基辛格提出了威慑分析框架,认为威慑需要实力、使用实力的意志以及潜在的进攻者对这两方面因素的综合评估等三方面因素的结合,但他没有对这一分析框架进行深入分析。本文跳出从战略稳定性角度分析核威慑的传统思路,把认知和心理因素植... 基辛格提出了威慑分析框架,认为威慑需要实力、使用实力的意志以及潜在的进攻者对这两方面因素的综合评估等三方面因素的结合,但他没有对这一分析框架进行深入分析。本文跳出从战略稳定性角度分析核威慑的传统思路,把认知和心理因素植入核威慑分析之中,对基辛格建构的威慑分析框架进行了细化,并将其用于核威慑分析,把威慑的三个构成要素置换为核实力基础、核威慑信号传递和核威慑心理博弈三个变量,把核威慑界定为在核力量基础上通过信号传递进行的心理博弈。影响核武器数量规模的因素分为国家政策因素、确定一国核武器数量的直接依据、国家资源约束和国际环境的影响。核威慑信号传递包括口头信号传递、书面信号传递、捆绑信号传递和行动信号传递四种方式,每一种传递方式各有其传递路径。在核威慑心理博弈部分,分析了对核威慑正确认知的形成机制,并在此基础上分析了核力量平衡国家间的核威慑心理博弈、核力量悬殊国家间的核威慑心理博弈和导弹防御系统对核威慑心理博弈的影响。分析核威慑中核力量与使用核力量意志的关系、描述核威慑过程中信号传递的方式与路径和威慑与被威慑双方的心理博弈过程,对于分析核威慑有效性、维持大国间战略稳定性,具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to analyze the yield potential of newly developed Yinshui-type japonica hybrid rice parents and provide the theoretical basis for breeding of Yinshui-type japonica hybrid rice. [Method] An incomplete diallel cross of four cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) lines and four restorer lines was designed to investigate the combining ability for yield and yield components of Yinshui-type japonica hybrid rice. [Result] The variances of general combining ability (GCA) for yield traits were extremely significantly different. GCA variances of male parents were higher than that of female parents except for seed-setting rate. The variances of specific combining ability (SCA) for grain yield per plant, number of effective spikes and seed-setting rate were significantly or extremely significantly different. 139A and Wanlun 422 exhibited higher GCA effects. Most yield traits of these two parents be- longed to type II. Combinations 139AxWanlun 422 and Liaojingl0AxWanlun 422 had relatively high grain yield per plant and SCA effects. GCA effects of restorer lines and SCA effects of combinations greatly affected yield traits, while GCA ef- fects of CMS lines slightly affected yield traits. [Conclusion] In this study, restorer lines exhibited greater genetic differences and impact on yield traits than CMS lines; 139A and Wanlun 422 possessed higher application potential. 展开更多

A 15-year field experiment was carried out in Henan Province, China, to study the effects of different fertilization practices on yield of a wheat-maize rotation. Fertilizers tested contained N alone (N), N plus P (NP) or plus P and K (NPK), all with or without manure (M). Different long-term fertilization practices affected the yields under the rotation system of wheat and maize differently and the effects on yields was in a general trend of MNPK>MNP>MN>NPK>NP>M>N>the control. The average contribution rate of soil fertility to the highest yield was 37.9%, and the rest 62.1% came from fertilizer applications. The yield effects of the chemical fertilizers were in the order of N>P>K and were increased by application of manure.Balanced fertilization with multielement chemical fertilizers and manure can be effective in maintaining growth in agricultural production. Combined application of chemical fertilizer and organic manure also increased the content of soil organic matter. 展开更多

