lubricant, and dry cutting, respectively. The experimental results show that, with steam as coolant and lubricant, gradual reduction in the cutting force, friction coefficient, surface roughness and cutting temperature values were observed. Further, there was reduction in built up edge formation. It is proved that use of water steam as coolant and lubricant is environmentally friendly. 展开更多

Paper deals about testing of device with gravity assisted heat pipes and about researching of wick heat pipes used to effective heat transfers from power switches of energy converter. At first, to simulate ambient condition was designed thermostatic chamber where was monitoring temperature course on main parts of cooling device (energy converter, air cooler and heat pipes) at various position of cooling device. It was found, if the cooling device is in tilt position the cooling performance is better. But if the tilt angel of gravity assisted heat pipe is higher the heat transfer is lower. From reason improve heat transfer cooling device at tilt angle are manufactured heat pipes with the sintered, mesh screen and grooved capillary structures and tested their thermal performance at vertical and tilt angel 45~ position by calorimetric method. Article describes manufacturing process and thermal performance measuring method of wick heat pipes. This experiment testify that the wick heat pipe is able operate at tilt angle position than gravity assisted heat pipe and application of wick heat pipes into cooling device will improve his cooling performance. 展开更多

Straight-line motion, albeit simple, manifests itself in numerous applications, from running steam engines and oil wells to manufacturing parts with straight edges and sides. The drive to maximize production creates a need for continuously running assembly-line manufacturing comprised of precise, individually optimized components. While there are many so-called straight-line generating mechanisms, few actually produces a true straight-line, most generate only approximate straight-line. Featured an eight-link rhomboidal system with length constraints,, the Peaucellier mechanism is one that actually produces a true straight line intrinsically. This paper presents a study on the dimension synthesis of the Peaucellier mechanism, namely by identifying the correct ratio of linkage lengths to produce the longest straight line stroke. In addition to designing for stroke, another objective of interest is to attain a desired velocity profile along the path. Kinematic analysis of the velocity profile on the mechanism will render the creation of input angular velocity standards based on desired stroke speed. Given the stroke and velocity specifications, specific steps to size the dimensions of the mechanism developed as result of this study will be presented. 展开更多
