Based on building its dynamics model by the principle of virtual work and reciprocal product of the screw, the equation of the motor moment is obtained. Through the transformation of dynamics model, the configuration space method of the dynamics equation and the corresponding coefficients are presented. Finally, the result of an example shows that the inertia moment and the gravity play a more important role than the coriolis and centrifugal moment, and the former is ten times of the latter in the magnitude. So, the latter can be neglected only when the velocity of mechanism is very slow.展开更多

Methods HPLC determination involved ...Ahn To develop a high resolution HPLC method for the determination of ondansetron in human plasma and to study the pharmacokinetics of ondansetron in orally disintegrating tablets. Methods HPLC determination involved liquid-liquid extraction, separation on a CN column and ultraviolet detection at 310 ran with granisetron as an internal standard. Pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of ondansetron in orally disintegrating tablets by direct compression and conventional 8 mg tablets were evaluated and compared in 20 healthy human male volunteers after a single oral dose in a randomized cross-over study. Results The limit of quantification was 0.25 ng· mL^-1. The recovery was about 85 % or over for ondan setron and about 90% for internal standard. Linearity was good within the concentration range of 0.5 - 50 ng·mL^-1 with r^2 ranging from 0.997 1 to 0.999 9. Intra- and inter-assay coefficients of variation ranged from 1.78% to 2.38% and 3.88% -5.19%, respectively. Accuracies for spiked concentrations of 2.0, 10.0, and 30.0 ng·mL^-1 were 104.7% ±4.4%, 102.2% ± 1.1%, and99.51% ±2.34%, respectively. Pharmacokinetic parameters of AUCo-t, AUCo-∞ , Cmax, Tmax, and T1/2 were 230.2 ± 78.0 ng·h·L^-1 , 265.2± 101.5 ng·h·mL^-1, 35.67 ± 8.94 ng·mL^-l, 1.51 ±0.79 h, and 5.00± 1.41 h for orally disintegrating tablets, respectively. The analysis of variance did not show any significant difference between orally disintegrating tablets and conventional tablets, and 90% confidence intervals fell within the acceptable range for bioequivalence. Conclusion High resolution HPLC method has been set up and applied in pharmacokinetic evaluation of ondansetron in orally disintegrating tablets.展开更多

The results show that the mass loss of Ni-xCr-6.8Al based alloys decreases wit...The hot corrosion behaviors of as-cast and preoxidized Ni-xCr-6.8Al based alloys in the mixture of Na2SO4+25% NaCl at 873 K were studied. The results show that the mass loss of Ni-xCr-6.8Al based alloys decreases with the increase of Cr content. Preoxidation improves the resistance to corrosion regardless of the concentration of Cr. The kinetics of as-cast Ni-12Cr-6.8Al and Ni-16Cr-6.8Al based alloys fits the parabolic law well, while that of the as-cast Ni-20Cr-6.8Al based alloy fits the power law. The kinetics of all the preoxidized samples obey the logarithmic law. The mechanism of the as-cast alloys can be well explained by the acid-base melting model. The behavior of the preoxidized alloys is found to be mainly determined by the properties of the oxide layer formed during the preoxidation to a large extend.展开更多

The activation energy was calculated according to DSC curves using single heating rate method. The microstructures of as-rolled and peak-aged alloys were observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The result shows that the age hardenability reduces and the activation energy rises with increasing the reduction from 7% to 40%. Nonuniform dislocations are found in as-rolled alloy and inhomogeneous distribution of θ′ phase is revealed in peak-aged alloy when the reduction is 15%. The inhomogeneous distribution of θ′ phase may be related to the age hardenability reducing and activation energy rising.展开更多

It produces analysis errors and improper dynamics simulation in large conveyors. The belt non-linear characteristics based on sag are described and the belt equivalent elastic moduli expression is deduced. The relationship between belt-equivalent elastic module and elastic module is studied, and their ratio varies from 0.1 to 1.0. The non-linear motion equation with a lumped element model is put forward. Its increment equation and numerical solution are built. A dynamics simulation on a conveyor is carried out, mainly to calculate and compare belt speed, acceleration, tension, displacement of gravity take-up and wave period with linear and non-linear models. In contrast to the standard bifurcation and continuation methods, the extended met...This paper presents the flight dynamical behavior of the thrust vectoring aircraft with extended bifurcation and continuation methods. In contrast to the standard bifurcation and continuation methods, the extended methods are capable of calculating the continuation curves of the equilibrium points for the particular type of trimming flight. Therefore, these methods can not only give the performance measures of aircraft, but also determine the stability of trimming points. In this paper, the methods are used to verify the effectiveness of the thrust vectoring control law, to define the flight envelope boundary, to analyze the stability and controllability of trimming flight, and to predict the departures of the instable flight. The result shows that the extended methods provide more flight dynamic information and are useful in preliminary design of the thrust vectoring aircraft.展开更多