Objective To construct a single plasmid vector mediating doxycycline-inducible recombined human insulin gene expr-ession in myotube cell line. Methods An expression cassette of rtTAnls driven by promoter of human cytomegalovirus and a furin-cuttable recom-bined human insulin expression cassette driven by a reverse poly-tetO DNA motif were cloned into a single plasmid vector (prTR-tetO-mINS). The prTR-tetO-mINS and pLNCX were co-transfected into a myotube cell line (C2C12) and pLNCX vector were used as a control. After selection with G418, the transfected cells were induced with doxycycline at concentra-tions of 0, 2, and 10 μg/mL. RT-PCR was used to determine expression levels of recombinant insulin mRNA at the 5th day. Insulin production in cell cultures medium (at different incubation time) and cell extracts (at the 7th day) were analyzed with human pro/insulin RIA kits. Results Immune reactive insulin (IRI) level in cell medium was found increased at 24 hours of doxycycline incubation, and still increased at the 5th day. After withdrawn of doxycycline, IRI decreased sharply and was at baseline three days later. IRI and human insulin mRNA levels were positively related to different levels of doxycycline. A 25-fold increase in IRI was found against background expression at the 7th day. Conclusion Human insulin expression can be successfully regulated by doxycycline and the background was very low. This single tet-on insulin expression system may provide a new approach to a controlled insulin gene therapy in skeletal muscle. 展开更多

In this situation, the importance of language translation is increasing day by day, and an unprecedented prosperous situation has especially appeared to the interpretation. In order to accord with this new historical situation, many colleges and universities have set up language translation program and have offered interpretation course. To promote the economic development of China and train more senior interpreters, the studies of interpretation teaching and the improvement of interpretation teaching quality have been particularly important. Progeny testing of oil palm interspecific hybrids was conducted in four trials in Kluang, Ulu Paka, Teluk Intan and Carey Island, Malaysia. The interspecific hybrids (O × P) were created according to the North Carolina Model I (NCM I) mating design, using Elaeis oleifera (0) and Elaeis guineensis var. pisifera (P) as the maternal and paternal parents, respectively. Differences among O, P and O-within-P were determined by the performance (bunch yield, components and vegetative traits) of the progenies. There were significant differences among P for fresh fruit bunch (FFB) yield, bunch number (BN) and average bunch weight (ABW) in Kluang, Ulu Paka and Teluk Intan, but not in Carey Island. FFB yield was generally higher on coastal soils (Teluk Intan and Carey Island) than inland soils (Kluang and Ulu Paka). Heritability was calculated based on the intraclass correlation. Heritability estimates for these three yield components were variable, depending on the breeding material and environment in which the materials were tested. Fruit to bunch (F/B) and oil to bunch (O/B) of parthenocarpic fruits were important in determining the overall O/B of the interspecific hybrids. The O x P hybrids in Kluang showed the lowest height increment with only a mean of 14.0 cm/year, whereas in Ulu Paka and Teluk Intan, the values were higher at 24.0 cm/year and 25.0 cm/year, respectively. The study showed that the FFB yields ofoil palm interspecific hybrids performed better in coastal soils than inland soils. 展开更多

Responses of Grassland Net Primary Productivity to Environmental Variables in Northern China

However, the agreement on th... Various environmental factors affect net primary productivity (NPP) of grassland ecosystem. Extensive reports on the effects of environmental variables on NPP can be found in literature. However, the agreement on the relative importance of various factors in shaping the spatial pattern of grassland NPP has not yet been reached. Here a grassland in situ NPP database comprising 602 samples in northern China for 1980-1999 was developed based on a literature review of published biomass and forage yield field measurements. Correlation analyses and dominance analysis were used to quantify the separate and combined effects of environmental variables (climate topography and soil) on spatial variation in NPP separately. Grassland NPP ranged from 4.76 g C m-2a-1 to 975.94gCm-2a-1, showing significant variations in space. NPP increased with annual precipitation and declined with annual mean temperature significantly. Specifically, precipitation had the greatest impact on deserts, followed by steppes and meadows. Grassland NPP decreased with increasing altitude because of water limitation, and positively correlated with slope, but weakly correlated with aspect. Soil quality showed positive effects on NPP. Annual precipitation was the dominant factor affecting the spatial variability of net primary productivity, followed by elevation. 展开更多

