目的探讨磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶体敷料(优拓SSD)用于嵌甲性甲沟炎侧切楔形剪甲术后的临床疗效。方法对56例嵌甲性甲沟炎患者行侧切楔形剪甲术后予磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶体敷料处理伤口,称为SSD组;54例嵌甲性甲沟炎患者行侧切楔形剪甲术后予碘... 目的探讨磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶体敷料(优拓SSD)用于嵌甲性甲沟炎侧切楔形剪甲术后的临床疗效。方法对56例嵌甲性甲沟炎患者行侧切楔形剪甲术后予磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶体敷料处理伤口,称为SSD组;54例嵌甲性甲沟炎患者行侧切楔形剪甲术后予碘伏湿纱布处理伤口,称为碘伏组,根据统一标准进行两组效果测评比较。分析两组间疼痛评分、换药次数、愈合时间及换药费用的差异。结果两组患者术后1 d、3 d,随着创面的愈合,疼痛分值均明显降低;两组间疼痛程度、换药次数、愈合时间、费用结果比较,SSD组明显优于碘伏组(P<0.01)。结论嵌甲性甲沟炎患者行侧切楔形剪甲术后予优拓SSD敷料处理伤口,术后1 d、3 d疼痛均明显降低,换药次数少,愈合时间明显短,费用低,效果显著。 展开更多

Density functional theory has been confirmed as a reliable approach in the descriptions of inhomogeneous fluids.By integrating the density functional theory into the revised local average density model, a theoretical approach is constructed to investigate the local shear viscosity in the confined conditions. In the density functional theory,the weighted density approximation for attractive part and the modified fundamental measure theory for repulsion contribution are adopted to accurately describe the inhomogeneous systems. By comparing with simulation data, the theoretical model is tested. In this work, the shear viscosities of methane are calculated in different external fields(on a hard wall, a solvophobic wall and in slit pores with different widths). In addition, the effects of temperature on the local density and viscosity are also considered. It shows that the effect of temperature on the shear viscosity is more obvious on solid surfaces. The calculation provides an approach to determine the viscosity under confined conditions, which is extremely significant in real industrial applications. 展开更多

Objective:In order that the adhesive character could be improved to modify the octyl-α-cyanoacrylate(OCA) medical adhesive.Methods:Suitable modifiers involving polycaprolactone(PCL),dibutyl phthalate (DBP),dioctyl phthalate(DOP) and poly octyl methacrylat(POMA) have been chosen to modify the OCA adhesive,then tensile shear strength and adhesive strength are tested to evaluate the bond character of adhesives.Results:The PCL group's tensile shear strength and adhesive strength in normal temperature are descended while the other groups'are all enhanced.Conclusion:The modification of properties of the other groups is effectively promoted in the aspect of the bond character,except the PCL group treated in normal temperature and the PCL modified group treated by rectification get a best improvement in the agglutinate intention, while the stability is expected to be improved. 展开更多

无自理能力老年住院患者两种修甲方法的效果评价

目的探讨无自理能力老年患者的剪甲方法,以提高基础护理质量,防止足部感染。方法选取2016年6—8月在上海市松江区新桥镇社区卫生服务中心老年病房和松江社会福利院医疗区住院的老年患者41例为研究对象。以老年患者左手和左足为研究组... 目的探讨无自理能力老年患者的剪甲方法,以提高基础护理质量,防止足部感染。方法选取2016年6—8月在上海市松江区新桥镇社区卫生服务中心老年病房和松江社会福利院医疗区住院的老年患者41例为研究对象。以老年患者左手和左足为研究组,右手和右足为对照组。对照组用37~40℃温水浸泡30min后修剪,研究组用油棉球湿敷完全包裹住需修剪甲,套上橡胶指套30min后修剪。测定两组剪甲修剪合格率、患者疼痛评分、辅助护士的人力支出时间、修剪时间、飞溅情况、指(趾)损伤等情况。结果两组轻、重度增厚甲的修剪合格率、剪甲过程中发生疼痛的肢体数、准备过程中辅助护士的人力支出时间、护士修剪耗时、甲飞溅情况、轻度重度增厚甲指(趾)损伤情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论油棉球湿敷法可以提高剪甲合格率和速度,使老年患者感到舒适,提高了护理质量,同时降低了足部感染风险,减少了人力成本。 展开更多

Thousands of proteins undergo arginine methylation,a widespread post-translational modification catalyzed by several protein arginine methyltransferases(PRMTs).However,global understanding of their biological functions is limited due to the lack of a complete picture of the catalytic network for each PRMT.Here,we systematically identified interacting proteins for all human PRMTs and demonstrated their functional importance in mRNA splicing and translation.We demonstrated significant overlapping of interactomes of human PRMTs with the known methylarginine-containing proteins.Different PRMTs are functionally redundant with a high degree of overlap in their substrates and high similarities between their putative methylation motifs.Importantly,RNA-binding proteins involved in regulating RNA splicing and translation contain highly enriched arginine methylation regions.Moreover,inhibition of PRMTs globally alternates alternative splicing(AS)and suppresses translation.In particular,ribosomal proteins are extensively modified with methylarginine,and mutations in their methylation sites suppress ribosome assembly,translation,and eventually cell growth.Collectively,our study provides a global view of different PRMT networks and uncovers critical functions of arginine methylation in regulating mRNA splicing and translation. 展开更多
