The new indicator arises from the temperature dependence of kinetic constant. The new indicator was applied to data of observation based on differential optical absorption spectroscopy system on the outskirts of Hefei, China. 大连石化3.5Mt/a重油催化裂化装置2008年8月开始加工RDS尾油。掺炼RDS尾油后,原料变重,轻组分含量下降;干气收率基本相当,液化气、柴油收率增加,汽油、油浆收率下降,轻油收率下降,总液收增加;虽然原料中硫含量增加,但产品中硫含量均下降... 大连石化3.5Mt/a重油催化裂化装置2008年8月开始加工RDS尾油。掺炼RDS尾油后,原料变重,轻组分含量下降;干气收率基本相当,液化气、柴油收率增加,汽油、油浆收率下降,轻油收率下降,总液收增加;虽然原料中硫含量增加,但产品中硫含量均下降,烟气、焦炭中硫含量上升,外送含硫污水中硫含量下降,产品中的硫主要集中在油浆中,大大降低了后续脱硫装置的负荷,有利于产品质量提升;加工RDS尾油有利于装置降低能耗,综合能耗下降1.76kg标油/t;由于原料中污染物含量以及产品中硫含量下降,从而减少了催化剂消耗,降低了后续精制工序的操作难度,使液碱与脱硫剂消耗大幅下降。如何降低催化原料中的硫含量和氮含量,并使原料中的硫、氮不以SO2、NOx的形式排放到大气,而是将其转移到产品中,以减少对大气的污染,是今后工作中的主要任务。 展开更多

The radiation performance is characterized by transistor threshold voltage shifts,circuit static leakage currents,and I-V curves as a function of total dose up to 3× 10^5rad(Si). The worst case threshold voltage shifts of the front channels are less than 20mV for nMOS transistors at 3 × 10^5rad(Si) and follow-up irradiation and less than 70mV for the pMOS transistors. Furthermore, no significant radiation induced leakage currents and functional degeneration are observed. 展开更多

Decreasing the acetic acid consumption in purified terephthalic acid (PTA) solvent system has become a hot issue with common concern. In accordance with the technical features, the electrical conductivity is in direct proportion to the acetic acid content. General regression neural network (GRNN) is used to establish the model of electrical conductivity on the basis of mechanism analysis, and then particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm with the improvement of inertia weight and population diversity is proposed to regulate the operating conditions. Thus, the method of decreasing the acid loss is derived and applied to PTA solvent system in a chemical plant. Cases studies show that the precision of modeling and optimization are higher. The results also provide the optimal operating conditions, which decrease the cost and improve the profit. 展开更多

This article has summarized the optimized measures relating to the loading of catalyst,and the sixth operating cycle of the residue hydrotreating unit at SINOPEC's Maoming Branch Company,and made a detailed comparison on the impurities removal rate,hydrogen consumption and energy consumption of the sixth operating cycle with those achieved by the previous five cycles.Test results have revealed that the second-generation RHT series novel residue hydrotreating catalysts featured high activity,good stability,and long operating cycle and could remarkably reduce the hydrogen consumption and energy consumption of process unit.The hydrotreated AR product,having low Conradson carbon residue,low sulfur content,low metal content,high content of saturated hydrocarbons,and low content of asphaltenes and resins,is an excellent FCC feed.Judging from their overall property the second-generation RHT series of residue hydrotreating catalysts used in the sixth operating cycle have commanded a leading position among other catalysts used in previous operating cycles. 展开更多

Refrigerants used in refrigerators are an important source of ozone depleting substances released into the atmosphere, and can have a significantly negative effect on the hole in the ozone layer. But most emission of refrigerants is man-made, unrea-sonable and needless. Since in most emission cases the refrigerants are contained in the refrigerators, we can retrieve them by some technique that changes the 'manual emission' into manual retriev-ing. To promote the retrieval action and diminish the pollution, society can use economic, administrative and technical counter-measures, which can create a 'good-cycle' both 'harnessing pollu-tion and earning income simultaneously', reinforce the motive of retrieving, and retrieve most proportion of refrigerants used by all refrigerators. This 'good-cycle' method can be easily promoted, and also a valuable way to promote other forms of environmental protection. Field studies were conducted to determine the dissipation and movement of metribuzin and metolachlor applied at conventional rates to a Verndale sandy loam (Udic Argiboroll) in north-central Minnesota under irrigated potato production in two years. The rapid dissipation of both metribuzin and metolachlor was found during the initial 10 to 15 days in both years) and more than 70% of the applied herbicide dissipated during this period. From 10 to 15 days after application up to the end of growing season in both years, the levels of both herbicides decreased slowly with time. Metolachlor dissipated at a slower rate than metribuzin in surface soil and could carry over to the next cropping season. Metribuzin and metolachlor were detected in only 6 and 1 of 154 soil samples in the first year and in 3 and 4 of 225 soil samples in the second year, taken from 15 to 75cm, respectively. Fifty to 67% of water samples from suction samplers at 135-cm depth contained detectable levels (>0.4μg L-1 ) of herbicides in both years. Under laboratory conditions degradation of both herbicides was much slower than their dissipation in field. Therefore, it appeared that leaching might be an important dissipation pathway for metribuzin and metolachlor under irrigated potato production. 展开更多

China is the largest producer and consumer of hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), and the production of HCFC-22 accounts for more than 80% of all HCFCs. This paper concentrates on the residential air-conditioner industry and analyzes the environmental benefits of accelerating the phase-out of HCFC-22 in China. According to the comparison of the baseline and phase-out scenarios of HCFC-22, the findings show that using HC-290 (propane) as a refrigerant alternative will directly reduce the greenhouse effect, and indirectly reduce the emission of greenhouse gases due to a reduction in the electricity consumption. The comparison of two scenarios of HC-290 and HFC-410A refrigerant alternatives shows that the use of HC-290 refrigerant will produce significantly higher environmental benefits than the HFC-410A refrigerant. 展开更多

It was found the total phenolic content in the extract was as high as 41.791 mg GAE/g. And the extract showed high antioxidant activity measured as scavenging of DPPH radicals, hydroxyl radicals. It also exhibited strong antioxidant activity in reducing power and Rancimat test. These results demonstrated Pomegranate seeds could serve as a new source of natural antioxidant. 展开更多

Storage modulus and loss modulus is the main performance index of visco-elastic properties.In this paper the storage modulus and loss modulus of a new diverting acid and their influencing factors were systematically investigated.Besides,the constitutive equations of the diverting acid at different temperatures were elicited from shearing experiments,which show that the visco-elastic surfactant(VES)acid system is a non-Newtonian power law fluid at low temperature and a Newtonian fluid at high temperature.The storage modulus and loss modulus at different temperatures,pH,and VES content in the acid are critical for the design of acid stimulation for oil well,especially when the VES acid is used in this field only on trial and the basic data are in urgent needed for the design and construction of the acidification stimulation. 展开更多