This paper reports the variation rules for the typomorphic parameters of the pyrite and the gold enrichment rules of the Denggezhuang quartz vein gold deposit at a large-depth scale, providing the mineral signs for deep prospecting prediction through detailed study of the characteristics of crystal' habits, chemical composition, the thermoelectricity of pyrites, and min- eralogical mapping. This paper primarily discusses the correlation between the mineralization intensity and the space-time evolution of the mineralogical parameters, clarifies the physicochemical conditions during gold mineralization, and provides information useful for deep mineralization prediction. We demonstrate that the crystal habits of the pyrites are very complex, primarily occurring as ( 100), (210), and their combinate form. (210) and ( 100)+(210) have positive correlations with gold mineralization, and ( 100)+(210) therefore can be useful for locating rich ore segments. The composition of pyrites is charac- teristically poor in S and rich in As. Their typical trace elements are composed of Mo, As, Pb, Cu, Bi, Zn, Au, Co, Se, Sb, Ag, Ni, Cr, and Te. The average contents of trace elements in pyrites from various stages show that the crystallizing temperature gradually decreased from an early stage to the metallogenic episodes. The precipitation and accumulation of Au and Ag occur primarily in the quartz-pyrite stage (III) and the polymetal minerals stage (IV). The occurrence rate of P-type pyrites (P(%)) is 83.52%. There is a larger dispersion of the thermoelectrical coefficient of pyrite (a) in the Denggezhuang gold deposit than in other deposits in the Jiaodong Peninsula. The electrical conductivity assemblage of pyrites from I to V is characterized by P〉N〉P〉N〉P〉〉N〉P〉〉N〉P〉N, which is usually considered beneficial for mineralization. The relative contents of As+Sb+Se+Te and Co+Ni are closely correlated to P-type and N-type average values and their occurrence rates. According to the crystallizing temperature of pyrite, the mineralization intensity, and the denudation degree, the mineralization temperature of the Denggezhuang gold deposit is in the range of 150-322~C and is of a medium-low temperature. The orebody has already become denuded to the top-middle of the orebody, and the size of the orebody is larger than 900 m. Based on the vertical zon- ing of the thermoelectrical coefficients of pyrites and P-type pyrite mapping, it is suggested that the segment between -425 and -800 m may have exploration potential to the northeast of line 94 of the No. I2.2 orebody. 展开更多

Thermally modified organic materials commonly known as biochar have gained popularity of being used as a soil amendment.Little information, however, is available on the role of biochar in alleviating the negative impacts of saline water on soil productivity and plant growth. This study, therefore, was conducted to investigate the effects of Conocarpus biochar(BC) and organic farm residues(FR) at different application rates of 0.0%(control), 4.0% and 8.0%(weight/weight) on yield and quality of tomatoes grown on a sandy soil under drip irrigation with saline or non-saline water. The availability of P, K, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu to plants was also investigated. The results demonstrated clearly that addition of BC or FR increased the vegetative growth, yield and quality parameters in all irrigation treatments. It was found that salt stress adversely affected soil productivity, as indicated by the lower vegetative growth and yield components of tomato plants. However, this suppressing effect on the vegetative growth and yield tended to decline with application of FR or BC, especially at the high application rate and in the presence of biochar. Under saline irrigation system, for instance, the total tomato yield increased over the control by 14.0%–43.3% with BC and by 3.9%–35.6% with FR. These could be attributed to enhancement effects of FR or BC on soil properties, as indicated by increases in soil organic matter content and nutrient availability. Therefore, biochar may be effectively used as a soil amendment for enhancing the productivity of salt-affected sandy soils under arid conditions. 展开更多

For computations, SST model was adopted. Parametric study was carried out considering the filtering performance. Revolution speeds were changed from 100 to 550 with 50 increments. A skirt is the driving source for cyclone operation. The influence of several design factors, such as the skirt length, the skirt gap and the return length to filtering performance was investigated under the particle diameter 100μm of debris material(Al, s.g.=2.7). The filtering performance was also investigated with the skirt length 28 mm changing the debris diameters from 1μm to 50μm. The flow rate of the working fluid was maintained at 0.55kg/s. It has been verified that the most influential factors to the filtering efficiencies was the skirt gap between the cyclone generator and the cyclone vessel. 展开更多
