The Ti_(2)AlNb alloy was joined with TC4 alloy by vacuum diffusion bonding.The relationship between bonding parameters,and joint microstructure and shear strength was investigated.The results indicated that the diffusion of Al,Ti,Nb and V elements across bonding interface led to the formation of three reaction layers:B2/βlayer andα2 layer on the TC4 side,andα2+B2/βlayer on the Ti_(2)AlNb side.The bonding temperature determined the atomic activity,thus controlling the growth of reaction layers and influencing the shear strength of the joint.When the Ti_(2)AlNb alloy and TC4 alloy were bonded at 950℃for 30 min under 10 MPa,the shear strength of the joint reached the maximum of 467 MPa.The analysis on the fracture morphology showed that the fracture occurred within the B2/βlayer and the fracture model was ductile rupture.Meanwhile,the formation mechanism of the Ti_(2)AlNb/TC4 joint was discussed in depth. 展开更多

Dual equal channel lateral extrusion(DECLE)process with various passes followed by sheet extrusion process was performed to produce fine-grained ZK60 alloy sheets.The coarse grain structure of the annealed sample after applying sheet extrusion(size:68μm)changed to fine grains of 6.0 and 5.2μm after 3 and 5 passes of DECLE and following extrusion.The hot shear deformation behavior of samples was studied by developing constitutive equations based on shear punch test(SPT)results.SPT was carried out in the temperature range of 200−300℃ and strain rate range of 0.003−0.33 s^(–1).The activation energy of 125−139 kJ/mol and the stress exponent of 3.5−4.2 were calculated for all conditions,which indicated that dislocation creep,controlled by dislocation climb and solute drag mechanism,acted as the main hot deformation mechanism.It was concluded that material constants of n and Q are dependent on the microstructural factors such as grain size and second phase particle fraction,and the relationship of which was anticipated using a 3D surface curve.Moreover,the similar strong basal texture of extruded sheets gave rise to the same deformation mechanisms during SPT and similar n and Q values for ZK60 alloy. 展开更多

In this paper, the rigid structural thermosensitive polymer (made in lab) of NBS (N-butyl styrene), N, N-DEAM (diethyl acrylamide) and AM (acrylamide) was prepared. The influence of viscosity for copolymer solution under different reaction conditions such as temperatures and inorganic salt (monovalent salt and divalent salt) was analyzed. The experiment studies the combination of polymer situation and three different types of surfactants under certain conditions of the room temperature (25℃) and the formation temperature (76℃). At last, the influence of the surfactant kinds and concentration on the viscosity of the polymer solution are studied. The results show that: The copolymer solution, the apparent viscosity of which decreases with the increasement of temperature, but its viscosity has suddenly increased and thereafter dropped in the transition temperature. So the temperature sensitive effect ofcopolymer is very significantly. When the concentration of inorganic salt and surfactant can be controlled in certain extent, the copolymer solution, the effect increases with the increasement of the concentration, but the viscosity of which decreases with the increasement of shear rate. Shear rate can be controlled in certain extent, shearing stability properties of the copolymer solution are proved. 展开更多
