带式输送机在启动过程中,伴随着巨大的张力波动,影响系统正常运行,因此有效地对输送机张紧系统进行控制显得尤为重要。针对输送机液压张紧系统的非线性问题,建立液压伺服系统的状态方程,基于Lyapunov稳定性理论推导了力跟踪自适应控制律... 带式输送机在启动过程中,伴随着巨大的张力波动,影响系统正常运行,因此有效地对输送机张紧系统进行控制显得尤为重要。针对输送机液压张紧系统的非线性问题,建立液压伺服系统的状态方程,基于Lyapunov稳定性理论推导了力跟踪自适应控制律,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建张紧系统的仿真模型,并制定其控制策略;针对输送带张力波动问题,提出采用头、中、尾三点张紧的方式,在AMESim中搭建输送带模型,通过AMESim与MATLAB/Simulink联合仿真,验证了控制策略具有较好的力追踪性能和稳态精度,有效地降低了输送带的张力波动值。 展开更多

针对非线性柔性下肢外骨骼系统与人共融的难题,为降低穿戴者代谢能消耗,采用前馈模型与比例微分控制(PD)迭代学习算法构建柔性下肢外骨骼控制器,通过感知髋关节角度最大值为起始点,对步态周期进行划分计算。根据髋关节角度变化,实时生... 针对非线性柔性下肢外骨骼系统与人共融的难题,为降低穿戴者代谢能消耗,采用前馈模型与比例微分控制(PD)迭代学习算法构建柔性下肢外骨骼控制器,通过感知髋关节角度最大值为起始点,对步态周期进行划分计算。根据髋关节角度变化,实时生成期望力轨迹,动态调控力轨迹的峰值点和结束点;前馈模型分别补偿了柔性外骨骼的非线性刚度和不同穿戴者的运动模型,PD迭代学习控制器逐步减少控制系统中的误差与干扰。通过3名健康的试验者负重25 kg在跑步机上以5 km/h速度行走进行测试,结果表明,期望力与实际助力峰值的均方根误差分别为3.49,3.34和4.12 N;与不穿戴柔性外骨骼相比,代谢能分别降低2.2%,4.0%和5.9%。实验结果证明,所提出的前馈PD迭代学习控制策略可实现精确的力轨迹追踪,降低柔性下肢外骨骼穿戴者的能量消耗。 展开更多

Knowledge of transport phenomena and keyhole evolution is important for controlling laser welding process. However, it is still not well understood by far due to the complex phenomena occurring in a wide temperature range. A transient 3D model including heat transfer, fluid flow and tracking of free surface is built in this study. The transport phenomena are investigated by calculating the temperature and velocity fields. The 3D dynamic keyhole evolution process is revealed through tracking free surface using volume-of-fluid method. The results show that the keyhole deepening speed decreases with laser welding process before the quasi-steady state is reached. The plasma can greatly affect the keyhole depth through absorbing a great amount of laser energy and thus lowering the recoil pressure. Moreover, the relationship between keyhole depth and weld penetration is also discussed. This paper can help to better understand the dynamics in molten pool and then improve laser welding process. 展开更多

This paper presents two comparisons or tests for a Lagrangian model of zooplankton dispersion:numerical schemes and time steps.Firstly,we compared three numerical schemes using idealized circulations.Results show that the precisions of the advanced Adams-Bashfold-Moulton(ABM) method and the Runge-Kutta(RK) method were in the same order and both were much higher than that of the Euler method.Furthermore,the advanced ABM method is more efficient than the RK method in computational memory requirements and time consumption.We therefore chose the advanced ABM method as the Lagrangian particle-tracking algorithm.Secondly,we performed a sensitivity test for time steps,using outputs of the hydrodynamic model,Symphonie.Results show that the time step choices depend on the fluid response time that is related to the spatial resolution of velocity fields.The method introduced by Oliveira et al.in 2002 is suitable for choosing time steps of Lagrangian particle-tracking models,at least when only considering advection. 展开更多

Based on the characteristic of AC-excited variable speed constant frequency(VSCF)wind power generation,the vector control technique was applied in a doubly fed induction generator(DFIG).Maximum wind energy or maximum output power point can be tracked by decoupling control of active power and reactive power.The research result shows that the net power of generation system delivered to grid in maximum wind energy tracking mode is not the most.We presented a novel maximum power point tracking(MPPT)control strategy by analyzing the DFIG mathematic model and power relations which delivered the maximum power to the grid.The maximum power point could be tracked automatically without measuring wind speed in the control strategy and the control was independent of optimal turbine power curve,which had excellent dynamic and static performances and robustness.Simulation and experimental results testify the accuracy and validity of the control strategy. 展开更多

Allocation of fixed transmission cost based on power flow tracing algorithm

In the electricity market, charging based on the traditional spot electricity price often results in the payment imbalance of electric network, and goes against the development of the power system. So, it is necessary to modify the spot price. The key of the modification lies in how to calculate the fixed unit transmission cost of each node, that is how to allocate the fixed transmission cost to users.To solve this problem, we develop a power flow tracing algrithm to modify the spot price. We put forward a path searching method based on the graph theory after studying the fundamental principle of power flow tracing and apply the method to the downstream tracing algorithm and upstream tracing algorithm according to the proportional distribution principle. Furthermore, to improve the computational efficiency of the algorithm, we introduce the branch expunction method to optimize the node order. By using the result of power flow tracing to get fixed node transmission cost and introducing it to modify the spot price, we obtain the synthetical price.The application to a 5-bus system prove the algorithm feasible. 展开更多

Dispersion relation and surface gravity of universal horizons

In Einstein-aether theory,violating Lorentz invariance permits some super-luminal communications,and the universal horizon can trap excitations traveling at arbitrarily high velocities.To better understand the nature of these universal horizons,we first modify the ray tracing method,and then use it to study their surface gravity in charged Einstein-aether black hole spacetime.Instead of the previous result by Cropp et al.,our results show that the surface gravity of the universal horizon is dependent on the specific dispersion relation,k_(uh)-2(z-1)k_(uh)/z,where z denotes the power of the leading term in the superluminal dispersion relation,characterizing different species of particles.And the associated Hawking temperatures also are different with z.These findings,which coincide with those derived by the tunneling method,provide some full understanding of black hole thermodynamics in Lorentz-violating theories. 展开更多