Based on three-dimensional quantum electrodynamics theory,a set of truncated Dyson-Schwinger(D-S) equations are solved to study photon and fermion propagators with the effect of vacuum polarization.Numerical studies...Based on three-dimensional quantum electrodynamics theory,a set of truncated Dyson-Schwinger(D-S) equations are solved to study photon and fermion propagators with the effect of vacuum polarization.Numerical studies show that condensation and the value of fermion mass depends heavily on how the D-S equations are truncated.By solving a set of coupled D-S equations,it is also found that the fermion propagator shows a clear dependence on the order parameter.The truncated D-S equations under unquenched approximation are used to study the mass-function and chiral condensation of the fermions.The results under the unquenched approximation are clearly different from the ones under quenched approximation.With the increase in the order parameter,the fermion condensation in the unquenched approximation decreases when 0≤ξ5,while it increases when ξ5.However,nothing like this is observed in the quenched approximation,which indicates that there may be flaws in the quenched approximations.展开更多

MethodsMoclobemide sustained release tablets were given as a multiple oral dose regimen of 300 mg oncedaily for five consecutive days to 12 healthy volunteers. The concentrations of moclobemide inplasma were determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The partialpharmacokinetic parameters were calculated using 3p97 pharmacokinetic program. Results Theconcentration-time profile fitted an one-compartment model best. The steady-state pharmacokineticparameters of moclobemide sustained release tablets after multiple oral doses were as follows:C_(max) was (1 950 +- 156) μg· L^(-1), T_(max) was (6.00 +-1.55) h, T_(1/2(kel)) was (3.14 +-0.12)h, AUC_(ss 0-24) was (22 836 +- 1 842) μg·h· L^(-1), MRT was (7.68+-0.36) h, CL/F_((s)) was(20.2+-2.1) L·h^(-1), and V/F_((c)) was (91.4+-9.4) L, respectively. No marked adverse events werenoted during this study. Conclusion The formulation has a sustained-release effect and goodtolerance in the healthy volunteers, which provides useful information for clinical practice.展开更多

However, QED has mature non-perturbation models w...Due to the negligible non-perturbation effect in the low-energy region, quantum chromodynamics (QCD) is limited to be applied to hadron problems in particle physics. However, QED has mature non-perturbation models which can be applied to Fermi acting-energy between quark and gluon. This paper applies quantum electrodynamics in 2 + 1 dimensions (QED3) to the Fermi condensation problems. First, the Dyson-Schwinger equation which the fermions satisfy is constructed, and then the Fermi energy gap is solved. Theoretical calculations show that within the chirality limit, there exist three solutions for the energy gap; beyond the chirality limit, there are two solutions; all these solutions correspond to different fermion condensates. It can be concluded that the fermion condensates within the chirality limit can be used to analyze the existence of antiferromagnetic, pseudogap, and superconducting phases, and two fermion condensates are discovered beyond the chirality limit.展开更多
The vector correlations between products and reagents for the title reactions have been calculated by the quasi-classical trajectory method at a collision energy of 21.32 kJ/mol on an accurate potential energy surface...The vector correlations between products and reagents for the title reactions have been calculated by the quasi-classical trajectory method at a collision energy of 21.32 kJ/mol on an accurate potential energy surface of Ho et al. (J. Chem. Phys. 119, 3063 (2003)). The peaks of the product angular distribution are found to be in both backward and forward directions for the two title reactions. The product rotational angular momentum is not only aligned, but also oriented along the negative direction of y-axis. These theoretical results are in good agreement with recent experimental findings for the two title reactions. The isotopic effect is also revealed and primarily attributed to the difference of the mass factor in the two title reactions.展开更多

The steady-state pharmacokineticparameters of moclobemide sustained release tablets after multiple oral doses were as follows:C_(max) was (1 950 +- 156) μg· L^(-1), T_(max) was (6.00 +-1.55) h, T_(1/2(kel)) was (3.14 +-0.12)h, AUC_(ss 0-24) was (22 836 +- 1 842) μg·h· L^(-1), MRT was (7.68+-0.36) h, CL/F_((s)) was(20.2+-2.1) L·h^(-1), and V/F_((c)) was (91.4+-9.4) L, respectively. No marked adverse events werenoted during this study. Conclusion The formulation has a sustained-release effect and goodtolerance in the healthy volunteers, which provides useful information for clinical practice.

文摘Due to the negligible non-perturbation effect in the low-energy region, quantum chromodynamics (QCD) is limited to be applied to hadron problems in particle physics. However, QED has mature non-perturbation models which can be applied to Fermi acting-energy between quark and gluon. This paper applies quantum electrodynamics in 2 + 1 dimensions (QED3) to the Fermi condensation problems. First, the Dyson-Schwinger equation which the fermions satisfy is constructed, and then the Fermi energy gap is solved. Theoretical calculations show that within the chirality limit, there exist three solutions for the energy gap; beyond the chirality limit, there are two solutions; all these solutions correspond to different fermion condensates. It can be concluded that the fermion condensates within the chirality limit can be used to analyze the existence of antiferromagnetic, pseudogap, and superconducting phases, and two fermion condensates are discovered beyond the chirality limit.

文摘The vector correlations between products and reagents for the title reactions have been calculated by the quasi-classical trajectory method at a collision energy of 21.32 kJ/mol on an accurate potential energy surface of Ho et al. (J. Chem. Phys. 119, 3063 (2003)). The peaks of the product angular distribution are found to be in both backward and forward directions for the two title reactions. The product rotational angular momentum is not only aligned, but also oriented along the negative direction of y-axis. These theoretical results are in good agreement with recent experimental findings for the two title reactions. The isotopic effect is also revealed and primarily attributed to the difference of the mass factor in the two title reactions.
